On July 9th 2014 President Obama made a visit to Dallas Texas for two reasons. The first reason was fundraising, the second reason was to meet with Governor Rick Perry and “Faith Leaders” to discuss the border crisis.
As an outcome of the visit the following AP picture became the subject of much inquisition, humor and -as typical for the progressive side of the continuum- ridicule. Liberals love to bash Texas Governor Rick Perry.

But the more important part of this picture was never actually spotlighted. So we’ll turn on the Q-BEAM.

After poring through 3 days of immigration analysis this report does the best job of putting the proposals into context. Things are not what they are espoused to be:
Analysis of Title I “Helping Unaccompanied Minors and Alleviating National Emergency (HUMANE) Act” (aka. the Cuellar / Cornyn bill)
WASHINGTON DC […] The administration has been steadily increasing its projections of the number who will cross this year and next, as if either preparing the public, or — an unsettling notion — itself for the deluge yet to come. As is well known, the president declared a humanitarian emergency in order to tap resources from multiple agencies. His administration has also requested $3.7 billion in emergency supplemental funding to handle the crisis.
Confronted with the seeming inability of the administration to get a handle on the problem, Congress has convened hearings at which the secretaries of the departments of Homeland Security (DHS) and Health and Human Services (HHS) and other senior officials have testified as to their plans and strategies, none of which appear to have had any significant ameliorative effect on the flow to date.
Many officials, and some members of Congress, have pointed to the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) as at least partly responsible for the problems in efficiently processing and quickly repatriating aliens, which is generally recognized as a necessary deterrent to others considering the journey by showing them that the United States is serious about its border enforcement. A simple couple. Unsophisticated, ordinary and otherwise comfortably invisible. Then one morning around 6:00am DHS EXECUTES A NO KNOCK RAID.
Federal DHS agents were caught on camera busting down doors, tearing a South Florida home apart and detaining a couple inside as they looked for evidence of child pornography. Unfortunately, they raided the wrong house….

Israel launches ground attack into Gaza to defend themselves. A Russian missile shots down a civilian passenger airliner killing 290 people including 23 American Citizens. The Southern U.S. border is under siege, and against the backdrop the State Department responds thusly:

With U.S. priorities like this, is it really any wonder why President Obama would choose to continue his scheduled fundraising tour ?

Um, yes… to anticipate the obvious question ‘did this air on TV’? Unfortunately, yes.

WASHINGTON DC – The White House won’t reveal where it is housing thousands of Central American juvenile migrants because their privacy rights trump Americans’ right to know what‘s happening in their neighborhoods, press secretary Josh Earnest declared July 16.
“The public does have a right to know what’s happening… [but] at the same time, there are privacy rights that are included in the law that this administration is committed to enforcing and following,” Earnest told Ed Henry, Fox News’ White House correspondent.
“We are not surprised in the least to see the Obama administration imitate the smugglers,” William Gheen, founder of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, told The Daily Caller. “This is how smuggling operations work, this is what the smuggler-in-chief wants — secret planes and secret buses full of illegal immigrants.” (more…)
This latest report just further outlines what we have previously researched….
WASHINGTON DC – A new intelligence assessment concludes that misperceptions about U.S. immigration policy – and not Central American violence – are fueling the surge of thousands of children illegally crossing the Mexican border.
The 10-page July 7 report was issued by the El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC), which according to the Justice Department website is led by the DEA and incorporates Homeland Security. Its focus is on the collection and distribution of tactical intelligence, information which can immediately be acted on by law enforcement.

“Of the 230 migrants interviewed, 219 cited the primary reason for migrating to the United States was the perception of U.S. immigration laws granting free passes or permisos to UAC (unaccompanied children) and adult females OTMs (other than Mexicans) traveling with minors,” the report said. The desperation amid the Obama administration officials is palpable. Despite their protestations explanations of “privacy” as an excuse to hide shipments of illegal aliens, the stark reality makes the claims seem silly.
The reason the Obama administration wants to keep the buses and planes secret is simply because they do not want the political optic of roadblocks all around the nation where people are protesting the shipments. Usurpation needs the shadow to operate effectively. Sunlight represents a risk.
There’s nothing about telling a Governor “how many”, “where” and “when” that would violate any privacy. Stating otherwise is simply ridiculous.
The people are awake.
The goals of the administration are desperate to avoid sunlight.
Yesterday with grand circumstance Harry Reid proclaimed unequivocally: “The Border Is Secure“.
Today, Ed Henry asks the White House the same question:
