Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides an update on the Maricopa County audit including the legal battles.  Chairwoman Ward outlines how the county board of supervisors has been discovered to have withheld material evidence from the audit despite a court order demanding compliance.

There are certain to be more legal battles ahead as the auditors demand access to all the equipment, including the passwords the county is withholding.  From the reference of the State Senate, the judge has already ruled on these issues and everything that was used in the 2020 election is subject to the subpoena by the State Senate.  It will be interesting next week to see how this issue resolves.

Finally, Kelli Ward says to expect a busy week next week as these and other issues are tackled while the physical audit of ballots continues.

Newt Gingrich gave an interview to Maria Bartiromo this morning that is worth reviewing in total.  However, for this moment I want to key-in on a specific conversation topic at the 09:30 point of the video below.

The former Speaker is exactly correct.  Cheney is pre-positioning herself to run against the potential for a 2024 Trump re-election bid.  The objective here is transparently obvious.  Liz Cheney is the 2024 version of former 2016 candidate Evan McMullin.   Both Cheney and McMullin come from the same origin within the intelligence apparatus.  Let me be very clear about something…. The Intelligence Community are the deep state operatives who control government.

The IC network, including their ability to reach into all systems, networks, institutions and agencies for surveillance, contains all of the elements of control over all other institutions.  Former CIA operative Evan McMullin, running for president in 2016, was part of this system effort.  It is now crystal clear that Liz Cheney, daughter to former Def Sec. Dick Cheney, is operating on behalf of this same system effort. THAT is the connective tissue.

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward gives an update on the ongoing Maricopa County ballot audit.  As Ms. Ward notes, the Democrats and federal Dept. of Justice are attempting to intervene in the audit at the same time the Maricopa election officials are admitting they did not have custody of the equipment used to count ballots.

After the DOJ Civil Rights Division sends a letter to the Arizona state senate, Arizona Chairwoman Kelli Ward gives an update on the coordinated democrat shenanigans.

As Ward notes, the Democrat Arizona Secretary of State is coordinating with the DOJ in an effort to block the audit from continuing.   The auditors and the State senate need our support as the feds start to target the effort.  Unfortunately, I suspect that somewhere, sometime, at some point in this battle, the legal fight is going to end up at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Everyone knew this was coming…. The Feds are attempting to get involved in the Maricopa County ballot audit.  The DOJ Civil Rights Division has sent a letter [pdf available here] to the Arizona State Senate claiming their review of Lawfare statements and media reports may show evidence of auditing issues that violate federal laws.

Last week a group of Lawfare activists [SEE HERE], including New York University Law School – which leads to Andrew Weissmann, asked the DOJ to get involved.

The ridiculous letter from the Biden DOJ goes on to cite media reports from the Washington Post as evidence to justify their involvement.

Remember, previously the DOJ narrative was that each state makes up its own election rules.  Now the DOJ is saying, falsely, that Arizona might be breaking federal laws.

Their first concern [as predicted] centers around ballot security.  Again, remember, the Maricopa County election board would not let the auditors use the county tabulation center [SEE HERE] so the ballots and equipment had to be moved to Veterans Memorial Coliseum (AZ State Fairgrounds).   Now the DOJ is citing that move as a potential issue for the security of the ballots and auditing procedures.

The first issue relates to a number of reports suggesting that the ballots, elections systems, and election materials that are the subject of the Maricopa County audit are no longer under the ultimate control of state and local elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors at an insecure facility, and are at risk of being lost, stolen, altered, compromised or destroyed.

Federal law creates a duty to safeguard and preserve federal election records. The Department is charged with enforcement of provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1960, 52 U.S.C. §§ 20701-20706. This statute requires state and local election officials to maintain, for twenty-two months after the conduct of an election for federal office, “all records and papers” relating to any “act requisite to voting in such election.”

The DOJ’s second issue is even more obtuse. They cite federal election law for voters rights, as the DOJ is worried that auditors will visit -and intimidate- people and places who have a record of multiple ballots from the same address or non residence:

There were four stories that broke in the past week; “broke“as in: were revealed, but not necessarily by media. Yet it doesn’t seem like anyone is putting them into their connected context.  I am outlining below (w/ citations) and hopefully everyone can see the connection:

♦(1)  The 2020 FISA review and opinion by presiding Judge James Boasberg was declassified.  The review is for year 2019 (written October 2020, declassified April 2021).  Notice the FISC review is for FBI conduct in 2019.

Within the outline Boasberg notes ongoing abuses by FBI officers of the NSA database.  Boasberg specifically called attention to the FBI use of that database for warrantless searches of public and private officials. {LINK}

♦(2) Judge Boasberg hires former DOJ National Security Head Mary McCord as an Amicus Curiae for the court.  McCord is a known corrupt actor within the DOJ with political motives and intentions.  Including her work and efforts with the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG Atkinson) during the first impeachment effort against President Trump.  Notice, Boasberg hired McCord for the role at the same time the 2020 opinion is declassified. {LINK}

♦(3) The FBI raids the home of Rudy Giuliani with a search warrant for his electronic devices.  Notice the reports of the search warrant highlight the FBI must have something of substance -or at least the appearance of something of substance- in order to get a judge to sign-off on a search warrant. {LINK}

♦(4) Rudy Giuliani reveals during an interview that the search warrant included a reference to supportive evidence obtained by the FBI in 2019.  Giuliani then explains that when his lawyer questioned the FBI they said they searched his iCloud account in 2019 WITHOUT a warrant. {LINK}

Former New York City Mayor and President Trump attorney, Rudy Giuliani, appears on Tucker Carlson to give the details about the FBI raid on his home yesterday morning.  Giuliani notes seven FBI agents knocked on his door at 6:30am with a warrant for “all electronic devices.”  Oddly the FBI agents did not want to take the Hunter Biden hard-drives after Giuliani informed them of the content.

Additionally, Giuliani notes the federal government went into his i-cloud account in 2019 during his representation of President Trump against fraudulent impeachment allegations and the FBI did that without a search warrant.

UNDERSTANDING

After the Democrat Secretary of State failed to get the Arizona State Attorney General to initiate an investigation of the audit; and after a Democrat state judge rejected the Democrat effort for a temporary restraining order; and after all other efforts have failed…. now we see three outside left-wing election groups (claiming bipartisanship yet led by lawyers from NYU) asking the DOJ to intervene in the Maricopa County, Arizona, ballot audit.

The audit started on April 23. A judge on April 28 rejected the attempt by Democrats to halt the process.

The Brennan Center, Protect Democracy and The Leadership Conference have signed a letter to the civil rights division of the DOJ asking them to get involved.

The arguments within the letter [pdf here] are identical to the arguments made previously by other Lawfare groups, including Perkins Coie, to a state judge.  The state judge rejected the arguments because there was no evidence submitted to the court to back them up.

Obviously there is a great amount of fear amid the network of Lawfare and leftist activists about this ongoing ballot audit.  The letter only highlights the worry they carry that Arizona’s election fraud might be demonstrably proven the the wider U.S. electorate.

WASHINGTON DC – A group of election security and administration experts are asking the Justice Department to send federal monitors to Arizona as the Republican-led state Senate carries out an audit of 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County in the state’s 2020 presidential election.

According to media reports federal authorities raided the New York apartment of Rudy Giuliani today.  Apparently electronic devices were seized as part of their investigation into him.  However, the DOJ motive behind the investigation is something everyone should be familiar with, Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA).

The corrupt and political agents at the DOJ, led by attorney Andrew Weissmann, have used FARA(951) violations to target their political opposition.  They attempted, and in some instances successfully used, FARA investigations and prosecutions against Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos, Carter Page, Walid Phares and others.

Former DOJ official Andrew Weissmann ran the FARA division of the DOJ-NSD specifically to use this approach as a political weapon.  However, notice he never went after any Democrats who were well documented to be lobbying while unregistered for foreign governments.  The Podesta brothers were two notorious lobbyists who were not registered and the DOJ looked the other way.

FARA violations being used as a backdoor justification for political targeting has long been the approach of a weaponized DOJ.  They are using that same tactic again in their effort to target Rudy Giuliani.
