The FISA Court is Compromised

I hate to write this, but there is just no good way to look at this. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, specifically Presiding Judge James Boasberg, has hired former DOJ National Security Division head, Mary McCord, as amici curiae advisor to the court. [LINK] The placement was first noted by an announcement from Georgetown Law ICAP.

Presiding Judge James Boasberg, is the decision-maker in the appointment of Amici Curiae to the FISA court. There is no way, NO WAY, Judge Boasberg does not know Mary McCord was at the epicenter of the fraudulent FISA application used against Carter Page. Remember, in addition to being the FISC Presiding Judge, Boasberg was also the trial judge in the case against Kevin Clinesmith, the FBI lawyer who lied about Page working for the CIA on the FISA application. {Go Deep}

Boasberg knows Mary McCord took over from former DOJ-NSD head John Carlin (October 2016); and it was McCord who guided the Carter Page FISA application through the court and across the finish-line (October 2016 and January 2017). That FISA application was built upon fraud and Mary McCord was at the center of it.

Mary McCord was also the DOJ-NSD official who went with Sally Yates to confront the White House Counsel, Don McGhan, about the Michael Flynn interview with the FBI. {Go Deep} It was also Mary McCord who had Michael Atkinson as the chief-legal-counsel for the DOJ-NSD -that’s her office attorney- when the FISA application was submitted in October 2016, and renewed in January 2017.

Michael Atkinson went from DOJ-NSD counsel to become the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG). {Go Deep} In that new role Atkinson changed the rules to allow an anonymous CIA whistleblower (Ciaramella on behalf of Vindman) to file the complaint that led to the Ukraine impeachment effort. {Go Deep} Who was the lead lawyer in the Jerry Nadler led House Judiciary Committee? Rep. Markwayne Mullin took his opportunity to question FBI Director Cristopher Wray by asking the FBI Director about the double standard in investigating/prosecuting Capitol rioters vs the Black Lives Matter and Antifa rioters in DC and Portland.

Rep Mullin smartly uses the example of federal officers who have been attacked, assaulted and injured by Antifa and BLM, yet the FBI does nothing to investigate or prosecute these violent extremists.  Mullin even quoted Wray back to himself when the FBI Director said: “Antifa is not a national organization”, a quote Director Wray now stunningly denies.   First, WATCH:

Unfortunately Mullin missed one key aspect and it would be nice if any GOP member would ask the DOJ and FBI this question:

‘Is the reason the federal agencies refuse to investigate and prosecute Black Lives Matter and Antifa due to the fact both organizations were the funding mechanism for Joe Biden’s election effort’?

Ask that question and Republicans will be getting closer to the target.

The Truth Has No Agenda…

Ohio Representative Jim Jordan appears with Maria Bartiromo to discuss his visit to the U.S-Mexico border and what he personally witnessed.  Jim Jordan outlines how the JoeBama administration is blocking people from documenting the scale of the crisis and concludes the resulting influx is exactly what the administration wants.

ANALYSIS –  Many people (conservative media and politicians specifically) are misinterpreting the removal of the Biden administration’s Southern Border coordinator, Roberta Jacobson, from office.  Jacobson was not removed from her position for being ineffective, her removal was announced because her goal was successfully accomplished.  [It is frustrating to read THIS STUFF]

Let me be clear… Roberta Jacobson was put into position in January by those in control of the Biden administration specifically to coordinate this mass migration influx.  Her mission was to create the crisis, not to prevent it.  She was put into place to trigger the mass migration.  How do we know this?….

When Roberta Jacobson was Ambassador to Mexico she was working against the policy of the Trump administration.  She was running a covert effort to pipeline Central American immigrants through Mexico into the United States.  Yes, Roberta Jacobson was part of the trafficking network; that is why she was removed from her position in March 2018…  President Trump found out Roberta Jacobson was working with far-left immigration groups against his administration.

When Trump eventually found out what Jacobson was doing in Mexico, he quickly dispatched Jared Kushner to meet with Mexican officials and outline that Jacobson did not represent President Trump and she was fired.  [Remember, this was before AMLO was elected]

A contingent of Republican senators traveled to Texas on Thursday for a tour of the border region to understand the scale of the problem currently facing Border Patrol.  After a night and early day visit of the border region the GOP senators gathered to brief the press and answer questions.

Senator Ron Johnson (Wisconsin) was emphatic about the stunning statistics that are now evident.  As Johnson shared during his portion of the briefing, under President Trump the border region was secured and together with agreements with Central American and Mexico the southern border wall was working well to stop illegal alien influx.

However, Joe Biden eliminated all of the agreements and policies that stabilized the border.  Immediately after his installation as head of the executive branch the Biden policies opened a floodgate of illegal alien border crossers.  As many as 6,000 border apprehensions in a single day in the Rio Grande Valley sector.   Stunning statistics.

This latest affirmation of 2017 coordinated activity with media comes amid new text releases from internal conversations of the FBI small group.  Peter Ztrzok, Lisa Page, Mike Kortan (PIO), Jennifer Boone, Andrew McCabe and others.  Essentially it confirms what we previously outlined on January 10, 2017, immediately after CNN broadcast their false narrative about Trump Russia collusion.  (source):

Jim Sciutto, Evan Perez and Carl Bernstein were coordinating the attack against Trump through Jake Tapper’s show on CNN.  The FBI small group were well aware of what the CNN crew were planning.  FBI Spokesperson Mike Kortan was coordinating the narrative on behalf of the FBI team.  The FBI knew the underlying premise was entirely false and likely so too did the CNN crew as we outlined in “The Anatomy of a Political Smear.”

I’m not going to waste time going over the issues again.  {Go Deep Here – Go Deep Here}  At this point highlighting the accuracy of the past holds no value.  Suffice to say the larger American electorate, ‘We The People’, just need to train ourselves how to spot this stuff when it happens.  As long as people continue to believe in the U.S. media apparatus, it will be more difficult to break the cycle of abuse.

Our nation deserves better.  We deserve better.

The exploitation of children from Central America and Mexico reached a peak of crisis during the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) influx in 2014/2015.  Many people might be familiar with the 2013/2014/2015 “Unaccompanied Alien Children” (UAC) crisis which stemmed from a specific President Obama policy/construct to allow a massive influx of Central American migrants to enter the U.S.

Additionally, despite most media reports to the contrary, a considerable number of those UAC’s were teen and young gang members from South America, including MS-13 members. The aliens were granted entry by the Obama administration, supported by false assertions of refugee status and shipped to various regional locales.

Following the 2016 election President Trump, DHS and HHS officials put stringent rules in place for unaccompanied children who arrived at the border.  One of the consistent concerns was: ‘who would these children be released to‘, as exploitation of vulnerable children including sex trafficking, child labor and human slavery was a problem.

The JoeBama administration is now returning to the prior policy of allowing non-familial custody of children who crossed the border.  Even going so far as to no longer require background checks on the sponsors claiming custody.  Suffice to say with the increase in sex-trafficking and exploitation, this is policy is alarming in the extreme.

According to Reuters JoeBama is now looking at housing children on military bases until they can be transferred into the custody of unknown and unverified entities who are claiming to take charge of the minor children.

Attorney Lin Wood has released an interview with a whistleblower [pdf here] who operated for years within part of the apparatus connected to Deep State surveillance.  While the focus is upon the activity of Rod Rosenstein and even Mike Pence as it relates to the Trump administration, there is part of the interview that connects to a much deeper aspect.  The testimonial connects a larger story if you know what to extract.

While I am still reviewing the overall content, within the first few pages of the interview this segment jumps out – BIG TIME:

The whistle-blower is describing his activity in Baltimore, Maryland, while working with then U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein.  At first review this part seems attributed only to attest the validity of the whistle-blower himself.  However, read carefully what he just stated while reminding yourself of the issue encountered by former CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson.

Most people have forgotten that Sharyl Attkisson’s story originated with some unknown entity planting “classified material’ on her laptop, which she discovered and then independently had reviewed by forensic auditors.  Attkisson’s computer audit identified government intrusion into her computer system, which not coincidentally is exactly what the whistleblower is outlining in this segment of the testimonial.  Stay with me…

You might also remember that later on –early 2020- someone provided Attkisson with details and a tip about the intrusion.  That information then led to Ms. Attkisson refiling the lawsuit and, this is the important part…. Attkisson named Rod Rosenstein and Shawn Henry, a former FBI official in her follow-up lawsuit.  Shawn Henry was the former head of the FBI DC field office, who also became the head of Crowdstrike, a contracted intelligence gathering operation for the government and a politically connected data security and forensic company.

The White House head of narrative engineering is questioned about why the current occupant of the executive branch does not give press conferences where he can be asked random questions by the American Media.

Obviously, we already know why the control agents around JoeBama do not allow him to engage with the media without careful controls, previewed questions and scripted answers in advance…. Biden is cognitively impaired.  They have to retain the ruse of competency until they are prepared to replace him on schedule.

Those who have followed all of the internal research will know the name John Carlin.  As noted in this text message below Carlin has returned to the DOJ and is currently Acting Deputy Attorney General inside Main Justice.  Once again the corrupt DOJ is attempting to secure itself from sunlight upon prior activity, very corrupt activity.

John Carlin was the assistant attorney general and head of the National Security Division inside the DOJ when efforts against the Trump campaign and incoming administration were underway.  John CarIin was previously chief of staff to FBI Director Robert Mueller.

In September of 2016 Carlin manipulated the FISA court by misleading them on the Section 702 certifications.  Carlin never informed the court of FBI contractors having access to the NSA database and exporting the search results to unknown actors. The FBI was using the database to monitor 2016 political campaigns and political opposition.

Carlin announced his resignation Sept 27, 2016, the day after he filed the Government’s proposed 2016 Section 702 certifications. Carlin departed the NSD October 15, 2016, five days before the Carter Page FISA was approved by the FISC.

It was John Carlin who ultimately facilitated the fraudulent FISA application against Carter Page in order to continue surveillance of the risk represented by Donald Trump. John Carlin’s legal counsel in the NSD was Michael Atkinson.
