This obtuse explanation from Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen about the April jobs report is one for the record books.  According to Yellen, the government handing people more free money than they would achieve with a working job is not a disincentive for employment.

To prove her case she cites the hospitality industry hiring people in April.  However, what Yellen doesn’t figure into her bizarro logic is that all sectors in all states are not created equal.  Yes, the statistics of “sector analysis” apply across the entire nation; however, the underlying economic activity is not equally distributed.

Blue states are more economically closed than red states. The job gains are in the states where the economic activity is strongest and the incentives for workers are the biggest.   The lack of people working is disproportionately happening in the blue states where dependency models are strongest. WATCH this nonsense:

These bureaucrats don’t have a lick of common sense.  According to Secretary Yellen’s logic, there are times when water is not lacking dryness.

After the DOJ Civil Rights Division sends a letter to the Arizona state senate, Arizona Chairwoman Kelli Ward gives an update on the coordinated democrat shenanigans.

As Ward notes, the Democrat Arizona Secretary of State is coordinating with the DOJ in an effort to block the audit from continuing.   The auditors and the State senate need our support as the feds start to target the effort.  Unfortunately, I suspect that somewhere, sometime, at some point in this battle, the legal fight is going to end up at the U.S. Supreme Court.

School boards are where mini-dictators are grown.  Thus the latest exhibit comes from South Salt Lake, Utah and the Granite School District Board of Education meeting.

The board was going to hear proposals of removing the mask mandate for K-12 students.  However, they would only allow one parent to speak during “citizen participation time”, a control method for keeping the pesky proles from expressing their opinion of board policy.

After the board allowed a mask advocate from the state to speak, the School board said that’s it, no more discussion.  Parents became infuriated, things got ugly [VIDEO Below]. The board ended the meeting and escaped out the back-door of the building.

UTAH – […] The crowd rose to its feet in protest and one man shouted: “Remember this day! Remember this day!”

Others chanted: “No more masks. No more masks. No more masks.””

The board moved to adjourn the meeting, left the room through a back door and the building was eventually cleared.

U.S District Judge Dabney Friedrich has ruled the CDC has exceeded its authority with the federal ban on evictions during the COVID response. [pdf ruling HERE]

The issue at the heart of the matter is one of private property rights.  As the judge stated: “The question for the Court is a narrow one – “Does the Public Health Service Act grant the CDC the legal authority to impose a nationwide eviction moratorium? It does not.”

(WASHINGTON) – Federal Judge Dabney Friedrich struck down on Wednesday the national eviction moratorium, potentially leaving millions of Americans at risk of losing their homes.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has banned most evictions across the country since September. President Joe Biden extended that protection to renters until July. Some 1 in 5 renters across the U.S. are behind on their payments amid the pandemic, and states are scrambling to disburse more than $45 billion in rental assistance. (read more)

As soon as government started controlling the behavior of people under the justification of COVID fear, there was a natural conclusion evident to the issues. The lady holding up the sign has it exactly correct.  All of the approaches demanded by leftist governmental action framed ‘non-compliance’ with the dictates as the individual being “selfish.”

The leftist pattern of framing your demand for individual freedom and liberty as selfish, has permeated throughout the COVID narrative.  The vaccination demand now carries the exact same compliance narrative as the leftists blend vaccinations with the term “herd immunity.”

The current media talking points say that if you don’t take the non-FDA approved test vaccine, you are selfishly blocking a national effort to attain this “herd immunity.”

The argument is actually quite silly.  If your vaccine protects you from COVID; and if the vaccine actually does do what the government and media tell you it does; then why would you be worried about someone else’s vaccine status?  If the vaccine works, presumably you are protected; my not being vaccinated does not increase your risk or pose a threat.

Now AmVets will try and secure RFK Stadium as an alternative staging area.

Well, this takes governmental threats to an entirely new level.  Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer has just proclaimed that she will not permit a return to liberty and freedom for Michiganders until they submit to the COVID vaccination.

The outline is HERE, but the essential elements are in the graphic below.  Governor Whitmer will not lift the most intrusive mandates until seventy percent of Michigan citizens submit themselves to get the non-FDA-approved COVID vaccine.  LOOK:

♦ If 55% of Michiganders (4,453,304 residents) get the shot, after two weeks Whitmer will allow in-person work for all sectors of business.

♦ If 60% of Michiganders (4,858,150 residents) get the shot, after two more weeks:

•Whitmer will increase indoor capacity at sports stadiums to 25%.
•Increase indoor capacity at conference centers/banquet halls/funeral homes to 25%.
•Increase capacity at exercise facilities and gyms to 50%.
·Lift the curfew on restaurants and bars.

Comrades, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), also known as the U.S. Ministry of COVID compliance, has released new guidelines for outdoor expressions of liberty and freedom.  [SEE GUIDELINES HERE]  Within the guidelines vaccinated people are now permitted to engage in activity without masks.  However, non-compliant citizens -those who refuse the non FDA approved emergency vaccination- are still required to wear masks.  [LINK]

Thus, the CDC ministry is now establishing a new protocol to divide the American citizenry.  Two classes of individuals: vaccinated -vs- non vaccinated.

Vaccinated people will be permitted greater freedom; and may -depending on checkpoints unregulated (so far) by government officials- engage in conduct according to rules created by multinational corporations.  Compliant citizens will have access to venues, services and freedom based on the arbitrary rules of the state and business.

Non-Vaccinated, non-compliant citizens, are considered subversive to the interests of the state, and will -again as determined by private corporations and government officials- be barred from engagement in some activity.  The freedom fulcrum is being moved right in front of our eyes and the majority of U.S. citizens are seemingly oblivious to it.

Comrade dissidents, this should not come as a surprise.  Factually, CTH has been saying this is the intent of the leftist division in the United States for well over a decade.  I even asked readers  in May of 2011 which choice will they make because CTH anticipated THIS is exactly where we would be.  While we did not know the mechanism, we did know the goal.

Senator Rand Paul appears on Maria Bartiromo to discuss the ongoing ramification from current leftist policy as being produced on Capitol Hill.  The interview begins with Senator Paul discussing the leftist definitions of ‘infrastructure’ and how left-wing groups are beneficiaries of trillions of taxpayer funds.

On the economic ramifications Senator Paul notes the impact of massive capital gains increases and how increasing corporate income taxes only provides incentives for national companies to establish themselves overseas to avoid tax liability.  The multinational corps, those already positioned overseas, do not have the same risk exposure to corporate tax increases, thus they do not oppose legislation that hurts national business and small U.S. corporations.

Overall the points made by Rand Paul are all valid; however, those in DC still hold back from pointing out the intent of the JoeBama group – that’s frustrating.  This game where incompetence is claimed under the guise of ‘benefit of doubt’ is a severe weakness within the GOP.  The refusal to aggressively confront Obama 3.0 is beyond frustrating.

Anyone who believes Democrats own exclusive opposition to the America First principles are completely ignoring the deliberate construct of the republican party.  There are just as many -if not more- natural enemies within the Republican apparatus as there are within the Democrat group. “America-First” is antithetical to the UniParty.

The frustration amid the MAGA community is valid.  Everything about it is righteous.  The mechanisms that run the system in DC must be deconstructed if we are to win the battles and the war against this massive enemy.  We have the largest coalition of American patriots on our side; however, there are only a handful of representatives willing to confront with the needed ferocity.
