…never held more validity than what was witnessed over the last 24 hours between CNN and Buzzfeed.
In an NBC interview with Chuck Todd earlier today Buzzfeed editor Ben Smith stated: “the only reason we published the 35 page dossier was because CNN was reporting on it” – SEE HERE–
In an attempt to obfuscate, CNN’s Jake Tapper attempted to create distance between their action, and the action of Buzzfeed –SEE HERE–

Both the CNN report and the Buzzfeed report have now been proven to be entirely false, as earlier stated by the Trump team and verified by NBC News –SEE HERE–

Today, during President-elect Donald Trump’s press conference, PE Trump took exception with “fake news” surrounding the ridiculous release of an unverified dossier by Buzzfeed and the intentional efforts of CNN to promote the accompanying narrative.
President-elect Trump directly called Buzzfeed a “failing piece of garbage”, and further rightly calling CNN “fake news”. Watch:

• Jim Acosta: “Since you are attacking us, can you give us a question?”
• Trump replied “No, not you, your organization is terrible!”
• Acosta continued: “You are attacking our news organization, can you give us a chance to ask a question, sir?”
• Trump reminded Acosta: “don’t be rude.” “I’m not going to give you a question. I’m not going to give you a question. You are fake news!”

Following the press conference, NBC and the Trump Transition exposed the entire construct of the CNN narrative, as created by Jake Tapper, Jim Sciutto, Evan Perez and Carl Bernstein was ENTIRELY FALSE:

Anatomy of a Modern Media Political Smear

If they didn’t continually use the same playbook (reference Trump’s pre-election manufactured sex assault accusers), these insufferable political media constructs would not be so transparent.  There are trillions of dollars at stake.
The framework for the latest narrative begins with a CNN report, constructed by a familiar set of characters (Jake Tapper, Jim Sciutto, Evan Perez and Carl Bernstein), all referencing a vague and intensely obtuse claim about Russians attempting to gain some form of opposition research leverage against President-elect Trump.

To establish the construct of their political narrative they must first set the cornerstone. The cornerstone must appear reasonable and prudent.  The cornerstone establishes their ‘high horse’ credibility position.
The team attempts to do this by presenting notification of a two page addendum to the DNI report on Russian interference with the 2016 election.  The CNN crew claim the addendum discusses Russians attempting to find opposition research on Trump.
The existence of this addendum comes from the ever predictable “unnamed official intelligence sources” etc.  Sound familiar?  It should.

Update to clarify the context of the FBI release from Katica, the internet researcher who discovered the documents:

It is still not on the FBI Vault site. https://vault.fbi.gov/hillary-r.-clinton  And the FBI Vault Twitter account has not Tweeted it out. https://twitter.com/FBIRecordsVault  Nor has the FBI released a statement on it. I imagine they are freaking out right about now. I’m probably on a list for sure now and it isn’t for employment.
The document was only accessible from my archive.is link. Now that it has been shared a million or more times (lol) it is becoming searchable on Google. We have no idea if/when they were going to release it. The FBI has made no mention of the document as of yet either. I do hope that a news site does an article on that aspect of it.

As many of you are aware the FBI mysteriously dumped 300 pages of investigative material in an unusual Sunday evening upload.  For the sake of brevity we are calling it “a release”.
The timing and content of the FBI release are curious and a few people are attempting to understand what’s going on.
It has taken us a full day to look over the #5 release and scour it for information. There’s some rather interesting findings.
What follows below may possibly indicate a motive, and might also outline an internal effort within the FBI to push forward: a.) action by President Obama on behalf of Hillary Clinton, vis-a-vis a pardon; or, b.) action by the incoming administration to ensure  criminal charges.

Incoming Press Secretary for President Donald Trump, Sean Spicer, gave two interesting interviews for Sunday broadcast.  One of the interesting aspects is Spicer explaining how President Trump has no plans on changing his use of Twitter and social media to transmit his message and opinions on political events.
The first interview was with Howie Kurtz of Fox’s “Media Buzz”. Refreshingly the topic of the vast Russian conspiracy was not part of the overall discussion.  Spicer discusses the potential changes to the White House press pool, and some of the recommendations noted by you and President Trump supporters.

The second interview was a casual interview with local New England media WMUR, and again structured around the communications strategy to be expected from the incoming administration.
Best part of Interview #2 – Predicting President Trump’s approach at openly challenging congress, and members of both parties, in real time -via Twitter- as specific issues of legislative importance are debated.   Oh boy, this should be fun.

Oh snapman !  After a slow boil on Sunday’s NBC “Meet the Press” panel discussion about the vast Russian hacking conspiracy, eventually Rick Santelli -no friend of ally of Trump- created instantaneous ‘splodey heads when he dare say:

Immediate apoplectic pearl-clutching ‘splodey heads ensue from Andrea Mitchell, David Brooks, Donna Edwards and host Chuck Todd.  Too funny.  Watch:

The U.S. media continues to make Russia their primary focus of the news cycle for the fourth consecutive week.  Apparently nothing else has been going on in/around the world of politics that is as important to the media as the “vast Russian conspiracy narrative”.
Incoming White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus enters the echo-chamber and is immediately confronted with the Clapper/Brennan intelligence research into the schemes of Boris and Natasha.

LOL, Oh man, tasty bait…  C’mon media bite it – we dare ya.  President-elect Donald Trump tweeted this out earlier today, but here’s the Facebook version:

“Having a good relationship with Russia is a good thing, not a bad thing. Only “stupid” people, or fools, would think that it is bad! We have enough problems around the world without yet another one.
When I am President, Russia will respect us far more than they do now and both countries will, perhaps, work together to solve some of the many great and pressing problems and issues of the WORLD!” – LINK–

What makes this intensely sharp is the reality of the President Obama administration specifically advocating for, and attempting to do, exactly the same thing in 2009.

Interesting development in the aftermath of the Baltimore Six trials in the death of Freddie Gray.   A federal judge, Marvin J Garbis, has allowed a “malicious prosecution and defamation” lawsuit against Baltimore Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby to proceed.
Ms. Mosby’s position was that she held absolute prosecutorial immunity from actions taken as a state’s attorney.
Under normal prosecutorial constructs her office would most likely be correct. However, the judge rightly pointed out that Mosby conducted an independent investigation using her office for more than just prosecution:

“Plaintiffs’ malicious prosecution claims relate to her actions when functioning as an investigator and not as a prosecutor,” Garbis wrote. –link–

You might remember, almost all of the initial findings -used to construct the original charging documents against the Baltimore officers- stemmed from Ms. Mosby’s own independent investigation of fact.
It appears Marilyn Mosby’s independent approach, to ensure the officer’s arrests and prosecution, could now be her own undoing.  Judge Garbis attaches direct liability to her for actions, behaviors and decisions she exclusively controlled.
All claims against the state were dismissed by Garbis, but the claims against Ms. Mosby will go forward:
