Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provided an update this morning about the Maricopa County audit.

The Maricopa board of supervisors previously denied the auditors access to the full electronic trail of ballot counting.  The board held a closed-door emergency hearing and then stated allowing the auditors to review the rounter system, and/or providing passwords for the router network, would compromise sensitive law enforcement data.  Kelli Ward debunks that claim by outlining that none of the electronic networks used in elections are connected to any other governmental agency or office.

There are no other networks or servers connected to the voting system.  The boards justification is a fraud.  The auditors are demanding a review of the electronic router system used in the ballot tabulation process.  The auditors and State Senate are likely to battle Maricopa county in court.  This is an interesting update….  STAY WITH IT:

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides an update on the Maricopa County audit including the legal battles.  Chairwoman Ward outlines how the county board of supervisors has been discovered to have withheld material evidence from the audit despite a court order demanding compliance.

There are certain to be more legal battles ahead as the auditors demand access to all the equipment, including the passwords the county is withholding.  From the reference of the State Senate, the judge has already ruled on these issues and everything that was used in the 2020 election is subject to the subpoena by the State Senate.  It will be interesting next week to see how this issue resolves.

Finally, Kelli Ward says to expect a busy week next week as these and other issues are tackled while the physical audit of ballots continues.

Newt Gingrich gave an interview to Maria Bartiromo this morning that is worth reviewing in total.  However, for this moment I want to key-in on a specific conversation topic at the 09:30 point of the video below.

The former Speaker is exactly correct.  Cheney is pre-positioning herself to run against the potential for a 2024 Trump re-election bid.  The objective here is transparently obvious.  Liz Cheney is the 2024 version of former 2016 candidate Evan McMullin.   Both Cheney and McMullin come from the same origin within the intelligence apparatus.  Let me be very clear about something…. The Intelligence Community are the deep state operatives who control government.

The IC network, including their ability to reach into all systems, networks, institutions and agencies for surveillance, contains all of the elements of control over all other institutions.  Former CIA operative Evan McMullin, running for president in 2016, was part of this system effort.  It is now crystal clear that Liz Cheney, daughter to former Def Sec. Dick Cheney, is operating on behalf of this same system effort. THAT is the connective tissue.

Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy appears with Maria Bartiromo to discuss next week’s vote to remove Liz Cheney (Wednesday).  In the interview McCarthy notes Liz Cheney is dividing the GOP conference with her attacks against President Donald Trump.

A point missing from these discussions is the fact that President Trump received more votes than any president in history.  If Cheney wants to undermine Trump supporters she is effectively, and intentionally, supporting democrats.  Thus, this is a signature move by an entrenched UniParty republican.  Trump won more voters, including more minority voters, than any republican or democrat president in history.  THAT reality is not a fringe element.  MAGA is the majority.

McCarthy also discusses the 2020 census numbers and how the congressional appointments will aid the republican base in taking over the House of Representatives in the 2022 mid-terms.  To replace Liz Cheney, McCarthy supports Elise Stefanik to become conference chair.

Good news!  The sneaky snake who organized the former Pentagon officials into a secret backstabbing attack against President Trump, and then hid her activity, is about to get the boot from leadership.

Reports surfaced yesterday [SEE HERE] that Liz Cheney worked behind the scenes to coordinate a stealth attack against Trump while he was still in office.  We should not be surprised, but the insufferable arrogance of the DeceptiCon dirtbags is blood-boiling.

Thankfully, according to the New York Post, Liz Cheney is going to face a House conference vote next Wednesday.  This will be a very solid opportunity to watch and see exactly who votes to support her.  To avoid scrutiny the vote will likely be secret, again.  However, hopefully someone will take note of who votes and will compile a list of targets for primary challenges.

Economic forecasters had predicted one million job gains in April.  The actual results are “stunningly” and “unexpectedly” far below the expectations.  The Bureau of Labor Statistics [SEE HERE] reveals only 266,000 jobs gained in April and downward revisions of March by -146,000.  There are almost 7.4 million jobs available; however, despite the available jobs, no-one is going back to work.

Yes, JoeBama’s “free government money” has created the socialist utopia.

The politically correct economic analysts are shocked that minorities (blacks and latinos) are not going back to work; while ignoring the disincentive that government handouts have created in the JoeBama economy.  The entire dynamic is ridiculous when you consider we should be entering a phase of the jobs economy where vaccination and COVID mitigation should be leading to massive reopenings of the economy overall.

Inside the numbers, the economic sectors showing the worst jobs recovery are directly related to the blue state shut-downs.  Worse yet, there is an underlying scenario showing the economy is not growing despite the ability of businesses to re-open overall.  That spells even more trouble.

(CNBC) – “Today’s report was an enormous surprise and shows the labor market hit a hidden pothole in April,” Glassdoor senior economist Daniel Zhao tells CNBC Make It. “Clearly, the labor market has decelerated quite a bit.”

Comrades, the Washington State ministry of COVID compliance is going to join in other regional blue state totalitarians and create a tiered system of freedom for vaccinated and non-vaccinated citizens.   The out-of-control dictators are never going to give up the power they have taken under the auspices of COVID mitigation.

According to the latest rules from Washington State Governor Jay Inslee there will be two sections for spectator events and religious and faith based organizations (churches) that “allows facilities to increase capacity by adding sections for vaccinated attendees.” [UPDATE HERE]  “The change, which is effective immediately, outlines the guidelines for vaccinated sections at sporting events, graduations, religious services and other similar activities.”

WASHINGTON STATE – “Under the updated guidance the following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination: Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date last dose administered) OR a photo of a vaccination card as a separate document OR a photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device OR documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider electronic health record or state Immunization Information System record. Self-reported vaccination records that are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.” (link)

Governor Ron DeSantis appeared on Fox News this morning to highlight the economic success of Florida during the COVID crisis.  As DeSantis notes because the state remained largely open the state did not need to touch its “Rainy Day Fund” to cover emergency expenses; and now the state is fully operational the revenues being generated are allowing the legislature to double the state emergency fund accounts.  All of this despite Florida having no income tax.

Additionally, DeSantis highlighted the growth in the state that allows the legislature to provide $1,000 bonuses to first responders; and introduces a new election reform bill recently passed by the state legislature, which he signed live on television.

U.S District Judge Dabney Friedrich has ruled the CDC has exceeded its authority with the federal ban on evictions during the COVID response. [pdf ruling HERE]

The issue at the heart of the matter is one of private property rights.  As the judge stated: “The question for the Court is a narrow one – “Does the Public Health Service Act grant the CDC the legal authority to impose a nationwide eviction moratorium? It does not.”

(WASHINGTON) – Federal Judge Dabney Friedrich struck down on Wednesday the national eviction moratorium, potentially leaving millions of Americans at risk of losing their homes.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has banned most evictions across the country since September. President Joe Biden extended that protection to renters until July. Some 1 in 5 renters across the U.S. are behind on their payments amid the pandemic, and states are scrambling to disburse more than $45 billion in rental assistance. (read more)
