Famous for his GOPe role within the “shameful seven” Senator Roy Blunt (U-DC) appears on Fox News to discuss the action priorities of a new senate. Blunt has been rewarded and advanced by the Decepticon leadership to new power within the chamber.
Similar to the conversation with Liz Cheney, Roy Blunt speaks to the importance of military spending. [*Important National Security notation*: To the Decepticons, the use of military deployed leverage is viewed as a better option than using U.S. economic leverage (Trump approach); because when President Trump deploys U.S. economic leverage it can impact the Decepticon’s Wall Street donors and K-Street lobbyists.]
Boy, is this video ever interesting. In the first several minutes of the video (briefing) Governor Brown and Governor-elect Newsom are absent. Likely both are receiving massive inbound communication from their political teams and national democrats who are watching every granular moment/optic for political damage and giving advice.
After Brown and Newsom finally show up, their lack of actual connection to the crisis being explained in front of them is jaw-dropping. Watch their body language, they are oblivious to the actual issues at hand and have no questions for the SME’s. Stunning. Absolutely stunning.
As a comparative mental exercise in competence. Compare two states, of similar size, similar populations, amid similar crises.
Contrast Governor Brown in these moments against Florida Governor Rick Scott following the hurricanes. Brown appears detached, lost, and incapable (perhaps unwilling) to understand the details of the challenge (past and present); whereas Florida Governor Rick Scott was/is entirely engaged, entirely absorbed in the details of rescue and recovery, and entirely understanding of the challenges in each event.
What a contrast. (more…)
Let it not be said this wasn’t transparently predictable. After missing the deadline for reporting the official machine ballot count, the hand-count in Broward County had to be halted when officials noticed the staff were counting the wrong ballots today. This comes on the heels of Broward County Supervisor of Elections claiming her critics were racist.
It’s how she rolls along; year, after year, after year…. and no-one ever puts a stop to her consistent lack of competence, because racism. Yup, you can’t make this stuff up folks.
FLORIDA – […] On Saturday, the volunteers started sorting about 22,000 undervotes and overvotes in the contentious contest for Florida Commissioner of Agriculture.
That came to a grinding halt when lawyers found thousands of overlapping ballots which clearly showed a vote in the agriculture race but were fuzzy in the Senate race. (read more)
This happens the same day SoE Brenda Snipes claims any criticism of her performance, amid years of consistent Broward County election mistakes and chaos, is due to racism: (more…)
If you want a prelude to how the democrat/globalist/left-wing political machine is gearing up to disrupt any U.S. economic success, here it is. With the opportunity to discuss important and consequential economic initiative with Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, Yahoo Chief Narrative Engineer, Andy Serwer, runs through a litany of political talking points.
.
There has been some banter about the possibility of Wilbur Ross being replaced next year, possibly by Mick Mulvaney. While all such media speculation should be taken with a grain of salt, this interview highlights the foreseeable landscape of confrontation. (more…)
Senator Lindsey Graham (U-DC) met with Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker earlier today and pauses to discuss with interested media. Graham confirms Whitaker is intent on allowing the Mueller investigation to come to its natural conclusion.
Additionally, Graham discusses a potential for he and Whitaker to work together next year on issues vitally important to the institution. [ie. do not expect any ‘spygate’ stuff being discussed at any time over the next several weeks.]
.
Additionally today, the Office of Inspector General, Michael Horowitz outlined departmental priorities for the DOJ in 2019. [READ HERE] Which leans heavily toward the possibility the next DOJ-IG report will be a white-wash over the FISA abuse. Notably absent from the challenge priorities is any direct interest in eliminating corruption. (more…)
Voices selling a pending conclusion to the Mueller investigation of President Trump were dealt a set-back today as Robert Mueller files a motion with the court extending the 2016 Russian interference investigation deep into 2019.
The Associated Press is citing court documents filed within the Rick Gates case where the special counsel is requesting additional time for sentencing as an outcome of ongoing cooperation that has expanded the investigation.
WASHINGTON (AP) — Robert Mueller isn’t done with former Trump campaign aide Rick Gates.
That’s according to a new court filing from the special counsel’s team. Prosecutors say they’re not ready for Gates to be sentenced because he is continuing to cooperate with “several ongoing investigations.” And they’re asking a federal judge to give them until mid-January before they have to give another update about his case.
Constant Narcissism News (CNN) has filed a lawsuit against President Trump, Sarah Sanders, John Kelly, Bill Shine and the Secret Service over the White House decision to revoke the ‘hard pass’ of Narcissist News correspondent Jim Acosta. If rejected, Acosta will likely ride his bicycle in slow circles at the end of the White House driveway while glaring in the windows….
WASHINGTON DC – CNN has filed a lawsuit against President Trump and several of his aides, seeking the immediate restoration of chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta’s access to the White House.
The lawsuit is a response to the White House’s suspension of Acosta’s press pass, known as a Secret Service “hard pass,” last week. The suit alleges that Acosta and CNN’s First and Fifth Amendment rights are being violated by the ban.
Well, this certainly adds context to the charges of purposeful incompetence applied toward notoriously corrupt Broward County Supervisor of Elections, Brenda Snipes.
According to a recent report from the Miami Herald, Miami-Dade County is halfway through the constitutionally required recount of votes. Meanwhile, Broward County has not started; and there’s almost no-way for them to meet the court-ordered deadline of Thursday afternoon.
(Miami Herald) By noon on Monday, Miami-Dade managed to recount about half of the more than 800,000 votes cast in the 2018 election. Broward County had not yet started its state-mandated recount.
The stark contrast in pace from Florida’s two largest sources of ballots highlights the pressure facing Broward as it tries to meet a Thursday afternoon deadline to recount the more than 700,000 votes cast in the largely Democratic county.
As of noon Monday, Broward still had to calibrate its ballot-scanning machines and sort out the ballots needed to be counted, suggesting the actual recount may not start until later in the day or even Tuesday morning. (read more)
Pay close attention. WARNING: There is a battle within the administrative state that most of you are aware of. Within this interview; and amid the larger conversation; the critical question to ask yourself is:
Is Rod Rosenstein working for the cause of justice; or is he an entrenched ideologue put in place to defend the interests of the administrative state?
President Trump’s appointment of Matt Whitaker as acting attorney general sparks outrage from Democrats, collaborative media and all professional administrative state advocates; who say he should recuse himself from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation. Here’s reaction from former Attorney General Michael Mukasey.
Maria Bartiromo holds the most significant conversations today surrounding the midterm election and the predictable consequences therein. Starting next week, what we see in the lame-duck congressional session will form the cornerstone of the next two years.
Historically, Wall Street Republicans (GOPe) prefer to be in the minority; it is part of their structural Decepticon model. Representative Kevin McCarthy appears with Ms. Bartiromo to discuss his take on what is to come, and his desire to become Minority Leader.
