About a decade ago, as the millennial generation entered the workforce, we noted the “everyone deserves a trophy” view was leading directly to a very specific vision of liberal utopia.
As the years have “progressed” the ideology has mainstreamed to a fevered pitch.  The overarching Marxist ideology -born within the think tank branches of the Frankfurt School- was finally dropping the ripened fruit.

In New York, Mayor Bloomberg knows better: you don’t need Soda, Donuts or Salt;  Michelle Obama knows what your kids need in their lunches;  Barack Obama and Jonathan Gruber know what healthcare you deserve…. the entire ideological spectrum of fellow travelers look down upon the proletariat:  “all your children are belong to us“.
By 2009 the domestic team was assembled.  Regulatory Czar, Cass Sunstein, was appointed by the head of the organization to synergize the various constructs:
♦ The EPA would control your energy use  ♦ the FDA would advance upon your food/beverage allowances ♦ the Dept of Education would adjust the generational indoctrination principles to reflect the modern advances, and the need to move the goalposts further away from traditional values.
Banking and Finance sectors would be regulated to insure effective Social Engineering was possible;  HHS would insure healthcare apportionment was under full regime control, meanwhile the DOJ would be utilized the insure compliance.
In order to insure the required electoral groups stayed asleep – the principles of dependency would simultaneously be expanded.   This was essentially paying off the electorate for allowing the constructs to continue.   Pullet lever – get pellet.

LITMUS TEST !!!   Enough is Enough

WESTMINSTER — An unruly public hearing on a proposal to prohibit the sale of tobacco products came to a sudden and rowdy halt Wednesday evening after shouting and clapping opponents of the ban repeatedly refused the chairwoman’s request to come to order.

The ban, proposed by the Board of Health in this Central Massachusetts town, would be the first of its kind in the state. It has led to angry reactions from residents who worry that it will hurt the local economy and allow government too much discretion in controlling private conduct.
“This is about freedom; it’s my body and it’s my choice to smoke,” said Nate Johnson, 32, a Westminster farmer and auto body worker. He was puffing on a cigarette at a rally before the hearing where opponents held signs saying “It’s not about tobacco — it’s about control” and “Smoke ’em if you got them.” (more…)

A person could write lengthy paragraphs digging into the mindset of those who cannot fathom an innocent person being allowed to continue being innocent.   However, in the final analysis you end in a place where you recognize generations of appeased dependency have given rise to a societal construct unwilling, and unable, to conceive of their demands not being appeased.

(Reuters) – Activists protesting the fatal shooting in August of an unarmed black teen by a white policeman expressed anger on Saturday after the city’s police chief told local media the officer could return to work if a grand jury does not to charge him criminally.
The St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, which saw weeks of sometimes violent protests following the Aug. 9 shooting, is on edge as a grand jury decides whether the officer, Darren Wilson, will face charges for the shooting of Michael Brown.
Wilson would likely be fired if he is indicted, but could immediately return to duty if he is not, Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson told St. Louis broadcaster KSDK, adding that he had not spoken with Wilson to know if he wanted to rejoin the department. (more…)

Jake Tapper via Washington (CNN) — In a 2011 conversation about the Affordable Care Act, MIT economist Jonathan Gruber, one of the architects of the law more commonly known as Obamacare, talked about how the bill would get rid of all tax credits for employer-based health insurance through “mislabeling” what the tax is and who it would hit.

In recent days, the past comments of Gruber — who in a 2010 speech noted that he “helped write the federal bill” and “was a paid consultant to the Obama administration to help develop the technical details as well” — have been given renewed attention. (more…)

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot – Yikes.  The National Anthem needs a warning ?

(Via Daily Caller) CNN, which bills itself as “The Most Trusted Name in News,” sure knows how to put a weird damper on a perfectly heartwarming, patriotic and downright tearjerker story during the week of Veterans Day.

The video story is entitled “Sailor mom surprises daughter at school.” It first appeared on CNN on Thursday — on loan from an Indianapolis Fox affiliate.
Prior to CNN’s presentation of the video (just after the mandatory commercial), a warning message appeared for several seconds in bold font atop a two-tone black background.
“Please be advised you are about to hear an excerpt of the national anthem,” the warning declared (more)

We have tracked this intent for 5 years as it evolved from theory, to hidden practice, to policy discussion, then presidential executive order, and now into full blown implementation.
Both Miami-Dade and Maryland Schools did it secretly. At least the Minneapolis School District is being open about their intentions, all former districts have done it without telling the public.
Minneapolis will now institute a policy of disciplinary suspension for white students, but blacks and other minorities will not be suspended and allowed intolerant behavior to correct the disparate impact.
MINNESOTA –  Minneapolis Public Schools are implementing a new policy aimed at eliminating the gap between the races when it comes to suspensions. Nothing will change for white students, they will still be suspended at the discretion of each school’s principal. But for minority students, specifically black, Hispanic and Native American students, the Minneapolis Schools Superintendent’s office will personally review each case.
This new policy is part of an agreement with U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights announced last week after an investigation into why minority students made up such a high percentage suspended students in the past. (more…)

Let us provide the obvious two answers to the repeating questions in this article:

#1 )  This is Maryland – One of the most historically liberal of governmental constructs for liberal policy implementation. They avoid this stuff.

#2)  “All your children are belong to us” – In Maryland the government knows better than you.  Period.  When in doubt, refer to #1.  Remember the “pop tart gun” kid – and the subsequent entire school psychological counseling?

GERMANTOWN, Md. (WJLA) – Parents are furious about a Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) substitute teacher who is accused of sexually assaulting a student, just one week after they learned a contractor allegedly inappropriately touched two students.

Jose Pineda, a 50-year-old substitute teacher, reportedly touched a 12-year-old girl inappropriately at Roberto W. Clemente Middle School on Sept. 30. Court documents allege Pineda first reached around the girl and touched her behind, then walked by four to five times and squeezed her legs and bottom. (more…)
