The Clintonian parseltongue continues.   First she said “there was never anything classified on her private email server”.  Then she said there was never anything “classified at the time” it was on her email server. Now she claims there was never anything with “classified written on it”, at the time it was on her private email server.
The Clinton’s could debate the verbiage on a stop sign. 
(Via New York Post) The FBI investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s unsecured e-mail account is not just a fact-finding venture — it’s a criminal probe, sources told The Post on Wednesday.
The feds are investigating to what extent Clinton relied on her home server and other private devices to send and store classified documents, according to a federal source with knowledge of the inquiry.

Well this adds a new twist to the Democrat platform of transparency.  For ObamaCare congress was told “you have to pass the bill to find out what is in the bill”.
Now, however, it appears the Democrat position has evolved. 
For Iran: ‘you have to approve the Iranian Nuclear Deal, and you’ll never find out what’s in the deal you are approving’.  
WASHINGTON DC – The only Obama administration official to view confidential “side deals” between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) admitted Wednesday she and her team have only seen rough drafts.
“I didn’t see the final documents. I saw the provisional documents, as did my experts,” said Wendy Sherman, a lead U.S. negotiator for the deal, said Wednesday at a Senate Banking Committee hearing.
Sherman, under secretary of State for political affairs, said she was only allowed to see the confidential deals “in the middle of the negotiation” when the IAEA “wanted to go over with some of our experts the technical details.” (more…)

Apparently the media are running out of thesaurus reference words to obfuscate the illegality of using non-secure private data servers to conduct official State Department business.  Not to worry, they’ll soon come up with new Clinton deflector words. 
WASHINGTON POST – The FBI has begun looking into the security of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private e-mail setup, contacting in the past week a Denver-based technology firm that helped manage the unusual system, according to two government officials.
Also last week, the FBI contacted Clinton’s lawyer, David Ken­dall, with questions about the security of a thumb drive in his possession that contains copies of work e-mails Clinton sent during her time as secretary of state.
The FBI’s interest in Clinton’s e-mail system comes after the intelligence community’s inspector general referred the issue to the Justice Department in July. Intelligence officials expressed concern that some sensitive information was not in the government’s possession and could be “compromised.” The referral did not accuse Clinton of any wrongdoing, and the two officials said Tuesday that the FBI is not targeting her. Fox News has announced their debate line-up.  Using their selected “polling” data, they have ranked the candidates and announced the “Top Ten” (Tier One) who will have a prime-time debate 9pm to 11pm on Thursday August 6th.  A second tier (bottom ranked 7) who will have a 5pm to 7pm with a smaller debate presence.

Breitbart has a brief outline of Nation of Islam’s head, Louis Farrakhan, speech in Miami last week.  He called for “10,000 fearless men” to “rise up and kill those who kill us; stalk them and kill them and let them feel the pain of death that we are feeling!”

“I’m looking for 10,000 in the midst of a million. Ten thousand fearless men who say death is sweeter than continued life under tyranny. Death is sweeter than continuing to live and bury our children while the white folks give our killers hamburgers. Death is sweeter than watching us slaughter each other to the joy of a 400-year-old enemy.

Death is sweeter. The Quran teaches persecution is worse than slaughter. Then it says retaliation is prescribed in matters of the slain. Retaliation is a prescription from God to calm the breasts of those whose children have been slain. It was suspected the undercover video’s contained discussion of Planned Parenthood discussing “fully intact fetuses”, which would be prima facie evidence of born alive infants. This disturbing aspect prompted a biotech company, Stem Express, to file a motion with a federal judge to block any further video release.

Yet again, the transparency here is obvious. Marilyn Mosby doesn’t want to allow a commission to analyze the root cause of the Baltimore homicide rate; why, because -at the core- it’s her earlier activist, anti-cop, decisions that are creating the hostile city culture.

Through her efforts, and those of the predominantly black city leadership, they have created a petri-dish of empowered lawlessness while simultaneously undermining the lawful authority of the police officers who are charged with controlling the chaos.

Progressives of every stripe always attempt to avoid the consequences from their ideological constructs; to include hiding and masking the outcomes.

Mosby recently derailed an initiative to bring together city leaders, law enforcement commanders, academics, public health officials and others to identify real-time homicide trends and develop targeted responses — the latest crime-fighting program to falter amid a dramatic spike in violence..

After months of promising unprecedented transparency and collaboration with law enforcement partners, Mosby said she didn’t want to share information that others in the fledgling Baltimore Homicide Review Commission considered critical to success. Here comes the beginning of the second holy grail goal of the Obama administration. This one comes with guarantees of billions for Chicago Jesus and his ideological co-horts. Get ready for “Carbon Trading” in the U.S. energy sector along a similar vein to the historical “Mortgage Trading” in the housing sector.

Listen closely tomorrow and you’ll hear some familiar catch phrases. Remember “if you like your plan you can keep your plan”, or “if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor”, or “it will save the average family $2,500 per year on health insurance premiums”, or “we have to pass the bill (regulation) to find out what’s in it” etc… the nouns will change, the verbs and adjectives will remain the same.

WASHINGTON DC – President Barack Obama will Monday unveil what he called the “biggest, most important step we’ve ever taken” to fight climate change, a sensitive issue central to his legacy.

The White House will release the final version of America’s Clean Power Plan, a set of environmental rules and regulations that will home in on the pollution from the nation’s power plants, setting limits on power-plant carbon emissions.

Laying out how climate change was a threat to the health, well being and security of millions of Americans, and adding that time was of the essence, Obama said in a video released early Sunday: “Climate change is not a problem for another generation. Not anymore.” (more…)

The Wall Street Journal and NBC have published their last national poll prior to the debate qualification cutoff. However, there’s something considerably afoot with the entire construct of the debate field.

In addition, this poll is sketchy at best, because it only includes “252 interviews” within the poll, yet is considered a “substantive poll” used for the qualification of the debate field.  Yeah, go figure that one out.

(Via Chicao Tribune) Five years before he was shot to death in the failed terrorist attack in Garland, Texas, Nadir Soofi walked into a suburban Phoenix gun shop to buy a 9-millimeter pistol..

At the time, Lone Wolf Trading Co. was known among gun smugglers for selling illegal firearms. And with Soofi’s history of misdemeanor drug and assault charges, there was a chance his purchase might raise red flags in the federal screening process.

Inside the store, he fudged some facts on the form required of would-be gun buyers.

What Soofi could not have known was that Lone Wolf was at the center of a federal sting operation known as Fast and Furious, targeting Mexican drug lords and traffickers. The idea of the secret program was to allow Lone Wolf to sell illegal weapons to criminals and straw purchasers, and track the guns back to large smuggling networks and drug cartels. (read more)
