Judicial Watch has just released the deposition transcript of Hillary Clinton’s Chief of Staff, Ms. Cheryl Mills:

“I don’t know that I could articulate that there was a specific discussion as opposed to her continuation of the practice she had been using when she was a Senator. … I don’t have a specific memory of the conversations that may or may not have occurred. I know that I understood she was going to be using her personal email and that’s what she did.” [page 45]

“when she was a Senator“?  A “Senator“.  Oopsies.

Cheryl Mills testimony covered Clinton’s use of emails; whether FOIA searches were done of Clinton emails, information about the set-up of the Clinton email server; Mills’ communication with Clinton email witness Bryan Pagliano; Mills’ involvement in prior Clinton email controversies; and the handling of politically sensitive FOIA responses.  Mills’ attorneys directed her not to answer many questions.

During one part of the deposition Cheryl Mills admits that none of the Clinton email was able to be captured by FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests, because the State Department did not have access.  Excerpt: (more…)

Orange really IS the new black.

A Rasmussen Poll released today shows 50% of the electorate believe Hillary Clinton should continue running for President even if she is under federal indictment.  Perhaps even more stunning is that 71% of Democrats think she should keep running if charged with a felony.

(Rasmussen) Most continue to believe likely Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton is a lawbreaker, but half of all voters also say a felony indictment shouldn’t stop her campaign for the presidency.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 43% of Likely U.S. Voters think Clinton should immediately stop campaigning if she is charged with a felony in connection with her use of a private e-mail server while secretary of State. Fifty percent (50%), however, think she should continue running until a court determines her guilt or innocence. (more…)

Last Thursday Judicial Watch released the deposition transcript of Ambassador Lewis Lukens, former deputy assistant secretary of state and executive director of the State Department’s executive secretariat.

Hillary Clinton speaking at a Trayvon Martin Foundation event is an analogy wrapped up in a proverbial metaphor…. Everything about the foundation, Sybrina Fulton and Hillary Clinton is based on fraud.  ALL OF IT.

I was once asked how much time I personally spent in research of the Trayvon Martin shooting from April 2012 to July 2013. My best guess answer was 4,000 hours.
If you were to combine the efforts of approximately 100-500 CTH researchers during the same period you can amplify that number exponentially beyond a half million hours.  Yeah, we have some familiarity with this entire story.

George Stephanopolous would have been too obvious, even the Clinton’s have limits; so the ever reliable democrat media operative, Clinton New Network’s Chris Cuomo, was flown to Chicago for an exclusive interview.

The preferred narrative is gaining increasing evidence. Those who gain benefit from leveraging a cultural shift of modern feminism are working earnestly to retain it.
The phrase:  “you cannot talk down to me because I’m a woman“, traditional -arguably appropriate- ERA feminism, demanded equality in opportunity.  However, that argument has now been dropped.
Modern feminism is leveraged: “you cannot criticize me, because I’m a woman“.
The traditional demands of equality are following a predictable pattern and now invoking leveraged benefit.
Ultimately, this is the modern version of feminism, and one currently being advanced by personalities like Fox News host Megyn Kelly.  Social justice memes demanding a higher position of consideration based on (fill_in_the_blank), where this specific blank is filled with gender.
The objective determinations of skill and competency are now being clouded by lowered expectations forced by the benefactors who gain by lowering the expectation.  It is a dangerous and slippery slope to bar critical evaluation based on lowered expectations due to gender.   Such well-intentioned pathways historically lead to soft-bigotry caused by lessened expectations.
However, if Hillary Clinton is to gain nation-wide elected office her incompetence and inability must be shielded.  This is the basic motive for a growing gender-based narrative as injected into the 2016 presidential race.   The latest attempts by the Washington Post and New York Times are ultimately evidence of this intention. Against the backlash from Facebook being exposed for controlling content based on ideological views, CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced he was going to meet with “conservative voices” to discuss their concerns.
Glenn Beck subsequently announced his participation in this upcoming meeting. –SEE HERE –
It’s all smoke and mirrors folks.  This PR ruse is about the most insufferable damage control amid years of behind-the-scenes political consultation is, well, silly.
The control of Facebook and other social media platforms to push political narratives is well documented, and extends far beyond non-traditional social media.  Matt Drudge was talking about it last year (see here).  And we’ve been following it since 2010.

Most people who understand the UniParty are the same people who railed against the Mitt Romney candidacy in 2012.  Mitt Romney, George Bush, Jeb, same-same-same.  So it should come as no surprise the enemy of Mitt Romney’s GOPe/UniParty effort, is actually us.
The reality is, if it wasn’t due to the Romney election machinations in 2012, we would never have been motivated to discover the origin of the networks which created the scheme.  Both 2011/2012 and 2015/2016 schemes were essentially the same.
In my own personal estimation, I believe Donald Trump knew this exact same construct. Trump knew the ruse, he saw it duplicating itself again, and frustrated he simply said ‘enough’…

Here’s a summary of day two in the trial of police officer Edward Nero…
(Via Baltimore Sun)  Prosecutors spent much of the second day of Officer Edward Nero‘s trial trying to prove he was directly involved in Freddie Gray‘s detention and arrest — at times using Nero’s own statement to police investigators.
At one point Friday, Chief Deputy State’s Attorney Michael Schatzow read from a transcript of Nero’s statement.
“I then see Officer [Garrett] Miller chasing the other suspect, and Officer Miller at this time is now on foot,” Nero said, according to Schatzow. “He has his Taser in his hand. He’s saying, ‘Stop or I’m going to tase you.’
“He never tases him. I guess the suspect seen me. He then — he then stops. He looked like he kind of like slipped. I don’t know what he did, but either way he stopped.”

“Miller and I, we got him in custody. Miller took out his cuffs; he cuffs him.” (more…)
