Officer Casebolt became the controversial public face of the response from local law enforcement when he tried to get control of a riot containing over 100 unsupervised teens. The party was a teenage “Dime Girls” sexploitation event that went out of control.
Black Lives Matter activists descended on McKinney Texas and the Craig Ranch Subdivision in an effort to politicize the event for their social justice cause. The professional grievance activists (BGI) wanted Casebolt charged.
