Many observers speculated at the time the FEDS could not allow the appearance of the Militia to be the public impression of their decision not to follow through with the Bundy Roundup in Nevada.     

Several issues were concerning.    1.) The “Oath Keepers” within the police department were openly exposed as frauds, and to-a-man willing to go along with the federal agents.  2.) The appearance of the armed Militia groups instantly became a risk to the power of the armed federal agencies and “for hire” contractors who are used to unlimited hostile action against citizens without consequence.

Now This…. [Assistant Sheriff Joe] […]   Lombardo confirms that Metro developed a lot of intelligence about militia members who were present. Those who aimed their guns at officers will be dealt with.

“Yes, there will be consequences, definitely. That is unacceptable behavior. If we let it go, it will continue into the future,” Lombardo said.

Law enforcement sources told us that federal officials are preparing to move against Cliven Bundy, but they might wait months until things die down before making their move.

However, once their primaries are over.   WATCH OUT !   The ‘nights of the long knives’ will begin with Amnesty and immigration reform rushed quick to VOTE.

Boehner is using the Benghazi Select Committee -right now- to garner votes toward that end.

I held off on sharing this story (last week) because I wanted to fact check the surrounding details.   After calling Milwakee County today, I can confirm all of the details inside this article.  Including the officer in question still being employed.

Summary:   Police Officer Joseph Quiles drove through a stop light and T-boned another vehicle belonging to 25-year-old Tanya Welker.   Ms. Welker was *seriously* injured.   Officer Quiles, with the help of other officers, fabricated an arrest report proclaiming Ms. Welker as Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and citing her responsible for the accident.  However, a CCTV video showed an entirely divergent set of facts……

(WISCONSIN) A Wisconsin woman says she was wrongly accused of driving drunk when a Milwaukee sheriff’s deputy T-boned her car last year, leaving her with serious injuries and a pile of medical bills.

Tanya Weyker, 25, a jewelery designer and blogger from Milwaukee, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in connection to a February 2013 accident involving Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Deputy Joseph Quiles – even though blood tests showed that she had no alcohol or drugs in her system.

The driver’s neck was broken in four places, leaving Weyker unable to perform a field sobriety test on the scene of the crash, or even blow into a Breathalyzer. (more…)

Disparate Beaver Impact Alert – firing an Oregon State basketball coach results in only a black man being fired, therefore the firing of basketball coaches in Oregon has a “disparate impact” on black males.  

I demand an immediate Eric Holder investigation into the racism of the Beaver clan.

(OREGON) Oregon State fired head coach Craig Robinson on Sunday, according to a source with knowledge of the situation. In six seasons, Robinson went 94-105 with no NCAA tournament appearances. The Beavers went 16-16 last season and are losing all five starters from that team.

The biggest surprise of the firing of Robinson, the brother-in-law of President Barack Obama, comes with the timing. Oregon State’s season ended six weeks ago with a loss to Radford in the CBI and Robinson had reportedly received support from Oregon State’s administration. Robinson has three more years remaining on this contract and the university is expected to owe him more than $4 million. (more…)

(Washington DC)  Just over half the nation wants further investigation into the September 2012 terrorist killings of American diplomats in Benghazi, Libya, in part because an even larger percentage of the country does not believe that President Obama’s team has told the full story about the simmering scandal.

Rasmussen Reports revealed in a new poll that 51 percent want the investigation to go forward. The House last week ordered up a special panel to investigate the killings of the U.S. ambassador and several others and how the administration handled the crisis.

Worse for Obama, Rasmussen found that 59 percent feel it is unlikely the administration has revealed all of the details of the episode. And 50 percent are not satisfied with the administration’s story they’ve heard.  (read more)

Hat Tip WeaselZippers –   Students in a California school district will not be allowed to wear American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo, due to concerns that such displays of patriotism would inflame racial tensions by offending Mexican students on their holiday.

The district’s policy concerned many free speech advocates, but was upheld by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

In response, Tea Party groups plan to protest outside Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill. And they will be wearing American flag T-shirts.

“They silenced a symbol of patriotism and freedom in America,” said Georgine Scott-Codiga, president of the Gillroy-Morgan Hill Patriots, in a statement to KCBS.

The trouble dates back to Cinco de Mayo in 2010, when the school forced four students to remove their American flag T-shirts. Administrators worried that fighting would break out between white and Latino students if the shirts were noticed, and so the four offending students were sent home. (more…)

In my opinion the activity within the White House on 9/11/12, the night of the Benghazi attack, is not riddled with hard to understand events.

If you separate the wheat from the chaff you begin to understand what the response, or lack thereof, was all about.

The wheat is “what they knew”, the chaff is what people “think they knew”.

Two fundamentally different aspects which can be brought into alignment with a simple review of known facts and known communications.

The Benghazi State Department compound came under direct attack at 9:40pm Libyan time, or 3:40pm (Eastern DC time). All times for this presentation will be in Washington DC time.

The first notification of the attack into the White House came through the State Department at 4:05pm via email cable. It said: “U.S. Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi Under Attack”. (more…)

(New York Post)  Members of a violent cell of al Qaeda-linked terrorists are being questioned in connection with the disappearance of Flight MH370, according to several British press reports.

International law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and Britain’s MI6, asked Malaysian authorities to conduct intense interrogations of the 11 militants, who range in age from 22 to 55 and include students, business professionals and a young widow, the Mail newspaper said.
