Obviously AG Lynch has a vested interest in this case.  It would be embarrassing to the administration, to the AG, and to the larger professional grievance community, if a poorly constructed case -built with a racially embedded narrative- were to be exposed to sunlight.
Not only is the case based on activism and agenda, but the likelihood of the case falling apart has increased exponentially over the past 72 hours.

Watch how quickly this case begins to collapse as the ‘real evidence’ begins to come to the surface.  Activist, and State Attorney, Marilyn Mosby originally said:

[…] Officer Miller and Nero then placed Mr. Gray in a seated position and substantially found a knife clipped to the inside of his pants pocket. The blade of the knife was folded into the handle. The knife was not a switchblade and is lawful under Maryland law. These officers then removed the knife and placed it on the sidewalk. 

[…]  Lt. Rice, Officer Miller and Officer Nero failed to establish probable cause for Mr. Gray’s arrest as no crime had been committed by Mr. Gray. Accordingly Lt. Rice Officer MIller and Office Nero illegally arrested Mr. Gray. (link)

This was the statement she made when announcing the charges to the media.  Essentially, an oral citation of the probable cause Mosby used to file her ‘take-my-word-for-it’ Direct Action charges.   However, it looks like she was, well, stretching the truth again.

In a city of 600,000 residents, that would be $3,000 per person.
(Via WFB) The city of Baltimore received over $1.8 billion from President Barack Obama’s stimulus law, including $467.1 million to invest in education and $26.5 million for crime prevention.

President Obama claimed last Tuesday that if the Republican-controlled Congress would implement his policies to make “massive investments in urban communities,” they could “make a difference right now” in the city, currently in upheaval following the death of Freddie Gray.
However, a Washington Free Beacon analysis found that the Obama administration and Democratically-controlled Congress did make a “massive” investment into Baltimore, appropriating $1,831,768,487 though the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), commonly known as the stimulus. (more…)

..”They Shot That Boy For No Reason !”

Earlier today the police approached a man on the street in Baltimore suspected of carrying a firearm. Before the police could reach him the man took off running. During the pursuit the suspects handgun either fell, or was dropped, as he fled. The suspects gun went off when it hit the ground. Fortunately no-one was hit by the discharge. The man was tackled by the chasing officers and then, out of an abundance of caution, transported via ambulance.
No police officer fired their weapons. No-one was shot. The only firearm discharge was from the fleeing suspect as his firearm hit the ground.
Now watch this video of how a female “eye-witness”, injected her perception of the event, and quickly reported it to the media and enraged the community.  Passionate, angry, tearful and adamant about what she witnessed.

Of course, none of that is true.  Nothing she is describing actually took place.
This should be a case study in how unreliable agenda witness statements actually are.

It appears that people, including Fox’s Mike Tobin saw a guy running “heard a gunshot”, and saw the guy on the ground – AND ASSUMED the cops shot the person. Which is the same immediate reaction by the “F**k the Police” crowd who immediately erupted.
FACTS:  A man was approached by police.  The man was armed and took off running.  In the process of running from the police the guy dropped his gun and it went off.  The man was tackled, apprehended, and then transported via ambulance out of an abundance of caution. (more…)

Creepy Weird Level = Eleventy !

NBC FLORIDA – A Florida man is suing a hospital after his amputated leg was found in the trash.
According to the Miami Herald, the Key Largo man went to Doctors Hospital in Coral Gables to have his leg amputated below his knee. The hospital then threw the leg away instead of incinerating it, which is the normal practice.
The man found out about the incident when homicide detectives knocked on his door and asked him why his leg was found at a waste management facility with the man’s name tag still attached.
Hospital officials have not explained how the mistake was made. Doctor’s Hospital released a statement, saying in part (read more)

Democrats have controlled the City of Baltimore for Decades. The Mayor, Police, City Council, and all officials are liberal Democrats. The Maryland state legislature is under Democrat control; for the past eight years they had a Democrat Governor, and 6 out of 8 congressional districts are Democrat officials.
Yet, who do they blame for the problems in Baltimore? …..Wait for it…. why a Republican Governor who just won election at the beginning of this year of course.
