VICTORY ! Last month, a court in California blocked the pro-life group Center for Medical Progress (CMP) from releasing any videos regarding certain meetings of the middleman, StemExpress.
The restraining order did not apply to the Planned Parenthood abortion business or even to StemExpress in its entirety, making it so additional videos were released. However, today a federal judge ruled that StemExpress could not take possession of videos and documents in their battle to block the distribution of videos and documents.

Several attorneys for the arrested Waco Bikers have formed a website HERE (good to bookmark). Today, the JOP in McLennan County released the preliminary autopsy reports to include toxicology.
As you read through the reports (provided at the link) you may want to note the number of bullet wounds indicated, and bullets recovered. Then compare that number to the highlighted passage in the paragraph from the media which still holds the official response from law enforcement.
Also, note the ballistics (which will identify who shot whom) is not being released yet by the BAFTE.
WACO, TEXAS Autopsy reports on the nine bikers killed in the May 17 Twin Peaks shootout were released Thursday morning by McLennan County Justice of the Peace W.H. “Pete” Peterson’s office. (more…)

Within the politically expedient reaction in the North Charleston Walter Scott shooting, SLED moved instantaneously to charge Officer Micheal Slager. As we said at the time, the speed of their investigative decision seemed weighted more to avoid a Ferguson-like reaction than a prudent investigative approach.
As we have seen numerous times – within such a quick response, the construct of full investigative inquiry is almost always lost. As a direct consequence – any fallibility within the case then becomes a risk to the previous assertion. To avoid sunlight upon such a risk, the prosecution maneuvers to make follow-up investigation more difficult. [*note the picture contained within the article – look familiar?]
South Carolina – Defense attorneys for a North Charleston police officer have asked state investigators for a chance to inspect clothing that the lawman and Walter Scott were wearing as they fought moments before Scott’s shooting death.
Former officer Michael Slager remains jailed on a murder charge after he fatally shot Scott, 50, in the back on April 4. (more…)
The GOP road map for Jeb Bush 2016 could never succeed without the full participation of the Republican National Committee. The RNC has two roles – Priebus needs to be one part willing, and one part willfully blind.
After all, the entire strategy revolves ultimately around a significant number of delegates that are to be collected by the “splitter team”, that’s the willfully blind part. However, once gathered, the delegate distribution needs the RNC apparatus to support the delivery to Jeb Bush formerly at the convention.
Note: The RNC supports Salem Communications, aka Hugh Hewitt. However, Salem also controls/owns: Twitchy, Michelle Malkin, Eric Erickson, Hot Air, Human Events, Red State and Townhall websites, along with all the aforementioned editors/handlers. Follow the networked ideology – understand the linkage.

(Via Breitbart) Republican National Committee (RNC) chairman Reince Priebus, according to an RNC spokeswoman, will stand behind Salem Communications’ Hugh Hewitt — at least for now — as a co-moderator of the next GOP debate despite Hewitt’s public criticisms of frontrunner Donald Trump’s candidacy.
On Meet The Press this Sunday, Hewitt opined that he believes Trump does not have the “temperament” to be president of the United States. He doubled down on that on Morning Joe on MSNBC on Monday morning. (more…)
He DinduNuffin – Tyrone Harris Sr. told The Associated Press his son was a close friend of Michael Brown and was in Ferguson on Sunday night to pay respects.
Harris said his son got caught up in a dispute among two groups of young people and was “running for his life” after gunfire broke out. He said his son had no weapons.
“My son was running to the police to ask for help, and he was shot,” he said. “It’s all a bunch of lies … They’re making my son look like a criminal.”
The father said he spoke with two girls who were with his son. (link)
The St. Louis County Police Department is releasing surveillance video pertinent to the investigation of the officer involved shooting of Tyrone Harris that occurred on August 9, 2015.

Politico Article Here – Discuss your thoughts.
In the grand scheme of all things current this might seem a little insignificant. But for those who are intent on knowing the “why” behind the activity from DC it is a Biden-esque deal.
For months I have been trying to identify “the play”, “the juice”, that Tom Donohue held over President Obama and the White House regarding the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal.

What play could Tom Donohue possibly hold that was so significant it would force Obama to defy his left-wing base and support a trade deal that only benefits Donohue and the Wall Street interests he represents.
The Mitch McConnell support was a no-brainer, the GOPe machine is in the back pocket of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and Tom Donohue, and has been for a long time.
The TPP trade deal was, and is, antithetical to U.S. main street business interests – but I couldn’t figure out why President Obama was willing to buck Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and the like-minded anti-Wall Street ideologues. (more…)
