Continuing to build upon a two month long well-constructed UniParty narrative, today Representative John Lewis steps to the Chuck Todd microphone to declare that President Donald Trump is “not a legitimate president”.

After months of direct and indirect innuendo surrounding the vast Russian conspiracy, John Lewis was carefully selected by the left-wing of the DC UniParty to be the first to make the public declaration. In addition to being a partisan hack, Lewis provides the politically correct shields needed when advancing politically-toxic absurdity.

Director of National Intelligence James Clapper releases a statement about a conversation held with President-elect Donald Trump this evening:

Against the backdrop of the current media stories, Director Clapper is simply trying to get out in front of -and avoid- direct questions which will be coming at him tomorrow during a Senate Hearing about the “vast Russian conspiracy”.  Clapper’s motive here is transparent.

In an NBC interview with Chuck Todd earlier today Buzzfeed editor Ben Smith stated: “the only reason we published the 35 page dossier was because CNN was reporting on it” – SEE HERE–
In an attempt to obfuscate, CNN’s Jake Tapper attempted to create distance between their action, and the action of Buzzfeed –SEE HERE–

Both the CNN report and the Buzzfeed report have now been proven to be entirely false, as earlier stated by the Trump team and verified by NBC News –SEE HERE–

Local, state and federal authorities are actively seeking 41-year-old Markeith Loyd for first degree murder after he shot and killed officer Debra Clayton earlier today in Orlando Florida.

The focus of the manhunt was an apartment complex in the northwest part of the metro Orlando area.  Authorities say Clayton was fatally shot after she approached Loyd outside a Wal-Mart store Monday morning. He was already wanted for questioning in the shooting death of his pregnant ex-girlfriend last month.
Orlando Police Chief Mina said officer Clayton returned fire but Loyd wasn’t hit. The chief also said Clayton was wearing body armor but could not survive her injuries.

Interesting development in the aftermath of the Baltimore Six trials in the death of Freddie Gray.   A federal judge, Marvin J Garbis, has allowed a “malicious prosecution and defamation” lawsuit against Baltimore Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby to proceed.
Ms. Mosby’s position was that she held absolute prosecutorial immunity from actions taken as a state’s attorney.
Under normal prosecutorial constructs her office would most likely be correct. However, the judge rightly pointed out that Mosby conducted an independent investigation using her office for more than just prosecution:

“Plaintiffs’ malicious prosecution claims relate to her actions when functioning as an investigator and not as a prosecutor,” Garbis wrote. –link–

You might remember, almost all of the initial findings -used to construct the original charging documents against the Baltimore officers- stemmed from Ms. Mosby’s own independent investigation of fact.
It appears Marilyn Mosby’s independent approach, to ensure the officer’s arrests and prosecution, could now be her own undoing.  Judge Garbis attaches direct liability to her for actions, behaviors and decisions she exclusively controlled.
All claims against the state were dismissed by Garbis, but the claims against Ms. Mosby will go forward:

BLOOD BOILING – Everything you need to know about the motives and intents of today’s insufferable Senate Armed Services Committee hearing on “Foreign Cyber Threats to The United States“, can be summed up in the following question:

Why does DNI James Clapper refuse to appear before the Permanent Committee on Intelligence, and/or the Senate Intelligence Committee, yet agree to appear before the John McCain chaired Armed Services Committee?

The answer is political; the answer itself explains the politicization of intelligence; the answer outlines why CIA Brennan, DNI Clapper and the Obama White House are manipulating intelligence; and more importantly the answer clearly evidences, yet again, that Senator John McCain is on the ‘other side’.
Senator ‘Deep State‘ McCain, in an effort to continue his long-standing foreign policy interventions, and to display his measurable efforts on behalf of his foreign payers, is facilitating/enabling the DC/White House political agenda…. again.

The Office of the Director for National Intelligence (ODNI), James Clapper’s current position, is arguably nothing more than a centralized office of bureaucratic political intelligence.  The position was a recommendation of the 911 report in an effort to find a central hub for all intelligence gathering and sharing.
However, as the years have progressed, the office itself has shown to bear out little substantive value and has widely become a political filter for the executive branch to feed information, or disinformation, to the public.  Some Democrats and Republican voices have quietly discussed removing the position due to redundancy….

Once this insufferable intelligence narrative drops from the media headlines, perhaps former Indiana Senator Dan Coats is the perfect guy to do the dis-assembly.  Low-key, no-waves, Coats will glide through senatorial confirmation.

Greta Van Susteren has landed a new job and will host a news and analysis show from Washington DC on MSNBC at 6pm beginning January 9th.  Nigel Farage has a new radio show on LBC (Leading Britain’s Conversation) at 7pm GMT (2pm EST) also beginning January 9th.

Greta will be taking over the 6pm EST slot where MSNBC previously aired “With All Due Respect,” Bloomberg’s politics program. “With All Due Respect” ended on Dec. 2.  Her strong following will be up against Bret Baier’s Special Report which airs on Fox at 6pm.
Meanwhile, Nigel Farage is joining LBC, the home of political debate, to present a brand new weeknight program starting on Monday 9th January.  Packed into 60 minutes, The Nigel Farage Show will be full of opinions, callers and reaction to the biggest stories of the day, as well as Farage’s nightly Final Thought.

CHICAGO – Hate-crime charges have been filed against four African-American people suspected of torturing a white mentally disabled man and recording the attack on the West Side.

(L-R) Brittany Covington, 18, Tanishia Covington, 24, Jordan Hill, 18, Tesfaye Cooper, 18, face charges of aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Jordan Hill, 18, of Carpentersville, and Tesfaye Cooper, 18, Brittany Covington, 18, and Tanishia Covington, 24, all of Chicago, are expected to appear in bond court Friday, according to the Cook County state’s attorney’s office.
