There is no “but” in any sentence about “free speech”.  It is, it exists, -or-, it is not, it does not exist.  It is that simple.

The fact that a simple event depicting pictures of Muhammad needs to spend $10,000 to hire security -IN AMERICA- should be the real story.  The fact that a simple event depicting pictures would be considered “controversial” -IN AMERICA- should be the sub line of the real story.  Alas, these simple considerations will be lost amid the “but” crowd.
“But”, free speech does not protect offensive speech – is another familiar, perhaps the most frequent, refrain from the “but” crowd.  Insufferably wrong.   The only speech that needs first amendment protection is “offensive speech”, if your speech wasn’t controversial or offensive it would not need protection. Creepy Weird Level = Eleventy !

NBC FLORIDA – A Florida man is suing a hospital after his amputated leg was found in the trash.
According to the Miami Herald, the Key Largo man went to Doctors Hospital in Coral Gables to have his leg amputated below his knee. The hospital then threw the leg away instead of incinerating it, which is the normal practice.
The man found out about the incident when homicide detectives knocked on his door and asked him why his leg was found at a waste management facility with the man’s name tag still attached.
Hospital officials have not explained how the mistake was made. Doctor’s Hospital released a statement, saying in part (read more)

Democrats have controlled the City of Baltimore for Decades. The Mayor, Police, City Council, and all officials are liberal Democrats. The Maryland state legislature is under Democrat control; for the past eight years they had a Democrat Governor, and 6 out of 8 congressional districts are Democrat officials.
Yet, who do they blame for the problems in Baltimore? …..Wait for it…. why a Republican Governor who just won election at the beginning of this year of course.

NEW YORK – A Queens ex-con was charged with attempted murder Sunday for shooting an undercover NYPD cop in the head, leaving him clinging to life, officials and sources told The Post.
Plainclothes officer Brian Moore, 25, took a turn for the worse early Sunday after surgery to relieve pressure on his brain, and distraught family members were rushing to his side, sources said.
Moore is the fifth NYPD officer to be shot in as many months.
A four-year department veteran from a police family, Moore was driving with his partner by the intersection of 212th Street and 104th Avenue in Queens Village at around 6:15 p.m. Saturday when the incident occurred.
The pair spotted Demetrius Blackwell, whom they knew to have a long police record, said Police Commissioner Bill Bratton.

The professional grievance crowd has all of the Marxist planets aligned.   They have the DNC approved black female mayor Stephanie Rawlings; they have their rock star activist attorney Marilyn Mosby, and they have a strategically planned opportunity to win by losing.

Black Lives Matter activist and State Attorney Marilyn Mosby has no intention of gaining victory in her charges against the Baltimore Six defendants, she doesn’t need to.  Indeed, I would argue the handlers within the larger BGI network don’t factually want her to succeed.
Every outside pundit, legal analyst and observer will note, if they have not already, the construct of her spoken, but not revealed, probable cause affidavit is fraught with flaws.  Some call it overcharging, some call it a stretch, others call it a tough case to prosecute.  However, what it really amounts to is an unwinnable trial.
And that’s exactly what this fiasco is intended to communicate.
You can’t force repairs upon a system that works.  “If you can’t change it, shut it down“.

On April 29th the Washington Post ran an explosive article highlighting information from a passenger who was inside the transport vehicle at the same time Freddie Gray was driven toward central booking.  According to the Washington Post source: Freddie Gray was intentionally “trying to injure himself“.
On April 30th local Baltimore media outlet WBAL-TV introduced Donta Allen, a person they claimed was the passenger in the transport vehicle.

However, THEY ARE NOT THE SAME PERSON.
Our research indicates the office of Baltimore State Attorney, Marilyn Mosby, used or allowed one of her deputy State Attorneys, Janice Bledsoe (who was in charge of the investigation as assigned by Marilyn Mosby), to willfully and intentionally place a false story using Bledsoe’s lover, WBAL-TV reporter Jayne Miller, and thereby create a fictitious story to imply Donta Allen as the passenger outlined in the Washington Post story.
Yes, you read that correctly.

In a general sense the political left, and more specifically Democrats, have done an exceptional job of brainwashing two generations of U.S. citizens into thinking the far right (Conservative-Republican) is the origin of deadly governmental conflict.

Perhaps it’s prudent to remind everyone that Democrats are the only political ideology in modern history who have openly used force to mass murder large numbers of citizens into compliance. There are essentially three modern examples (in the past 30 years) where the US government has intentionally killed U.S. citizens.
Two of those examples, Philadelphia (Pennsylvania) and Waco (Texas), resulted in mass casualty events with the authorized full scale use of fire bombs, snipers, tanks and various mechanized weaponry against civilians.
First – The 1985 dropping of a gel based hydrogen bomb against “MOVE” in Philadelphia by Democrat Wilson Goode. In that example the Mayor ordered a National Guard and Police helicopter to air drop an explosive bomb onto the squatters inside a Philadelphia housing complex.

Alan Dershowitz responds to Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby saying her decision was entirely based on politics and “crowd control.”
Dershowitz said “this is a very sad day for justice” and that Mosby acted out of a “desire to prevent riots.” It will be “virtually impossible,” he predicted, for the six officers involved to get a fair trial.

Never has a more politically driven decision to file charges been made. State Attorney Marilyn Mosby has NUMEROUS conflicts of interest as she charges six police officers in the death of Freddie Gray. 

There is no way she is going to get a manslaughter or murder conviction based on the information provided.  Also, important note, she did not use a Grand Jury – this is 100% her own politically driven decision.  (video below)

BALTIMORE – Baltimore’s chief prosecutor charged six police officers on Friday with crimes including murder and manslaughter in the arrest and fatal injury of Freddie Gray, a striking and surprisingly swift turn in a case that has drawn national attention to police conduct.

The state’s attorney for Baltimore, Marilyn J. Mosby, filed the charges almost as soon as she received a medical examiner’s report Friday that ruled Mr. Gray’s death a homicide, and a day after the police concluded their initial investigation and handed her their findings.
