Apparently there are more than a few curious minds who have caught on to the Scheme Team concept of “Manufactured Media Evidence”.

Back in 2012 we first discovered the term “Media Evidence”; a rather odd twist on terminology generally used when outlining the discovery of fact in a pre-trial investigation of unlawful activity.

However, in 2012 two civil rights attorney’s, Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump, coined the phrase as they needed to bring pressure on local Florida officials for an arrest in the Trayvon Martin shooting.
Facing a Police Chief, Bill Lee, who was stating (March 12th 2012) nothing existed in the investigation to dispute the self defense statements of George Zimmerman; and against the local prosecutor, Norm Wolfinger, also espousing the same judicial issues, Parks and Crump needed something, anything, to support their pleas for an arrest.
Media Evidence is not factually evidence per se’, it’s more of a constructed storyline -made to give the appearance of fact- so that a consuming legacy media will continue to advance their goals of arrest.   In 2012 Ear Witness #8, then sold as the anonymous “Dee Dee” -girlfriend of Trayvon Martin- provided the best example of constructing media evidence.
“Dee Dee”, sold on March 20th 2012 as a 16-year-old, puppy love, since kindergarten, devastated and hospitalized ear witness to the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, was purely “Media Evidence”.
The reality was: Witness #8 being Rachel Jeantel; an 18-year-old non-girlfriend, whom Trayvon had met three times since their introduction -a mere three weeks earlier (2/5/12)- at her eighteenth birthday party, and had no factual knowledge of the story being sold around her construction.
However, the national legacy media never questioned the Parks and Crump evidence, and so its use was successful. (more…)

OK team Treehouse. Here’s the obvious situation:
The Scheme Team 2.0 model 2014 is running into more local obstacles than they encountered in 2012 Sanford, Florida.
With that in mind they are obviously changing strategy.
If they can’t bring pressure onto the heads of the local law enforcement and public officials through the same tactic they used in 2012 – they (Scheme Team and Media cohorts) are going to go after the individual members of the local political and law enforcement base on a personal level.
It’s Alinsky Rule #5 directed to advance the Scheme Team’s goals:

Ridicule – Marginalize – Isolate.

The Media complex will work, and is working, in collaboration with the identified Scheme Team (Parks and Crump), and the greater BGI network.
The first line foot soldiers (The Orcs) Frances Robles, Joy-Ann Reid, Michael Skolnik and some local newbies who want to make a name for themselves -like Alderman Antonio French- are going to sling the mud, and provide the messaging up the line to the New York Media Complex.
The manicure crowd of Sonny Hostin, Don Lemon, Anderson Cooper, and the Derp Hipster crowd of Maddow, et al at MSNBC will use the trench efforts of the Orcs to smear the targets.  The targets are the officials in Ferguson Missouri who are not bowing to their demands.

Just like clockwork, (and right on schedule!), social media was exploited to leverage the cash shakedown which is the raison d’être of the Crump con.  As in the Martin case, multiple and conflicting fundraising accounts have been quickly set up, all allegedly for the “benefit” of the Brown family:

As in the Martin case – Crump seeks to retain all control of any cash that flows from this “event”.   The information posted on the GoFundMe site set up by someone claiming to be a member of Crump’s law firm staff states, “These funds will assist his family with costs that they will acquire…” (such as, paying us and our entourage!)
The site claims to have raised (as of the writing of this post), $72, 163 by 3,125 donors in 4 days.  A quick survey shows that the math doesn’t add up, but it is important to show wide-spread support for the “cause” of “seeking justice” for Mike Brown.  However, much to the anger of the “Just-Us” crowd, this doesn’t even come close to the amounts that were raised, literally, overnight, by the Support Zimmerman sites.  Similar funding sites to support the family of Officer Wilson have also been set up, but the true purposes behind the GoFundMe sites are as disparate as the versions of the actual events that have been disseminated by the Crump and the PD.

This is an update to the original outline we shared several days ago when we discovered the hidden audio of an eye witness to the Mike Brown and Darren Wilson shooting incident.
After our initial discovery the local Ferguson Missouri investigative authorities were notified and very appreciative.
Congratulations Treepers – once again the crowdsourcing and research shreds the national media narrative and removes the distorted lies putting the spotlight back on the truth.  The local authorities in charge of the investigation extend their thanks and appreciation.
Dozens of outlets have now copied the audio video.  The story has been read in some version either here or on another websites by tens of millions of viewers and readers – around the globe.
Some downloaders have added captions, others have cleaned up the background distortion and tried to bring out enhanced audio.   Here is an example of the audio/video with captions added:

Yes, that’s correct, the DOJ group known as the Community Relations Service are the actual marchers you are listening to and witnessing.

The CRS is there at taxpayer cost with all expenses paid for by the federal government. So ask yourself this: “why is Eric Holder allowing this type of racial animus”? Why isn’t the police or local law enforcement stopping these visible requests for the death of a public official?

Based on their inability to control a press conference, the belief that law enforcement can actually enforce a curfew is slightly less than zero.  The entire town is now, well, essentially a free range safari:

Missouri – During a press conference that quickly spiraled out of control Missouri Gov. Nixon declared a state of emergency and set a curfew from midnight to 5 a.m.

The curfew will not be enforced “with tear gas or with tanks,” according to Capt. Ron Johnson of the Missouri Highway Patrol. “We will communicate,” said Johnson.

FBI agents are on the ground working on the investigation, said Nixon. (more…)

While the two shooting events are separated by two and a half years, Trayvon (Feb 2012) Mike Brown (Aug 2014) the similarities are quite remarkable.   One of the key aspects that aligns both narratives is the appearance of the attorney for both families Benjamin Crump.  The second key aspect is the way the media portray both events.

Here’s some of the similarities:

•  The age of both was originally misreported.  Trayvon was 13, then 15, then 16 and eventually 17.  Mike Brown was 17 in most original reports, and then eventually 18.

•  Both Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin were at a convenience store immediately before the shooting.

•  Both Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin were legally represented by attorney Benjamin Crump, from the Law Firm of Parks and Crump.

•  For both shootings Benjamin Crump enlisted the assistance of MSNBC and Al Sharpton.

•  Al Sharpton enlisted the AME church network, and Jamal Bryant in both shootings.

•  Benjamin Crump and Al Sharpton called for the NAACP’s assistance.

•  The New Black Panther Party involved themselves in both shootings.

•  The congressional Black Caucus involved themselves in both shootings.

Just as the Trayvon Martin narrative unfolded, as independent bloggers and researchers enthusiastically scour social media a truer, more complete picture of Michael Brown emerges as Sharpton remains on site in an attempt to manage and direct the “narrative”.
Although earning praise from local authorities for his “official” calls for “peace”, Sharpton’s ability to manage the narrative has been called into question by by black and white observers keeping tabs on the ever evolving and fluid situation from outside of the area of conflict.
