Things are escalating in Maricopa County Arizona as the first week of the ballot audit comes to a close.  After democrats lost several court challenges; and after a state judge affirms the right of the Arizona Senate to conduct an audit; CNN has dispatched their hit-team to document the workers and frame an extremist narrative. The CNN camera crews worked earnestly to get election audit volunteers on camera; the objective appears to be the familiar threats and intimidation tactics carried out by the news and narrative company in the past. A previous ground report from a local volunteer sent to the Treehouse includes:

[…] “Today law enforcement/security told us there was a vehicle or 2 about two blocks away with a long angle lens taking pictures (he thought) of the people and (I bet) license plates. We saw the one vehicle as we pulled out but couldn’t see in it. Anyway, I expected this. We are dealing with people who have no lowest. It’s getting ugly in the media now; just as usual they start their smear campaign.”

Former New York City Mayor and President Trump attorney, Rudy Giuliani, appears on Tucker Carlson to give the details about the FBI raid on his home yesterday morning.  Giuliani notes seven FBI agents knocked on his door at 6:30am with a warrant for “all electronic devices.”  Oddly the FBI agents did not want to take the Hunter Biden hard-drives after Giuliani informed them of the content.

Additionally, Giuliani notes the federal government went into his i-cloud account in 2019 during his representation of President Trump against fraudulent impeachment allegations and the FBI did that without a search warrant.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was the first U.S. governor to announce he would oppose and block any attempt to make vaccination passports a requirement for any engagement with state government or private enterprise.  DeSantis then signed an executive order temporarily and proactively blocking any effort to require proof of vaccination.

Today, the Florida House of Representatives passed a bill (SB 2006) to ban the use of COVID vaccination passports.  This bill will now reconcile with a Florida Senate bill that carried the same intent.

Good job Florida!

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – With a key lawmaker saying he recognizes that vaccine hesitancy is “real and understandable,” the Florida House on Wednesday approved a measure that would limit local emergency orders and make permanent Gov. Ron DeSantis’ executive order barring COVID-19 vaccine “passports.”

The House voted 76-40 to approve the proposal (SB 2006), which Pandemics & Public Emergencies Committee Chairman Tom Leek, R-Ormond Beach, said would prepare Florida for the next public-health emergency while striking a “delicate balance between protecting people and protecting people’s civil liberties.

Comrades, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), also known as the U.S. Ministry of COVID compliance, has released new guidelines for outdoor expressions of liberty and freedom.  [SEE GUIDELINES HERE]  Within the guidelines vaccinated people are now permitted to engage in activity without masks.  However, non-compliant citizens -those who refuse the non FDA approved emergency vaccination- are still required to wear masks.  [LINK]

Thus, the CDC ministry is now establishing a new protocol to divide the American citizenry.  Two classes of individuals: vaccinated -vs- non vaccinated.

Vaccinated people will be permitted greater freedom; and may -depending on checkpoints unregulated (so far) by government officials- engage in conduct according to rules created by multinational corporations.  Compliant citizens will have access to venues, services and freedom based on the arbitrary rules of the state and business.

Non-Vaccinated, non-compliant citizens, are considered subversive to the interests of the state, and will -again as determined by private corporations and government officials- be barred from engagement in some activity.  The freedom fulcrum is being moved right in front of our eyes and the majority of U.S. citizens are seemingly oblivious to it.

Comrade dissidents, this should not come as a surprise.  Factually, CTH has been saying this is the intent of the leftist division in the United States for well over a decade.  I even asked readers  in May of 2011 which choice will they make because CTH anticipated THIS is exactly where we would be.  While we did not know the mechanism, we did know the goal.

The California Secretary of State, Dr. Shirley N. Weber, has announced the recall effort to remove Governor Gavin Newsom has produced more than enough valid signatures to trigger a recall election.

[NOTE: Not coincidentally allied media are reporting today that California’s COVID infection rate is declining rapidly… funny that]

CALIFORNIA – […] The valid signatures in the 10th report are 1,626,042, which exceeds the total of 1,495,709 signatures required. Counties still have until April 29th to verify the validity of any remaining signatures.

“This now triggers the next phase of the recall process, a 30-business-day period in which voters may submit written requests to county Registrars of Voters to remove their names from the recall petition,” Secretary Weber said. “A recall election will be held unless a sufficient number of signatures are withdrawn.” (read more)

The internal investigation by JoeBama’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) serves two purposes.  [Memo Link Here]  First, it will identify anyone with nationalist outlooks and/or ‘America First’ ideology; in essence it will identify JoeBama’s political enemies (those that didn’t vote for Biden).

Second, it will send a chill through the ranks within all DHS agencies to quiet any dissent to the approved leftist approach (the DHS political agenda).  This is essentially putting DHS through the same process previously deployed against the FBI during Robert Mueller and James Comey’s terms. Eliminate any and all opposition to the JoeBama agenda.

This internal team, which will be led by the Department’s Chief Security Officer, will produce a report with recommendations for the Secretary on how best to identify and respond to threats.”

Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward appears with Newsmax TV to discuss the status of the Maricopa county ballot audit.  Rob Schmitt asks Dr. Ward what is the likely outcome for other states who are watching what happens in Arizona.

As the Chairwoman notes they are looking at digitally adjudicated ballots (pollworkers determining voter intent) as well as the mailing system, voting machines, software, hardware, physical ballots, voting logs; “we are looking at everything.”  Dr. Ward also notes no-one is certain what will be the outcome for Arizona or any other state that may initiate a similar audit; however, the overall goal of voting integrity will remain a priority.

Senator Rand Paul appears on Maria Bartiromo to discuss the ongoing ramification from current leftist policy as being produced on Capitol Hill.  The interview begins with Senator Paul discussing the leftist definitions of ‘infrastructure’ and how left-wing groups are beneficiaries of trillions of taxpayer funds.

On the economic ramifications Senator Paul notes the impact of massive capital gains increases and how increasing corporate income taxes only provides incentives for national companies to establish themselves overseas to avoid tax liability.  The multinational corps, those already positioned overseas, do not have the same risk exposure to corporate tax increases, thus they do not oppose legislation that hurts national business and small U.S. corporations.

Overall the points made by Rand Paul are all valid; however, those in DC still hold back from pointing out the intent of the JoeBama group – that’s frustrating.  This game where incompetence is claimed under the guise of ‘benefit of doubt’ is a severe weakness within the GOP.  The refusal to aggressively confront Obama 3.0 is beyond frustrating.

Anyone who believes Democrats own exclusive opposition to the America First principles are completely ignoring the deliberate construct of the republican party.  There are just as many -if not more- natural enemies within the Republican apparatus as there are within the Democrat group. “America-First” is antithetical to the UniParty.

The frustration amid the MAGA community is valid.  Everything about it is righteous.  The mechanisms that run the system in DC must be deconstructed if we are to win the battles and the war against this massive enemy.  We have the largest coalition of American patriots on our side; however, there are only a handful of representatives willing to confront with the needed ferocity.
