Well, unless you’re talking about Iran (Green Revolution we let get wiped out), Egypt (where we hurried in the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood), Syria (and that whole “red line” thingy), Iran again (the sanctions lifted so they can have a nuke), Israel (the target of the Iranian nuke), Ukraine (they really didn’t need the whole Crimea thing), Canada (and that pesky on-again/off-again election year keystone issue), South Korea (as we watch N-Korea fire missiles at them).   Other than that, you can count on us.  Maybe…..

Hey now,… “if you like your country – you can keep your country”.  “Period”.

(Via The Hill) Vice President Biden on Tuesday sought to reassure Romania that the U.S. would defend its borders amid concerns that Russia’s incursion into Ukraine could spread into other parts of Eastern Europe.

“I’m here to say on behalf of the president what I hope you already know: You can count on us. Period,” Biden said while touring a Romanian air base. “We do what we say, and we mean what we say.”

The borders of Romania, which, like Ukraine, is a former Soviet republic, lie less than 250 miles from Crimea, the peninsula annexed by Moscow earlier this year. (more…)

Good summary of Michelle Obama’s speech ideology to the graduating class of Topeka Kansas from Truth Revolt:   

For Michelle Obama, the world is black and white. But not about good and evil, right and wrong. Her black and white is all about skin color.

She talks about it often, incessantly, even, injecting race and racism into speeches and events in which they have no business. And she did so again on Friday, when she traveled to Topeka, Kansas, to deliver a speech to graduating high school seniors.

First, a background note: Her speech was moved up a day after parents complained that her visit to a school district — just blocks from the historic schoolhouse central to the Brown v. Education Supreme Court decision that outlawed segregation — would focus on race, not their children’s accomplishments.

The Truth Has No Agenda – It’s nice to see voices who can actually conceptualize the bigger picture as it’s assembled.  We said previously that all other explanations don’t make sense.   The progressive NYT would never put itself under such scrutiny for pay inequity unless there was a bigger ideological reason for the removal.   That “bigger” more logical reason we have outlined is also supported in this recent talk radio voice:

(Via Newsmax) The firing of Jill Abramson as executive editor of The New York Times happened because she “went over the line” in criticizing the heavy-handed tactics used by the Obama administration in dealing with the media, claims radio talk show host Tom Sullivan.

Sullivan pointed out that “earlier this year” (in fact, just last month, in an interview with The Takeaway) Abramson said, “The Obama years are a benchmark for a new level of secrecy and control.” He said she added that “sources who want to come forward with stories they feel are important are scared to death they’re going to be prosecuted.” (more…)

If you are unfamiliar with the Dept. of Justice “Operation Chokepoint” you are not alone.  Details are challenging to work out, but essentially it’s a stealth directive (operation) from the Eric Holder DOJ to identify “at risk profiles” within the banking industry and ‘choke off’ the selected individual(s), and businesses, from access to financial services (banking).

Essentially if you find yourself identified in the DOJ crosshairs – the banking industry is instructed to close down your accounts and access to services.    It’s like the IRS leverage, only applied to individuals and not organizations.   More info HERE.

(Via IJR Review) – Senior Airman Brian Kolfage defines hero: the triple-amputee veteran of the Iraqi War overcame insurmountable odds to survive his horrific injuries. Kolfage recently sent a powerful – and damning – letter to his commander-in-chief:

I nearly died in a war that you and most of your colleagues supported overwhelmingly, including the two presidents who came before you. Many citizens may not agree with waging war in Iraq to free the oppressed Iraqi citizens, but it’s something that warriors like myself have zero control over. I joined to serve my country and to better my life. I’ve seen things that you could never imagine, and they have made me the person I am today.

Mr. Obama, even though we share extreme opposite views, we have one thing in common, we both attended school in Hawaii. However, that’s where the similarities end. You see, as you attended your exclusive, private school, I would ride my bike to Kaimuki High school in one of the roughest areas in Hawaii every morning and would ride past Punahou, the exclusive private school you attended. Jaw dropping Moonbattery !!

The litmus test is…. wait for it,…. whether or not you voted for Obama.  

If you did not – you’re racist.   If you did not vote for Obama, and you don’t act or behave racist – you just don’t know you’re racist.

WARNING – Mother Jones Logic […]  And thus, while our society has made progress when it comes to matters of race, subliminal categorization tendencies still permeate human behavior. This much has been demonstrated in the lab multiple times, but here are some noteworthy findings on the psychology of implicit racial bias:

Not Voting for Obama. In a very different context, these tendencies also cropped up in the 2008 presidential election, pitting a white candidate (John McCain) against a black one (Barack Obama). In a 2009 study, B. Keith Payne of the University of North Carolina and his colleagues compared explicit and implicit bias scores for a large number of individuals with their self-reported voting behavior in the election. I had a very strong feeling over the weekend, as I watched the eyes of the political opportunists light up, that #BringBackOurGirls was going to be another re-run of #KonySurrender.

However, even in the depths of my cynical inclinations I did not expect to see THIS:

In order to truly understand the Supernova Level of Irony, and jaw-dropping hypocrisy, you must fully understand the back story to Boko Haram and how one man and three women directly contributed to this crisis of abduction in Nigeria.

The man is Michelle Obama’s husband, President Obama.   The three women are Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice and Samantha Power.
