You’ve probably seen the recent reports of President Obama ordering the transport and dumping of thousands of Mexican Illegal Aliens into various states, particularly Arizona. According to DHS and ICE officials it’s because the border with Texas is overwhelmed with an influx of Mexican Nationals seeking U.S. status with pending Amnesty Immigration Legislation widely anticipated.

Before looking at what DHS/ICE are actually doing, I would like to divert your immediate attention to this video. This video was taken in 2011, in the exact area where the U.S. Border Patrol are currently being overwhelmed.

The Border Patrol has been overwhelmed by a surge of undocumented immigrants crossing the border illegally in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, including nearly 50,000 children traveling on their own, the AP reported.

In essence President Obama is saying: with each passing day his influence diminishes so they must act fast or the American people will not allow comprehensive immigration reform with amnesty…..  All good usurpers act expeditiously.

WASHINGTON DC – President Obama on Tuesday said the House has a “very narrow window” of two or three months to move forward on immigration reform.

“The closer we get to midterm elections, the harder it will be to get things done,” Obama said during a meeting with more than 40 law enforcement officials Tuesday at the White House.

(Via NRO)   Republicans like Paul Ryan, Jeb Bush, Grover Norquist, et al. who insist that the House GOP pass Chuck Schumer’s amnesty bill are saying that Obama can be trusted to enforce whatever new immigration laws we come up with.

As if there weren’t already abundant evidence of the absurdity of such trust, a Buzzfeed story adds to the pile.

The story is about disagreement between Schumer and the White House over plans to water down enforcement even more. The less-sophisticated among the anti-borders Left are demanding that the ongoing review of deportation policy, designed to make it more “humane,” result in dramatic new curbs on the removal of illegal aliens or, even better, de facto amnesty for all illegals along the lines of Obama’s illegal DREAM Act–style DACA amnesty. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce want “Amnesty”.

Chamber President, Tom Donohue, paid a lot of money to Senator Mitch McConnell to deliver “Amnesty”.   That’s why McConnell put the “Gang of Ocho” together.
Chamber President, Tom Donohue, has also paid enormous sums of money to House Speaker John Boehner to deliver “Amnesty”.

RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) — Senate majority leader Harry Reid hasn’t been very vocal about the cattle battle showdown in recent days, but says “it’s not over.”
Reid tells News4′s Samantha Boatman his take on the so-called cattle battle in southern Las Vegas. “Well, it’s not over. We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over,” Reid said.

You do know that both Democrat and Establishment Republicans are going to force you to accept amnesty – right ?  On the Moonbat side of the aisle it’s all about pajamas  and fee-fee’s.   On the Decepticon side of the aisle it’s all about the U.S. Chamber of Commerce demands.

Regardless of the majority view of Americans on the issue, representatives from both parties are going to force Comprehensive Immigration Reform into this pre-election cycle construct.   
Unless and until you accept your compliance is not an option, you will continue to be surrounded by stories of torn families, desperate hunger strikes, and dire warnings about the earth’s dying baby panda population.   Just because your selfish self is destroying universal fun life and you don’t care about the innocent victims.

Simply an incredible, and successful, collaborative rescue mission complete with USAF Para Rescue operations and US Coast Guard !   I’ve been following the mission on twitter (129th Rescue Wing) and will share their pics inside this Associated Press article ! 

SAN DIEGO (AP) — A U.S. Navy warship reached a crippled sailboat hundreds of miles off the Mexican coast and was preparing Sunday to complete the rescue of a sick 1-year-old girl.

The transfer of the child from the 36-foot boat to the ship was expected to start around dawn, Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Barry Bena said Sunday.
“Sometime this morning as soon as they get some light they are going to take the child off the boat and bring her aboard the naval vessel,” Bena told The Associated Press.
A small boat will be used to carry out the operation and it will be safer during daylight, especially since the child’s condition has stabilized, the spokesman said. (more…)

TEXAS – The Obama administration has been helping to facilitate a series of events nationwide at Mexican Consulate offices to enroll people in Obamacare – and a key activist says the efforts are “our responsibility” regardless of citizenship.

“Whether they’re Mexican nationals or whether they’re United States citizens or whether they’re in transition– and if they’re there it is our responsibility within all of America to educate on the Affordable Care Act,” Enroll America Field Organizer Jose Medrano told Breitbart News on Wednesday.
Health Care insurance navigator groups hosted an Obamacare enrollment fair on Tuesday in the Mexican Consulate’s Brownsville office, The Rio Grande Guardian reported last Friday, where Mexican nationals among others were counseled about enrolling in the ACA.

That headline is not a joke folks.    By now everyone should be well acquainted with the term “disparate impact”, and how it’s being used.  This border fence application is just another example of the irrational logic within the legal argument of “disparate impact”.
In essence the fence is unlawful because: 

A fence constructed to secure the Southern U.S. border would result in more Hispanics being impeded or blocked, as a percentage of all illegal border crossers, than non-Hispanics.    Therefore the fence has a disparate impact on Hispanics and it’s use is illegal.

FEDERAL RULING – A Homeland Security initiative to put fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border could discriminate against minorities, according to an Obama-appointed federal judge who’s ruled that the congressionally-approved project may have a “disparate impact on lower-income minority communities.”
This of course means that protecting the porous—and increasingly violent—southern border is politically incorrect. At least that’s what the public college professor at the center of the case is working to prove and this month she got help from a sympathetic federal judge. (more…)
