Texas Judge Andrew Hanen previously sanctioned the DOJ for lying to him several times in his courtroom.  His sanctions had three basic elements:

• DOJ lawyers attend ethics class annually for a period of five years.
• DOJ provide a list of every name, address, and location of each of the 100,000+ DAPA recipients who was granted unlawful immunity.
• Attorney General Lynch to deliver a corrective plan within 60 days. (link)

The DOJ freaked out and requested a hearing to discuss.  The hearing is tomorrow:
(Previously Via Washington Times) The Obama administration accused a federal judge Tuesday of sowing “fear and confusion” among illegal immigrants, potentially scaring them away from signing up for President Obama’s deportation amnesty by demanding immigration officials submit names of tens of thousands of migrants who’ve already enrolled.
Justice Department lawyers also asked Judge Andrew S. Hanen not to force thousands of attorneys to take remedial ethics classes — an order the judge issued two weeks ago after he concluded that the administration intentionally and repeatedly misled him by implementing part of the amnesty, even as they assured the court it wasn’t in operation yet. No one exposes the real political danger behind hidden ideological alignments as good as Donald Trump.  The beating of the Trump supporters in San Jose last night, and the responses, highlight a case in point.

What do Nikki Haley, Hillary Clinton, Ted Cruz, San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo, and Brad Thor have in common?  They are all on the same page blaming Donald Trump for not accepting the physical beatings that come with expressions of free speech and challenging the orthodoxy of their political views.
Each of these voices in their own way telling Trump, and by extension his supporters, to shut up and sit down; failure to do so will result in your beating.  Trump has a remarkable way of drawing out the pervasive progressive and culturally Marxist beliefs.
If you need further affirmation of Trump’s ability to spotlight the anti-American sentiments that underpin the majority of the political opposition, you only need to reference this little *hidden* snippet about San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo. I’m sticking this prior post with updates to the top of the page because many people are missing the scope of the leftist panic to the sunlight provided by the San Jose fiasco:
You know the phones in DC are burning up with panicked leftists when ABC actually broadcasts this news segment on Good Morning America.

How panicked are the professional left? VERY.

They, and “they” includes DOJ-CRS Head Grande Lum, are just beginning to understand how much more politically effective Donald Trump is as their adversary. Trump is using their own strategies against them.  They do not have a playbook to defend against sunlight on their own behavior.
Update:  ♦  The San Jose Police Chief has admitted to allowing the Trump supporters to be attacked.  Chief Garcia is now trying to justify his decision.  Read the comments section HERE to see the scope of the backlash in CA.

This outline has five video segments for review. I warn you in advance the brutality on these videos is very disturbing.  This is what we predict the MSM will spend all day avoiding.

Violence the mainstream media support, they call speech.  Speech mainstream media does not support, they call violence.

Last evening in San Jose California a violent mob of  several hundred were allowed by the San Jose Police Department and Democrat San Jose Mayor to attack Donald Trump supporters as they were leaving the rally venue.
Now, I strongly welcome anyone to challenge the wording emphasized in the above paragraph because what you are about to see is clear evidence the local San Jose authorities ALLOWED this violence/terrorist activity  to occur.
San Jose is a sanctuary city for illegal aliens. Remember, all of these videos took place within sight of the San Jose police department, the police officers therein, and the San Jose police Chief Eddie Garcia.  According to his own statements, Chief Garcia spent two full days preparing his officers and leadership for the event. He was right there on scene, at the mobile command center.  Garcia watch this all as it took place.

The Washington Post reports today that Ruth Guerra, RNC Hispanic Media Director, has resigned and will be replaced by Jeb Bush GOPe operative and campaign adviser Helen Aguirre Ferre.
Leaving the RNC Ruth Guerra will now go to American Action Network an organization that aides enlistment of, and protection for, Republican House members.  Helen Ferre will take up the Media Director position in DC and work with GOPe/RNC leadership including Paul Ryan.

Understanding The Shift –  To understand what’s going on, a person must first remind themselves of the RNC position regarding Latino outreach and advocacy.
Take yourself mentally all the way back to the original 17 candidates for the Republican Nomination and you’ll note sixteen of them all aligned with the Official RNC Position, as outlined in the 2013 “autopsy”, regarding immigration.
Only one candidate, the vulgarian Donald Trump, defied Republican party orthodoxy and changed the entire conversation about the RNC immigration position.
Donald Trump came out strong mid-June on a central focus of ¹stopping illegal immigration, ²building a border wall, and ³officially deporting illegal immigrants.

We are constantly bombarded by MSM punditry who claim Donald Trump cannot win the Latino vote, or the Women vote, or the Black vote, or the (___Fill_In_The_Blank___) vote. However, few people stop to reset their references when absorbing the pundit speak.
The reference position from the Liberal MSM pundit opining is from their own social neighborhood world-view.
Example: The Latino voters they reference are not Latino voters, they are Latino Liberal voters. The reason they might not consider Trump is not because they are Latino, but rather because they are Liberal.
The same framework is exhibited with all of their other “check-box” demographics.

Following another Donald Trump rally, the Bernie Sanders anarchists and Hillary Clinton supporters, undocumented Democrats, once again turned to violent confrontation.  LA Times reporter Matt Pearce shared his experience:

Mexican Flags and Middle Fingers were the dominant theme amid the Democrats on display.

I just finished reading the ruling of Texas federal Judge Andrew Hanen (full pdf below)  directed to the U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch and all DOJ Attorneys appearing in any federal court of the 26 states outlined in the State of Texas v U.S. “DAPA” lawsuit.

To say the ruling is both righteous and stunning would be a disservice to the words “Righteous” and “Stunning”.

Judge Hanen has ordered all DOJ attorneys appearing in any federal court of the 26 affected states to attend three hour mandatory ethics classes, this year and every year, for a period of five years. In addition Judge Hanen has given Loretta Lynch 60 days to file a written response outlining what specific corrective action she is personally taking to ensure all DOJ attorneys are truthful and honest:

• DOJ lawyers attend ethics class.
• DOJ provide a list of every name, address, and location of each DAPA recipient who was granted unlawful immunity.
• Attorney General to deliver a corrective plan within 60 days.

The ruling stems from the DOJ conduct in the Deferred Action for Parents of Aliens (DAPA), or Obama’s November 2014 “Executive Amnesty”, which led to a lawsuit from 26 states, which was recently argued in front of the Supreme Court.
In February 2015 Judge Hanen issued an injunction blocking DAPA from being implemented. (Best Full Backstory Link Here)  During a period from February 2015 to May 2015 attorneys for the DOJ lied to Judge Hanen, while the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) intentionally violated the injunction.  (more…)
