During the height of the 2016 presidential election a church in Mississippi was burned and the wording “Vote Trump” was painted on the outside of the building.

“The animus of this election cycle combined with the potent racial history of burning black churches as a political symbol makes this event something we must not ignore”.

The media sold the narrative of ‘Trump supporter hate’ as the origin of the crime.  Today, it is revealed the arson was a politically motivated manufactured hate crime.

MISSISSIPPI – An arrest has been made in the Greenville church burning.
Andrew McClinton, 45, of Leland, was arrested Wednesday for setting Hopewell Baptist Church on fire and scrawling “Vote Trump” on the side in spray paint, according to Warren Strain with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation. McClinton has been charged with one count of first degree arson of a place of worship, Strain said.

Intense explosions erupted in Tultepec Mexcio at a fireworks market approximately the size of a football stadium. The death toll stands at 29 people with as many as 70 rushed to the hospital for their injuries. (Stunning video below)

(CNN) Explosions ripped through a fireworks market north of Mexico City on Tuesday, killing at least 29 people and sending columns of smoke into the sky. Seventy-two people were injured, said Eruviel Avila, governor of the State of Mexico.

3:00pm PST Press Conference – As a follow-up to the earlier discussion – Officials in Oakland California are now stating the death toll has risen to 33 with approximately 40% of the warehouse searched.  Search and recovery teams still have well over half of the warehouse to search.
Fire officials note they were forced to break the warehouse down into four quadrants and they have found bodies in each of the four areas.  The recovery efforts continue within a very difficult crime scene.  Some of the victims are teenagers 16, 17 or perhaps younger.

Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf

The ctrl-left (extremely far-left) liberal Oakland city politicians -including the inept liberal Mayor Libby Schaaf- are fraught with predictable political correctness, plausible deniability, and efforts to avoid their own responsibility in the events that allowed the illegal use of a non-residential building.
During the 6:00pm (EDT) press conference Mayor Schaaf stated she has made every effort in her administration to make Oakland a “safe space” for artists, musicians, and a liberally minded constituency.  Obviously failing to see the irony in her statement, Schaaf reaffirmed her intention to continue this endeavor.

A fire erupted in a warehouse in Oakland California where authorities fear as many as 40 people have likely been killed.  According to most media reports there was a party or gathering at the venue when the fire broke out.  A horrible inferno ensued.
However, what MSM doesn’t provide is an accurate context or backstory.  Such context first begins with noting the location, Oakland California – the epicenter of some of the most recent and violent left-wing political stories.   Examples include the Occupy Wall Street ideologues and the last seven years of liberal riots and protests.
It does not take a deep-dive of research to identify the warehouse was illegal use of a non-residential building to house a communal artistic alt-left group.  Accepting reality in no way intends to lessen the sorrow and horrific tragedy; however, there is a particular irony in the outcome of an affiliated enterprise rebuking the very tenets of regulation and safety compliance that are specifically in place to prevent such an outcome. Prayers for the people of Tennessee as they deal with a horrific dry season.  The tourist site and historic town of Gatlinburg is currently under serious threat.  Things are really bad.  There’s a video below showing two guys and a dog escaping –  watch it and you’ll see just how bad it is:

GATLINBURG, Tenn. — Hillbilly Golf, Arrowmont Arts and Crafts School, major hotels, a good portion of Regan Drive and countless other businesses and homes have been destroyed in a blaze that has firefighters continuing their efforts overnight in Gatlinburg, Tenn.

“The center of Gatlinburg looks good for now,” said Newmansville Volunteer Fire Department Lt. Bobby Balding. “It’s the apocalypse on both sides (of downtown).”
An estimated 40 to 50 fire units from volunteer agencies across East and Middle Tennessee were helping fight the fires, with a command center set up at Gatlinburg-Pittman High School. (more…)

The FBI has released the final batch of documents surrounding their investigation into Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her use of an unauthorized private email system.

There are numerous rather startling revelations within the released pages including:

• Page(s)  28, 29 – Patrick Kennedy and FBI discuss a quid-pro-quo for declassification of some Benghazi email documents.
• Page(s) 43, 44, 45 – Show aspects of the perspective of Secretary Clinton as she rebukes her security apparatus and puts her diplomatic team at risk.  Also the alarming influence of Huma Abedin into security and protocol changes.
• Page 49 – Discusses the people within the highly secretive “7th Floor Group”, and how they handle security information
• Page 54 – Discusses the missing boxes of printed Clinton Emails.
• Page 56 – Discusses how the Secretary of State’s Office runs a secondary U.S. government, separate and apart from the traditional political structure, actually called “the shadow government“.

Therese Apel, a reporter for the Clarion Ledger, has done some fantastic reporting on the murder case of Jessica Lynn Chambers.   Therese has a video update –HERE– Jessica’s death was a shocking and horrific murder that impacted many CTH readers including myself.
Today the man accused of burning Jessica to death, Quinton “Go Hard” Tellis, appeared in a Mississippi courtroom to face the charges.

Therese Apel – Quinton Tellis, 27, entered a not guilty plea in the 2014 burning death of a Mississippi teen that gained national attention.
Tellis is charged with capital murder, accused of setting Jessica Chambers, 19, on fire on a rural road in Courtland. She was found with burns over 98 percent of her body, officials said. (more…)

An arrest has been made in an arson case which took place on Christmas Day at a mosque in Houston Texas. Earlier CAIR had proclaimed the fire was started by an anti-muslim bigot and the aggrieved Islamic Community activists demanded immediate action.

Today ATF and Local Authorities arrested Gary Nathanial Moore, 37, for the arson fire. Mr. Moore is one of the Muslim attendees at the mosque and the fire was a hoax intended to give the appearance of the mosque being targeted.

HOUSTON – The suspect in a “suspicious” fire at a Houston mosque is an adherent who attended services there, officials said Wednesday.

Gary Nathaniel Moore, 37, of Houston, was arrested Wednesday morning for the Christmas Day blaze, a spokeswoman for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives told NBC News. (more…)
