The Washington Examiner notes an interview with Rod Rosenstein, and he now admits to having a conversation with Andrew McCabe where recording President Trump was discussed by Main Justice and the FBI group targeting the administration.

WASHINGTON – In his first TV interview since leaving the Trump administration in May 2019, Rosenstein told FOX 5 that there was talk of recording the 45th president for the inquiry but denied that he ever intended to wear a “wire” during the turbulent days that followed Trump firing FBI Director James Comey in 2017 before the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel.

“I had a conversation with Andrew McCabe about an investigation that he was conducting involving the president. And there was a discussion about whether or not the president would be recorded in the course of that investigation. I never intended to wear a wire, and I think that if Mr. McCabe asked me to wear a wire, we would’ve had to reconsider the whole thing. Because you can’t run an investigation and serve as a witness,” Rosenstein said in an episode of the Siege on Democracy podcast published last month.” (read more)

Those who followed the details closely, read the overlay of timelines, FOIA releases, congressional releases and testimony CTH provided, already know Rosenstein and Robert Mueller DID record President Trump in the Oval Office on May 16, 2017.  The evidence was within a series of disconnected memos, interview notes and the inspector general report.  The reason no-one reported on the evidence was because it was a series of events only evident if disconnected data was put together.

Today, during his congressional testimony FBI Director Chris Wray was asked whether Antifa members participated in the January 6th Capitol Hill riot.   Director Wray says the FBI “has seen no evidence” of Antifa participating.  However, on January 14th the FBI literally arrested Antifa leader John Sullivan for his role in the planning, coordination and participation in the January 6th Capitol Hill riot. Senator Mike Lee questions FBI Director Chris Wray about the FBI using tenuous legal authorities to identify people who attended the DC protest rally on January 6, 2021.

Senator Lee specifically asks FBI Director Wray if they are using cell phone geolocation and under what legal authority this is being done:  National Security Letters? FISA Court? Search warrants based on probable cause?  Wray’s respons is disingenuous… WATCH:

Additionally, according to a segment aired February 4th on Tucker Carlson television show, Bank of America sent customer purchasing history to federal agencies to assist in their investigation of persons who attended the January 6th protest in Washington DC.

Again, demonstrating the ramifications from a lack of privacy protection, the assembly of an enemies list has been part of the overall investigation.  Gizmodo outlined how the phone numbers of Parler users were tracked using GPS and also used by investigators [SEE HERE] This type of exploitation should serve as a warning to Americans…. There is a big brother, and that system can/will be weaponized by government if/when an ideological administration is in power – like now.

A very bold statement from former White House Senior Advisor Peter Navarro on television this morning.  Appearing with Maria Bartiromo, Navarro said he “guarantees there will be at least three criminal indictments” as a result of the Durham investigation.

Navarro also shares that President Trump’s CPAC speech will be a “full-throated defense of populist economic nationalism”, and Navarro eviscerates a host of internal advisors who he views as not being in alignment with the priorities of the America First agenda.

Those who have followed all of the internal research will know the name John Carlin.  As noted in this text message below Carlin has returned to the DOJ and is currently Acting Deputy Attorney General inside Main Justice.  Once again the corrupt DOJ is attempting to secure itself from sunlight upon prior activity, very corrupt activity.

John Carlin was the assistant attorney general and head of the National Security Division inside the DOJ when efforts against the Trump campaign and incoming administration were underway.  John CarIin was previously chief of staff to FBI Director Robert Mueller.

In September of 2016 Carlin manipulated the FISA court by misleading them on the Section 702 certifications.  Carlin never informed the court of FBI contractors having access to the NSA database and exporting the search results to unknown actors. The FBI was using the database to monitor 2016 political campaigns and political opposition.

Carlin announced his resignation Sept 27, 2016, the day after he filed the Government’s proposed 2016 Section 702 certifications. Carlin departed the NSD October 15, 2016, five days before the Carter Page FISA was approved by the FISC.

It was John Carlin who ultimately facilitated the fraudulent FISA application against Carter Page in order to continue surveillance of the risk represented by Donald Trump. John Carlin’s legal counsel in the NSD was Michael Atkinson.

An announcement today from the U.S. District of Connecticut John Durham is a little perplexing.  According to the announcement USAO John Durham is resigning from office effective February 28.   However, there is no information about his prior appointment as special counsel to review the DOJ and FBI conduct in the Trump investigation.

Here’s the announcement:

The FBI documents outline how Stefan Halper was enlisted by the FBI for their operation to target the campaign of Donald Trump in 2016. Halper agreed to become a confidential human source (CHS) or spy for the FBI, and record contacts with several members of the Trump campaign in order to frame the Russian collusion narrative.

Despite secret recordings showing Carter Page clearly had no idea about any Russian connections to the campaign, or people within it; and despite Page clearly rebuking any effort to draw those inferences; the FBI still went forward with a Title-1 FISA surveillance warrant against Page and never informed the court of the exculpatory recordings.

SOLOMON – […] The memos show that the FBI instructed Halper in August 2016 not to focus on Papadopoulos first, but rather on Page, whom the FBI described as an “opportune target.” Papadopoulos was given the code name Crossfire Typhoon (CT), while Page was given the codename Crossfire Dragon (CD) in the memos.

U.S. Attorney General nominee Merrick Garland stated during his congressional testimony that Antifa was not a terrorist or extremist group, and agreed that congress should censor the internet.  Garland is allied with Lawfare, and has expressed an interest in weaponizing the position of the AG in order for the DOJ to continue targeting political enemies.

That said, it does not come as a surprise to see Senator Mitch McConnell support Garland. Mitch supports any system or nominee that will remove any entity that is considered a threat to the professional political class. Indeed, we should expect to see the majority of the DeceptiCon coalition vote to confirm Garland.  This is how the UniParty works.

WASHINGTON DC – Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell will support Merrick Garland’s nomination for attorney general, five years after blocking the judge’s path to the Supreme Court.

Giving the Chinese, Iranian and Russian state police a run for their money… Apparently the Federal Bureau of Investigation, ie. the U.S. version of “State Police” enforcement units, have found a cause they are really committed to: finding every person who attended the Capitol Hill protests on January 6, 2021. In a scene straight out of Orwell’s 1984 warning, the FBI is literally calling their effort the hunt for “America’s Most Wanted.”  To achieve their goal, the FBI has been asking for help from their ideological comrades in the state run media apparatus, and achieving a great deal of success. It is not accidental this same FBI turned a blind eye to terrorist warnings around attacks in San Bernardino, Boston Marathon, Parkland High School, Garland Texas, Fort Hood, Pulse Nightclub, Mandalay Bay Vegas, etc. etc… the list is long.  However, some random folks petitioning congress to air grievances is considered domestic terrorism worthy of thousands of FBI agents and innumerable man hours just to hunt down dissenters.  [Look at the Arrest List]
