Yesterday we shared a startling revelation about a letter sent from the IRS to Cause of Action, regarding the denial of a FOIA release. Today we expand the explanation.
The request from CoA to the IRS was an effort to gain documents shared between the White House and the IRS.  The concern of interest is the probability there was illegal distribution of taxpayer information from the IRS to officials in the White House.
Enough circumstantial information exists to speculate the information within the denied documents could outline collusion between the White House and the IRS – to formulate a list of political opponents for targeting.
The enforcement mechanism used for targeting includes the DOJ and various other government agencies (ATF, OSHA, EEOC, EPA Banking/Finance)

Dear Readers, the unknown White House motive for distracting people toward all of this racial/Police anxiety stuff just gained exponential sunlight.

As the Daily Caller partly outlines – Secretary of the Treasury Jacob Lew, Obama’s former White House Chief of Staff, who was chief of staff when the illegal IRS/White House scheme was rolled out, took the emails and documents that were set to be released and now refuses to ever turn them over.
His rationale? Secretary Lew claims he cannot release information about improper disclosures of confidential taxpayer information – because, wait for it,…  that would be an improper disclosure of confidential taxpayer information.

PAUSE AND READ SLOWLY => Inherent in this position is the absolute admission the content of the documents, he is now refusing to turn over, contain illegally shared information from the IRS to the White House.

In order for Secretary Jack Lew to claim the content of the documents contain information illegal to share with the plaintiff he is admitting the content was originally, and similarly, illegal to share with the White House.
The documents were found pursuant to a lawsuit that the legal advocacy firm Cause of Action filed against the Treasury Department’s inspector general.
The lawyer for the inspector general, Gregory M. Miller, told Cause of Action this week in a letter that Lew seized the documents. (more…)

There’s a reason the founding fathers of the U.S. Republic promised a “republican form of government“, a constitutional republic and not a democracy.
A Republic is ruled by principles of law, and as a consequence it is a representative process of considerable debate and deliberative conversation.

(VIA TMZ) Michael Sam believes he’s not on a NFL roster because of the fact he’s openly gay — telling TMZ Sports he strongly believes he’s got the talent to play in the league.

Sam was at LAX this morning when he was asked if he thinks NFL teams are shying away from him because of his sexual orientation … or if it has to do with the level of talent he faced after college.

“I think I was the SEC Defensive Player of the Year last year … so I don’t think it had to do with talent.”

Translation — he believes he’s on the outs because he’s out. (link)

RUSH LIMBAUGH – “The grand jury system, I was kind of surprised. I know the legal beagles that I’ve listened to, a lot of legal people for whom I have great respect said, Rush, this is a slam dunk. There is, we’ve seen the evidence, as much as we’ve seen and as much as we’ve heard about, the testimony, there’s no way this cop gets indicted.
And I said yeah but that’s not the way things happen in the country anymore. Everybody, episodes like this need sacrificial lambs and everybody’s going to be focused on keeping the peace and everybody’s going to be focused on, you know, just make the problem go away.
So I was surprised, grand jury system worked, despite enormous pressures exerted by the president’s representative, Eric Holder, the attorney general. Darren Wilson today, just like George Zimmerman in 2012, doesn’t understand this is not a legal case – it’s a political case using the legal system….

You might be aware of our prior position on this.   It’s understandable when facing a process you cannot understand to reconcile your location based on prior reference points.  Darren Wilson has never been inside the political machine, he holds no frame of reference and just like Zimmerman he made a huge mistake. Despite the prior claims by Democrat Governor Nixon, Democrat Chief Executive Dooley and Democrat Saint Louis Mayor Slay, the surrounding towns of Ferguson and Dellwood erupted in flames. Arson and looting were widespread and destructive.  Apparently the “unified command” was neither “unified” nor in “command”.

Democrat Mayor James Knowles says he was begging for help. His pleas were unanswered.

In the meantime the “protest leadership” were complaining for the past week that the National Guard was called up for duty. Now those same voices are screaming mad that the National Guard was not activated and protecting their local businesses as they were looted and burned.

President Obama sat down with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, a fellow traveler and ideological compatriot for Democrat political administrations, to frame their collective narrative and discuss their united approach.   The Hill published an article about it.
During the recorded, edited and broadcast, conversation the subject of Ferguson Missouri came up.  Of course it did.  Controlling the forward narrative is now of paramount concern.
For those who willingly digest the manipulation much buffet was offered.  For others, those who see the larger picture, the falsehoods were a stark contrast.

CLAYTON • There will be no announcement Sunday from the St. Louis County grand jury hearing the Michael Brown shooting case, sources have told the Post-Dispatch.

The grand jury is to reconvene Monday. – A decision was widely expected this weekend, but the grand jury is still gathering information. Barricades went up outside the county Justice Center and county police headquarters in Clayton on Saturday in preparation for an eventual announcement.
Protesters have been preparing to take to the streets if Ferguson police Officer Darren Wilson is not charged in the fatal Aug. 9 shooting of Brown, 18, during a confrontation in a street beside an apartment complex. Police have been readying for increased protests, and Gov. Jay Nixon has called in the National Guard for extra protection of some locations.
SECRET BY LAW  – Whatever the grand jury decides, how its members arrived at their decision — and the votes for or against an indictment — will remain secret by law. (more…)
