You might remember way back in March 2014 when a Philadelphia DA made the decision not to pursue charges against Philadelphia politicians who were caught in a bribery sting. The reason the DA didn’t want to press charges was specifically because during the sting only the black politicians would take the bribes.
The bribes were offered to all politicians but only the black politicians took them, therefore the PA State Attorney General, Kathleen Kane, another Democrat, shut down the sting. The DA dropped the Grand Jury stating the sting itself was racist. The media embarrassed the prosecutors office, the DA was replaced, and the Grand Jury assigned.

PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia prosecutors announced criminal charges Tuesday against two more elected officials swept up in the undercover sting investigation that state Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane had argued could not be successfully prosecuted.
District Attorney Seth Williams announced conspiracy, bribery and conflict of interest charges against state Reps. Vanessa Lowery Brown and Ronald G. Waters, both Philadelphia Democrats, for accepting cash from an undercover operative. (more…)
Martha McSally is a combat tested A-10 Warthog fighter pilot. After a closely contested Arizona race it is now official – McSally has won the former Gabby Giffords’ seat.
(Reuters) – U.S. Representative Ron Barber, an Arizona Democrat and former aide to Gabrielle Giffords, has officially lost his re-election bid to the Republican challenger in November’s congressional elections, a judge certified on Wednesday.
A superior court judge declared Martha McSally, a retired Air Force colonel and a pioneer of women’s combat aviation in the 1990s, the winner after a state-mandated recount showed she won by 167 votes in the Nov. 4 election.
“There’s no getting around that this was an incredibly close and hard-fought race. After what’s been a long campaign season, it’s time to come together and heal our community,” McSally said in a statement. (read more)
(Via Right Scoop) Mark Levin ripped Republicans a new one tonight as he opened his show, saying that he is one inch away from leaving the Republican Party.
He starts in hard, asking Republicans if they think this is a joke, if they think they can just lie to Republicans and conservatives with impunity about defunding Obamacare and fighting Obama’s illegal amnesty.
He points out that Republicans go on and on about an imperial president and his illegal amnesty and they can’t even vote on a point of order challenging Obama.
Levin says the Constitution is in tatters and that the Republican Party doesn’t even realize they’ve ceded their power to Obama.
And there’s so much more. Listen HERE
All of the suspicions people held about the true motives behind the failed Orman bid are essentially confirmed.
(MediaIte) In the 2014 midterms, independent candidate Greg Orman nearly unseated GOP incumbent Sen. Pat Roberts (R-KS), but eventually lost by a ten-point margin. This was sad for the Democrats — not just because it helped the GOP take over the Senate, but also because a Democrat-affiliated Super PAC had secretly poured $1.5 million into his race.
According to documents filed to the FEC and found by Bloomberg,, Senate Majority PAC, run by former advisors to Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV), quietly donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to two pro-Orman Super PACs after October 16th. This is important, because this magical time after this date is known as the “veiled disclosure period”: Basically, people can donate millions of dollars to a PAC during this time, and legally, do not have disclose this transaction until after the election. (Technically, it’s not secret money, but it kind of is.) (more…)
This guy is clear eyed, and right on target.
All of the evidence in the Mike Brown shooting case was directly copied and transferred to the Federal Department of Justice, Eric Holder, since the DOJ opened an official inquiry which was a mere three days after the Ferguson shooting on August 11th 2014.
Prosecutor Robert McCulloch went to great lengths to outline how quickly the evidence was collected and shared with overseeing federal authorities from the FBI. In addition you can see how quickly the FBI was conducting their own witness interviews. (more…)

Yesterday we shared a startling revelation about a letter sent from the IRS to Cause of Action, regarding the denial of a FOIA release. Today we expand the explanation.
The request from CoA to the IRS was an effort to gain documents shared between the White House and the IRS. The concern of interest is the probability there was illegal distribution of taxpayer information from the IRS to officials in the White House.
Enough circumstantial information exists to speculate the information within the denied documents could outline collusion between the White House and the IRS – to formulate a list of political opponents for targeting.
The enforcement mechanism used for targeting includes the DOJ and various other government agencies (ATF, OSHA, EEOC, EPA Banking/Finance)
According to the jaw dropping IRS letter – Treasury Secretary Jack Lew, interceded and blocked the FOIA discovery from being released. See Letter:

However, as we have previously outlined current Treasury Secretary Jack Lew holds a serious conflict of interest. Lew’s decision to block the release is not only unethical, and an obvious conflict of interest, but also borders on illegal. (more…)
Darren Wilson today, just like George Zimmerman in 2012, doesn’t understand this is not a legal case – it’s a political case using the legal system….

You might be aware of our prior position on this. It’s understandable when facing a process you cannot understand to reconcile your location based on prior reference points. Darren Wilson has never been inside the political machine, he holds no frame of reference and just like Zimmerman he made a huge mistake. (more…)
Amid a massive document dump of news on the Friday before Thanksgiving the IRS announces they have located “additional” emails sought by congressional inquiry.
Remember, AG Eric Holder is effectively gone now, Obama is a lame-duck -and has done the immigration reform he promised- by dictatorial fiat, and the Senate is about to be run by Republican leadership. As a consequence all of the parachute cords are being severed, and we’ll see a number of political officials reacting to the “every man/woman for themselves” shift.
Remain poised, focused and positive, we’re about to discover a bounty of hidden info… We voted to stop the madness behind the curtain, we’re about to find out what’s there…..

WASHINGTON DC – Up to 30,000 missing emails sent by former Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner have been recovered by the IRS inspector general, five months after they were deemed lost forever.
The U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) informed congressional staffers from several committees on Friday that the emails were found among hundreds of “disaster recovery tapes” that were used to back up the IRS email system. (more…)
Principle Centered Conservatism continues to rise in the U.K.
(Via Telegraph) The UK Independence Party has its second MP (Member of Parliament) in the House of Commons after Mark Reckless won the Rochester and Strood by-election.

Mr Reckless, the constituency’s former Conservative MP who defected in September, won with a 2,930 majority after a bitter seven week campaign.
