Via Judicial Watch […] During the a status hearing today, Sullivan warned that the failure to follow his order was serious and the IRS and Justice Department’s excuses for not following his July 1 order were “indefensible, ridiculous, and absurd.”

He asked the IRS’ Justice Department lawyer Geoffrey Klimas, “Why didn’t the IRS comply” with his court order and “why shouldn’t the Court hold the Commissioner of the IRS in contempt.” Judge Sullivan referenced his contempt findings against Justice Department prosecutors in the prosecution of late Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK) and reminded the Justice Department attorney he had the ability to detain him for contempt. Warning he would tolerate no further disregard of his orders, Judge Sullivan said, “I will haul into court the IRS Commissioner to hold him personally into contempt.”

In order to tackle the U.S. Illegal Immigration issues, even broadly, a person must first change their paradigms and understand the root issues which create the crisis.

Before you can reasonably present a solution to the problem, you must first understand the problem. Every entity that hires people is potentially at risk for audit or inspection from the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) within their regional jurisdiction. The EEOC responds to hiring practice complaints from a perspective of insuring equal employment opportunity. The Baltimore Sun is poring through 7,000 communiques from Baltimore city leadership surrounding the events of the Baltimore riots.

What the emails initially show is an inept structure of municipal leadership ill-prepared to deal with the crisis that surrounded them. In addition, their fear of self-preservation -amid a politically incorrect toxic fire of civil unrest- is evident in their stumbling, incompetent reaction to the chaos.

Everyone is in charge of something, and no-one in charge of everything.

“This issue needs to be corrected unless I am the only person who finds this unacceptable,” he wrote at 3:14 p.m. to various top mayoral aides. “Local news stations are reporting on what is happening, downtown buildings are closing early, and when the City looks to the Administration for leadership and answers, we don’t know or we are the last to provide any guidance due to this protocol.”

The intended outcome here is two-fold.  ♦ #1 Any Inspector General will now have to ask a white house appointed cabinet head for approval to access investigative material; obviously this gives an automatic heads’ up to the White House.  ♦ #2 The investigative material is now subject to being hidden from the investigators; obviously this allows unlawful conduct to remain hidden.

WASHINGTON DC – The Obama administration formally announced that inspectors general will have to get permission from their agency heads to gain access to grand jury, wiretap and fair credit information — an action that severely limits the watchdogs’ oversight capabilities, independence and power to uncover fraud.

An opinion, issued by the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel, says the Inspector General Act of 1978 — which was written by Congress to create the government watchdogs in order to help maintain integrity within their agencies — does not have the authority to override nondisclosure provisions in other laws, most notably in regard to grand jury, wiretap or fair credit information. In an inspector general (IG) review of the first forty emails, the IG finds 4 that contain classified information (that’s 10%).  Previously Clinton said she turned over 30,000 emails (50,000 pages).  Do the math, from the sample, and there’s a strong possibility that hundreds of classified emails were transmitted from Hillary’s unsecured private email system during her term in office.

The intelligence IG immediately referred the matter to the FBI.

WASHINGTON DC – A review by a top intelligence official has found that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent at least four classified messages from the private email server she used while in office.

The Inspector General of the Intelligence Community sent a letter to members of Congress on Thursday saying the emails from Clinton’s server should have been classified as “secret.”

A copy of the missive was obtained by The Wall Street Journal. The four emails “were classified when they were sent and are classified now,” Andrea Williams, a spokeswoman for the inspector general, told the newspaper. (more…)

Follow-Up To This Story

There’s a particular irony with the sister of Sandra Bland, Sharon Cooper, going on television to state she blames the Waller County Texas jail for her sister’s demise, when Sharon Cooper refused to aid Sandra while she was in jail for 3 days.

According to media reports the jail cell had a phone within it for use, and additionally allowed Ms. Bland to make at least five phone calls while she was held from a police desk outside her cell because she was having trouble with the phone.

Apparently, Ms. Bland was trying to put together $500 for a bond payment and none of her family, including her sister Sharon, were willing to assist.

Additionally, NBC in Chicago has found that Ms. Bland had a rather extensive history with driving violations including DUI’s and failure to pay fines associated with at least 10 infractions. (more…)

Sweet mother of hades, we had a strong suspicion last week the video release by Center for Medical Progress investigation of Planned Parenthood was merely the tip of the iceberg – but no-one had any idea how deep they penetrated into the secret enclaves of the abortion industry.

Andrew Breitbart mastered the art of publishing bad (but not the worst) parts of a story first, awaiting the response, then following up with even more damaging information which destroys the initial defense.

This approach appears to be what’s going on within the CMP expose’ of Planned Parenthood selling baby parts. In addition, as the abortion industry now begins to realize who they allowed into their private clutches, meetings, conferences and even into the actual facilities who cut up baby organs for the past three years, PP now recognizes the massive amount of information now in the hands of CMS. Things just got a whole lot more interesting folks. Uncle Asaad Ibrahim Asaad Haj Ali, has been detained in Jordan since the day after the shootings in Tennessee. Uncle Ali is represented in Jordan by the Muslim Brotherhood.

I’m now 99.9% certain that Abdulazeez’s father’s previous investigation, which put him on the terrorist watch list, is connected to the Holy Land Foundation terrorist financing investigation – as a direct tie to his mosque’s involvement. That pre-Obama DOJ investigation was wrapped around the Muslim Brotherhood infiltration of North America Islamic groups.

Despite their protestations to the contrary, the Muslim Brotherhood is the political umbrella over ISIS.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) — An uncle of the man who killed four Marines and a sailor in Tennessee has been in custody in Jordan since a day after the attacks on two military sites, a lawyer said Tuesday.

Abed al-Kader Ahmad al-Khateeb told The Associated Press that he was barred from seeing his client and that family members were also prevented from visiting the detainee.

Computers and cellphones were taken from the man’s home, but he has not been charged with anything, the attorney said. (more…)
