If a terrorist strikes in Philadelphia but no-one admits it’s terrorism, did terrorism actually happen?  Similarly, if a federal law on transmission of classified information is violated, but no-one admits it’s unlawful, does it actually matter that transmission happened?

There have been so many revelations in the past six months regarding Hillary Clinton’s emails (despite the internet on fire over this one) it is impossible to know if it’s actually any more damaging than any previous discoveries…..

Such is life in Clintonville; a rather bizarro-land filled with professional gaslighters, where if you get pulled over by police you can debate the implied intent of “Stop Signs”.

WASHINGTON DC –  A former U.S. Attorney predicts a Watergate-style showdown in the Department of Justice if Attorney General Loretta Lynch overrules a potential FBI recommendation to indict Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

“The [FBI] has so much information about criminal conduct by her and her staff that there is no way that they walk away from this,” Joseph diGenova, formerly the District of Columbia’s U.S. Attorney, told Laura Ingraham in a Tuesday radio interview. “They are going to make a recommendation that people be charged and then Loretta Lynch is going to have the decision of a lifetime. It would appear Mayor Stephanie “space-to-destroy” Rawlings-Blake ended up with more human destruction than originally intended; or, perhaps not.

BALTIMORE SUN – Blood was shed in Baltimore at an unprecedented pace in 2015, with mostly young, black men shot to death in a near-daily crush of violence.

On a per-capita basis, the year was the deadliest ever in the city. The year’s tally of 344 homicides was second only to the record 353 in 1993, when Baltimore had about 100,000 more residents.

The killings were on pace with recent years in the early months of 2015 but skyrocketed after the unrest and rioting of late April. In five of the next eight months, killings topped 30 or 40 a month. (more…)

At a campaign rally in New Hampshire the Clinton-adoring-media stood aghast as a town hall participant “heckled” Hillary for being a hypocrite when it comes to women’s issues, women’s safety and specifically Bill Clinton’s history of pathological sexual assault.

When confronted surprisingly Hillary went full-Clinton almost immediately; she quickly dropped her political mask and snapped back: “you are very rude and I will never call on you” (video below):

The questioner is a rape survivor.  She is also a former Democrat, now Republican, state representative who left the Democrat party specifically because of the hypocrisy within the Clinton-era as it pertains to sexual assault and women’s safety. (more…)

As we review the current media report for President Obama’s intentions, regarding executive office restrictions on firearms, we must remember the second term distinction between “executive orders” and “executive action“.

♦ Executive orders are those dictatorial fiats from the White House that contain an origin, at least as regarded by the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC), founded in law.

♦ “Executive actions” are the term-two preferences of President Obama and constitute dictatorial fiats that are not constitutionally based, not legal, not supported by the OLC, and will not eventually hold up under legal challenge.  The key word is “eventually”.

The Obama “executive actions” are political decisions intentionally constructed and designed to advance an ideology while creating legal conflict.  They successfully advance ‘change’ until they are overruled by state and federal courts.

An example of an “executive action” was the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans, or DAPA, amnesty program Obama rolled out in November of 2014.   DAPA was an Executive Action, not an Executive Order.

Executive Actions open barn doors.  They are never designed/intended to pass legal challenge.  They create mostly irreversible consequences.

To the best of our knowledge the entire MSM and professional punditry have yet to recognize the strategic and intentional use of executive action – and explain it to everyone. (more…)

Sheesh, you just can’t make this stuff up….  A rally to promote non-violence, ends up in fist-a-cuffs between rival factions.

New Jersey – A skirmish broke out between rival activists on the steps of City Hall Wednesday during what had been intended as a demonstration against violence in Newark.

Police were called to the scene after a small crowd began arguing over escalating violence and the city’s attempts to curb it.

The noon press conference was called by a group of activists led by Salaam Ismial, co-chair of the New Jersey Study Commission on Violence, and Abdul Muhammad, a longtime Newark anti-violence activist. In a release announcing the event, the two said they planned to ask Mayor Ras Baraka to “unleash his quality of life plan in addressing ongoing violence facing Newark residents.” (more…)

Hillary Clinton gains the leftist “Globalist of World” endorsement…

(Via The Hill) George Soros, a billionaire Democratic donor, told a close Hillary Clinton ally that he regretted voting for President Obama over her in the 2008 Democratic primary, according to an email released Thursday by the State Department.

Center for American Progress President Neera Tanden said in a May 2012 email to Clinton that Soros made the admission to her during a dinner.

“I told him I worked for you in the primaries and he said he’s been impressed that he can always call/meet with you on an issue of policy and said he hasn’t met with the President ever (though I thought he had),” Tanden wrote.

“He then said he regretted his decision in the primary – he likes to admit mistakes when he makes them and that was one of them,” she added. (more…)

People who are wondering why Donald Trump might be referencing some historical Clinton issues, might do well to refresh their memory on how vengeful Clinton staffers trashed the White House when Vice-President Al Gore lost to George W Bush in 2000.

When considering how the office of the presidency is regarded by the Clintons, a new generation of voters may not know about Team Clinton: writing vulgar messages on the White House office walls, destroying furniture, slicing chair cushions, ripping phones out of walls, removing the historical door knobs, stealing items, switching around the fax machines, gluing desk drawers closed, carving into desk tops, removing the “w” key from all the computer keyboards, and much worse.

As much as most of us dislike Salem Media lapdog Hugh Hewitt, he finally makes the point that needs to be underlined about Donald Trump -vs- Hillary Clinton when referencing history.

A 2016 voter who was a teen during Bill Clinton’s time in the White House, is now a thirty something voter who might be learning about the history of Clinton scandals for the first time.   There is an entire generation of the electorate who might be completely oblivious to how vengeful Hillary Clinton was against Bill’s victims.
