Many people are now becoming aware of the severity of self-serving corruption in/around the institutions that frame our government.  Considering that Sundance has a target on his back; and considering that it is only a matter of time before that targeting gets ugly; let me remind everyone of just how severe the issues are confronting our nation.

Having met with many of the top-level key DC players (including Durham inc) in the “Spygate” investigation/review or (__fill in_ the blank_with whatever name you need), here’s the ugly truth.  The staff of the legislative bodies have/had no intent to actually facilitate any sunlight upon the FISA, DOJ-FBI corruption that took place over three years.

How do I know that?

Well, first having sat in a room with the legislative staff, top people who actually write the briefs and inform both congressional representatives on House Committees and Senate Committees, including the chiefs-of-staff for the chairs, it was clear they did not even know the information from within their own research when spread over time.  Accepting this reality leads one to a natural conclusion… they don’t know, because they choose not to know… & they choose not to know, because everything is a pantomime for public display.

We suspected that Kevin Clinesmith was going to get the James Wolfe leniency treatment, not only because the DOJ (Main Justice) wanted to avoid highlighting the severity of his criminal conduct, but rather -more specifically- because that criminal conduct took place under the direction of the Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissman special counsel (June 29, 2017)…. And that is what has happened.  It is all corrupt as hell…. all of it.

The judge over the case against former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was is James Boasberg.  Not coincidentally Boasberg is also now the presiding judge over the secret FISA court.  Judge Boasberg also carried an insitutional preservation motive to downplay the consequences of Kevin Clinesmith altering evidence at the behest of the Robert Mueller special counsel team.

Main Justice is protecting Rod Rosenstein, Sally Yates, Andrew McCabe, James Baker and Dana Boente, all of them knew the Mueller special counsel was corrupt from the outset.  Judge James Boasberg is protecting the secret FISA court.  It’s all FUBAR !

WASHINGTON – Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was sentenced to 12 months probation and 400 hours of community service Friday after pleading guilty to making a false statement in the first criminal case arising from Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe.

The reality of DC elites demanding walls to protect them from the common American is a stunning shift in outlook from when the U.S. Capitol used to be considered “the people’s house.”   Alas the voices are now asking for exactly that… a permanent fence to keep the American people away from those who run government.

WASHINGTON DC – The acting chief of U.S. Capitol Police called for permanent fencing around the Capitol building days after she said that the department “failed” in its efforts to protect the sprawling complex on Jan. 6 when rioters stormed the building.

“In light of recent events, I can unequivocally say that vast improvements to the physical security infrastructure must be made to include permanent fencing, and the availability of ready, back-up forces in close proximity to the Capitol,” Acting Chief Yogananda Pittman said in a statement.

You know it had to irk President Trump intensely for House minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to blame the Capitol Hill riots squarely on him.  Additionally, thanks to Rand Paul, with 45 senators voting to dismiss the article of impeachment, President Trump now knows the almost certain February outcome of the ridiculous partisan effort.  That’s the background for a report that Kevin McCarthy is heading to Florida this week for talks with President Trump.

The MAGA movement President Trump inspired is itching to break down the republican party in the next set of primary races.  McCarthy has no leverage; the establishment GOP have no leverage; the republican national committee have no leverage.  President Trump can destroy the republican party with a few targeted and direct words.

WASHINGTON – Former President Trump is expected to meet this week with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) in Florida, a source familiar with the meeting confirmed to The Hill.

The rendezvous, which was first reported by Punchbowl News, comes as McCarthy attempts to manage simmering tensions within the House GOP caucus amid the fallout from the Jan. 6 riots at the Capitol and Trump’s ensuing impeachment for his role in the mayhem.

Well folks, for those few remaining Americans who did not accept we were entering the full Orwellian era, you can eliminate those remaining shreds of hope.  As unbelievable as it might sound federal authorities in the DOJ have arrested the person behind the Twitter Account “Ricky Vaughn” for posting memes against the interests of the U.S. government.

Let that sink in for a few minutes.

Literally all the guy did was post snarky memes poking fun of democrats and Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election…  However, the United States government has now claimed: “the defendant exploited a social media platform to infringe one the of most basic and sacred rights guaranteed by the Constitution: the right to vote.”

So what was 31-year-old Douglass Mackey’s (aka Ricky Vaughn), activity?  He posted a funny and snarky meme on Twitter:

DOJ – […] Mackey allegedly tweeted an image that featured an African American woman standing in front of an “African Americans for [Hillary]” sign. The image included the following text: “Avoid the Line. Vote from Home. Text ‘[Hillary]’ to 59925[.] Vote for [Hillary] and be a part of history.” The fine print at the bottom of the image stated: “Must be 18 or older to vote. One vote per person. Must be a legal citizen of the United States. Voting by text not available in Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. Paid for by [Hillary] for President 2016.”  The tweet included the typed hashtags “#Go [Hillary]” and another slogan frequently used by the Candidate.

Comrades, the United States Department of Homeland Security is asking for the public’s help in identifying subversives who carry thoughts against the interests of the JoeBama regime.  In a proclamation today DHS officials have elevated the national security alert against U.S. citizens who may engage in wrong-think.

According to the command and control authority, the greatest threat against the interests of the new state comes from citizens who are questioning the results of the 2020 election and making inquiries into whether manipulation of ballots took place.  These thoughts are enough to warrant good citizens to report subversive activity.  The warning, and enhanced intervention by the control authority, extends from today through April 30, 2021.

Information suggests that some ideologically-motivated violent extremists with objections to the exercise of governmental authority and the presidential transition, as well as other perceived grievances fueled by false narratives, could continue to mobilize to incite or commit violence.

During senate impeachment rules processes and parliamentary proceedings today, Senator Rand Paul proposed a smart point of order requiring a senate vote on dismissing the impeachment case against President Trump.  Essentially this dismissal vote will reflect the baseline, worst case, final outcome, vote of any impeachment trial.

The Senate then took up a motion to table the dismissal point of order.  The motion to table passed 55-45; meaning 55 senators want to impeach President Donald Trump and 45 senators voted to dismiss the entire case:

The good news is this will represent the worst case scenario on the final impeachment vote 55 yes / 45 nay.  The impeachment will definitely fail in February, and President Trump now knows the disposition of the final outcome. [Though it could get better]

The bad news is 5 republican senators just voted to impeach President Trump.  They are: Susan Collins (Maine), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), Mitt Romney (Utah), Ben Sasse (Nebraska), and Pat Toomey (Pennsylvania).

Murkowski and Toomey are both up for reelection in 2022.  However, Pat Toomey has indicated he is not running for reelection.   So the most immediate 2022 target should be on Lisa Murkowski of Alaska.

Senator Rand Paul (MAGA-Lite, KY) took to the senate floor to outline the insufferable nonsense behind the impeachment narrative.   Using his time to call-out examples of DC representatives initiating confrontation; and simultaneously putting the GOPe crowd on notice that he will do everything possible to put them on the record; Rand Paul fires back with some excellent oration.  WATCH:

It is also being reported Senator Paul will file a point-of-order in advance of the impeachment trial to put Republicans on record for their position.  “Rand Paul will make a point of order to dismiss the impeachment trial this afternoon. It’ll get Republicans on the record for how they might vote in a trial. You need 67 votes to convict. So if 34 Republicans vote to dismiss the trial, that means Trump will be acquitted.”
