According to information from the office of Senator Ron Johnson (Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs) terrorist Omar Mateen was posting messages to social media in the time between the initial attack and the time SWAT teams rushed the Pulse nightclub:
“I pledge my alliance to (ISIS leader) abu bakr al Baghdadi … may Allah accept me”.
“The real muslims will never accept the filthy ways of the west” …“You kill innocent women and children by doing us airstrikes … now taste the Islamic state vengeance.”
Officer Caesar Goodson was the police transport van driver who the Baltimore prosecutor Marilyn Mosby has charge with murder. However, the case is beginning to collapse because as outlined last year the evidence simply isn’t there.
Not only is the evidence not there, exculpatory evidence hidden by the prosecutors continues to diminish their sketchy foundation for the charges.
Last week Judge Barry Williams was put into a difficult position by the State of Maryland when it was discovered the Baltimore prosecutors office had withheld exculpatory evidence, known legally as “Brady evidence”, from the defense team. Unfortunately when the wider U.S. electorate voted the Fresh Prince of Bill Ayers to be the president of the United States they were, perhaps unwittingly, ushering in a new era of governmental weaponization, the fundamental change.
Legal issues, events and cases ceased to be determined by laws, and the politics of any given event became the overriding filter through which all action, or lack thereof, would be determined. The last seven years have provided numerous examples for points of reference.
The IRS investigation of conservative groups was driven by politics, not legality. The criminal charges against George Zimmerman were driven by politics, not evidence or legality. The investigation of Darren Wilson was driven by politics, not evidence or legality. The arrests of the Baltimore Six were driven by politics, not factual, substantial evidence.
These are just a few examples of manipulated common law principles that have been overridden by considerations of political benefits. Those political filters are also why the Orlando Jihadist massacre will not lend favor toward the arrest or prosecution of any related entity.
The politics of it all simply don’t benefit the Obama administration or the legal advisers within the administration who apply political filters to determine outcomes.

Last night Fox News Sean Hannity interviewed candidate Donald Trump. The primary topic discussed was the Orlando terrorist attack and the threat from Islamic Jihadists. Additional topics included media dishonesty and the race against Hillary Clinton:
CNN calls this: “The commander in chief’s fury, which seethed out of him in a stunning soliloquy on live television, amounted to a moment of historic significance: a president castigating one of the two people who could succeed him as beyond the constitutional and political norms of the nation itself.”
However, what’s more evident is how Donald Trump’s criticism of the weak and ineffective security policies of President Obama is directly on target. The Orlando massacre is a visible outcome of the current president’s ineffective anti-terrorism policies.

The New York Daily News outlines the reality that terrorist Omar Mateen was gay. Remember, the Orlando nightclub, Pulse, is approximately 85 miles from his home with his wife Noor Salman, and their 3-year-old son:

Presidential candidate Donald Trump released the following statement today regarding the Jihadist nightclub attack in Orlando Florida.
(Via Donald J Trump) Last night, our nation was attacked by a radical Islamic terrorist. It was the worst terrorist attack on our soil since 9/11, and the second of its kind in 6 months. My deepest sympathy and support goes out to the victims, the wounded, and their families.
In his remarks today, President Obama disgracefully refused to even say the words ‘Radical Islam’. For that reason alone, he should step down. If Hillary Clinton, after this attack, still cannot say the two words ‘Radical Islam’ she should get out of this race for the Presidency.
If we do not get tough and smart real fast, we are not going to have a country anymore. Because our leaders are weak, I said this was going to happen – and it is only going to get worse.
