Officer Caesar Goodson was the police transport van driver who the Baltimore prosecutor Marilyn Mosby has charge with murder.  However, the case is beginning to collapse because as outlined last year the evidence simply isn’t there.
Not only is the evidence not there, exculpatory evidence hidden by the prosecutors continues to diminish their sketchy foundation for the charges.
Last week Judge Barry Williams was put into a difficult position by the State of Maryland when it was discovered the Baltimore prosecutors office had withheld exculpatory evidence, known legally as “Brady evidence”, from the defense team.  This was the third time Mosby’s team had been caught manipulating evidence.  Williams was not happy. Marcus Robertson (above left) is a severely anti-gay Muslim activist, and has an on-line radicalization class known as “Fundamental Islamic Knowledge Seminary.”  CTH readers will also know the names of other participants in his studies such as Eric Sheppard Jr and the “F**k The Flag” movement.

According to the Associated Press a federal judge, U.S. District Judge E. Richard Webber, has ordered St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch’s office to release the full unredacted transcripts from the Grand Jury testimony in the Michael Brown shooting case against officer Darren Wilson.

Specifically, Judge Webber is forcing McCulloch’s office to also release the names of the Grand Jury witnesses who gave testimony during the investigation.  The names will be given to Anthony Gray, a monumentally corrupt attorney who represents the family of Michael Brown. (more…)

No one exposes the real political danger behind hidden ideological alignments as good as Donald Trump.  The beating of the Trump supporters in San Jose last night, and the responses, highlight a case in point.

What do Nikki Haley, Hillary Clinton, Ted Cruz, San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo, and Brad Thor have in common?  They are all on the same page blaming Donald Trump for not accepting the physical beatings that come with expressions of free speech and challenging the orthodoxy of their political views.
Each of these voices in their own way telling Trump, and by extension his supporters, to shut up and sit down; failure to do so will result in your beating.  Trump has a remarkable way of drawing out the pervasive progressive and culturally Marxist beliefs.

Officer Michael Slager is the South Carolina police officer charged with murder in the shooting death of Walter Scott.  Officer Slager’s trial is set to begin October 31st 2016, however the DOJ announced additional federal charges today.
The back story for today’s DOJ announcement frames the motive for the Obama Dept of Justice, Civil Rights Division, to file proactive charges today – the media will avoid highlighting the transparency.  However, long term CTH readers will understand it well. Remember, Hillary Clinton called Ryan Julison.

The State of South Carolina has put itself in a very difficult position with prosecution of the case against officer Slager.  Despite the media presentation of the event, the charge of Murder is a significant reach given the actual events which occurred in the entirety of the several minutes of the physical struggle with Walter Scott which were not recorded or discussed in the media. BRADENTON — A Bradenton mother and her one-year-old daughter are lucky to be alive after investigators say an angry driver shot at their car.

The bullet holes are just inches away from one-year-old Leola’s car seat. Her mother, Amanda Frey, is dazed and confused after she says a driver fired shots at her car Friday morning.

“It didn’t even register to me that it was even gunshots until I smelled it,” Frey said.

Thankfully she and her baby weren’t hit. But one of the bullets is still lodged in the door and you can still hear it rattling inside. (more…)

(Via Campus Reform) Deray McKesson, one of the most vocal leaders of the #BlackLivesMatter movement, will be teaching a one credit course at Yale Divinity School this fall as a guest lecturer.
McKesson, whom the university describes as a “civil rights activist and social media leader” will teach a course titled “Transformational Leadership in the #BlackLivesMatter Movement,” as part of Yale Divinity School’s “ Transformational Leadership for Church and Society” program.
“A young leader of the Black Lives Matter Movement,” a syllabus for the course reads, “DeRay McKesson will present case studies about the work of organizing, public advocacy, civil disobedience, and social change, through both Leadership of Presence, and Leadership in the Social Media.” (more…)
