In 2012, Sanford Florida (Trayvon Martin), you saw the Black Lives Matter/Dream Defenders crowd of professional grievance advocates demanding the removal of the local prosecutor Norm Wolfinger, in favor of a special prosecutor appointed by the Florida Governor (Angela Corey).
Additionally the calls were immediate for the firing of the police chief, Bill Lee, and the removal of the Mayor from office.
• A special prosecutor
• Fire the mayor
• Fire the Police Chief
• Put the DOJ in charge of the local police department.
Thousands of hours of national TV air-time were spent by advocates for the grievance industry protesting for these four demands.
In 2014, Ferguson Missouri (Mike Brown), you saw the same Black Lives Matter crowd demanding the removal of the local prosecutor and calling for the Missouri Governor, Jay Nixon, to replace him. Demands also made for the removal of the Ferguson Police Chief, and the Ferguson mayor. (more…)

This guy needs to get out of Baltimore ASAP. Too many people have a vested interest in a very specific narrative from him for it to be a safe place. 
*Note* As you read/listen to this it’s important to understand Donte’ Allen does not consider Homicide detectives to be “the police”.  To his reference they are separate:  he talked to Homicide, he did not talk to police.

Lastly, if you watch the video, and you understand the ramifications to this young man, you recognize ALL of his statements have the classic approval of LEO.  Meaning Donte’ is permitted to say anything to media or outside parties, even if it contradicts what he has forthrightly told police, if he feels it makes him safer within a community that might not like the information communicated to LEO.   The same approvals were applied to Dorian Johnson in Ferguson.
BALTIMORE —The other man who was loaded into the police transport van carrying Freddie Gray spoke out Thursday for the first time.
West Baltimore resident Donta Allen, 22, was the second man loaded into the police van near the end of the run on April 12.
He raised controversy with what he told police because he told them something he really he had to speculate on because he wouldn’t have known for sure. (more…)

BALTIMORE, Md. (WJLA) — An investigation into the death of Baltimore resident Freddie Gray has found no evidence that his fatal injuries were caused during the videotaped arrest and interaction with police officers, according to multiple law enforcement sources.
The sources spoke to ABC7 News after being briefed on the findings of a police report tuned over to prosecutors on Thursday as well as preliminary findings made by the medical examiner’s office.
Sources said the medical examiner found Gray’s catastrophic injury was caused when he slammed into the back of the police transport van, apparently breaking his neck; a head injury he sustained matches a bolt in the back of the van. (more…)

Recent media stories within Baltimore are highlighting that many of the looter/rioters are being released without charges.
The Head Baltimore Prosecutor in charge of making those decisions is Marilyn Mosby.

Marilyn Mosby is Baltimore City’s newly elected State’s Attorney. She is the youngest chief prosecutor of any major city in America.

Now, you might also remember when the riots and looting broke out on Monday there was a City Councilman who told the police to move back from their positions. When the police did what the Councilman requested, the stores in the immediate area were looted. (more…)

Liberal news outlets are now aghast at the strength of the judicial response to delicate sensibilities of the rioting hoard in Baltimore.   As anticipated the MSM is now framing a narrative that rioting thugs should not be punished, or held responsible.

(Guardian) Baltimore’s under-fire criminal justice system risked antagonising its already seething local community on Wednesday by suspending legal procedures and imposing bail bonds of up to half a million dollars on the city’s most impoverished residents.
In one especially stark case, a 19-year-old charged with eight offences allegedly committed on Saturday, including riot, theft and disorderly conduct, was set a bail of $500,000. Court records show the defendant, a black man, was sent to jail after failing to produce the funds. (more…)

Someone needs to tell the protestors in Ferguson Missouri that this is not a competition for who can protest most violently. 
Last night in Ferguson one man was shot in the familiar West Florissant strip that was the scene of protests throughout the fall and winter.  The police disbursed the crowd only to face additional gunfire an hour later in the Canfield Greens neighborhood.

At 12:15 a.m.: Report of shots fired and at least one victim on Windward Court. The street which runs through an area with several apartment complexes, including Canfield Green.
Several of the protesters had retreated to this area after police ordered them to disperse from West Florissant Avenue. (more…)

We share this story to bring forth a point. There is a real danger when the professional Black Grievance Industry makes a decision to construct a false story of racial animosity, and the media decide to sell it. (Trayvon Martin / Mike Brown as examples) Unstable people read these stories, believe them, then take action based upon the enemy identified within them. This is dangerous.

Currently it is being reported the investigation into Freddie Gray’s death will be complete by Friday. However, the same media reports are saying the results will not be made immediately public. This is odd considering the surrounding ideology of Baltimore which would be highly favorable to a finding of wrongdoing by the police.
If the investigation revealed police wrongdoing there is nothing in the Baltimore political apparatus which would keep it hidden from public. Ergo, there’s a possibility any report would contain exculpatory information beneficial to the police.
Which brings us to a potential game changing discovery showing up in some social media about Freddie Gray having spinal surgery shortly before the events outlined within the controversial encounter. It must be noted however, that none of this is factually confirmed and we should research further.
The story is in essence:

“Freddie Gray had a pre-existing spinal and neck injury [from a car accident] and had severe damage and scar tissue from an accident that Allstate insurance was paying via a large structured settlement.
Freddie had several unsuccessful spinal fusion surgeries, and his most recent spinal/cervical operation was a week and a half before he was arrested.  Freddie should have been at home in bed resting and recovering from this recent major operation.
If you look on Howard County Civil Court records you will find a case whereby Freddie Gray Jr. was trying to cash in his monthly structured Allstate settlement into a lump sum payout through Peachtree funding”.
