A contingent of Republican senators traveled to Texas on Thursday for a tour of the border region to understand the scale of the problem currently facing Border Patrol.  After a night and early day visit of the border region the GOP senators gathered to brief the press and answer questions.

Senator Ron Johnson (Wisconsin) was emphatic about the stunning statistics that are now evident.  As Johnson shared during his portion of the briefing, under President Trump the border region was secured and together with agreements with Central American and Mexico the southern border wall was working well to stop illegal alien influx.

However, Joe Biden eliminated all of the agreements and policies that stabilized the border.  Immediately after his installation as head of the executive branch the Biden policies opened a floodgate of illegal alien border crossers.  As many as 6,000 border apprehensions in a single day in the Rio Grande Valley sector.   Stunning statistics.

Interesting that Reuters would outline the walk-backs.  Even more interesting that the details of the walk-backs seem to prove the DOJ never actually intended to win any of these cases, but rather wanted to advance a political narrative about extremists through their earlier statements.

The approach of building a political narrative through false accusations and over-charging in the DOJ is the essence of Lawfare.  The government has endless taxpayer resources to fuel their political weaponization of the judiciary.

The process of the charges then becomes the punishment by design.  The targets are drained financially, sometimes physically detained under false pretense, and then the DOJ walks backwards when the judges finally ask for proof.

The process is the punishment for political affiliation.  The DOJ is fully weaponized.  The majority of Americans can clearly see this taking place.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Prosecutors made some serious claims after the deadly U.S. Capitol attack, saying they had evidence rioters planned to kill elected officials, suggesting a Virginia man at the building received directives to gas lawmakers, and accusing another suspect of directing mayhem on Jan. 6 with encrypted messages.

But the Justice Department has since acknowledged in court hearings that some of its evidence concerning the riot – carried out by a mob of supporters of former President Donald Trump to try to overturn his election loss – is less damning than it initially indicated.

The DOJ and FBI appear to be maintaining an aggressive posture against their political opposition on behalf of the ongoing ‘domestic extremist’ narrative.  In a remarkable statement prosecutor Michael Sherwin claims that charges of sedition are possible for those who attended the January 6th protest in DC against the outcome of the 2020 election.

Conducting political surveillance, abusing the NSA database by extracting personal information in violation of the fourth amendment, lying to a FISA court to get a title-1 surveillance warrant against Donald Trump’s campaign, fabricating a false Trump-Russia conspiracy theory, pushing knowingly false information to the media to support a fraudulent investigation, initiating a special counsel to hide the trail of wrongdoing; and the FBI conducting political operations against the Trump administration, was apparently no big deal. However, attend a protest against the corrupt interests of the deep state in DC and you are guilty of “sedition.”

The weaponized institutions of government are openly displaying their intent now.

WASHINGTON DC – Michael Sherwin, the federal prosecutor tasked with investigating the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol, told “60 Minutes” in an interview that aired Sunday night evidence collected thus far likely meets the threshold to charge some suspects with sedition.

Any person charged with sedition is effectively accused of attempting to overthrow the U.S. government and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas was confronted today on multiple mainstream media outlets about the complete failure of the JoeBama administration to handle a border crisis they created.   The secretary was apparently not prepared for the media to turn on him and stumbled through pathetic justifications on television.

Sometimes the reality of a situation is just so overwhelming the mainstream Pravda just cannot keep the ruse in place. Today the corporate media had no option other than to fact-check DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for saying the Biden administration has control over the border.

ABC begins by challenging Secretary Mayorkas about the prior warnings of the crisis, while illegal aliens cite JoeBama policy changes as to why they are coming across the Southern border illegally.

Analysis Note – The southern border crisis was created as a very visible distraction to a much larger set of JoeBama activities within multiple institutions of government.  However, the useful problem has now become too big to ignore… The “never let a crisis go to waste” as a distraction is now threatening to overwhelm the other structural goals taking place behind the scenes.   [One example of those quiet goals is installing KBJ as a supreme court justice to replace Stephen Bryer.]

The current goals of the administration are vast and include weaponizing institutions to generate outcomes and protect a bigger agenda.  The mission of the weaponized DOJ, FBI, DoD and National Security agencies are now being threatened by the tsunami of crisis messaging from the border distraction.   The professionally political leftist politicians are now having a hard time as 70+ percent of the American electorate are concerned about the border crisis.

This sets the stage for the border crisis to break through in national media.   Thus the challenging of Secretary Mayorkas continued in a bunch of Sunday talk shows.

The gobsmacking parseltongue continues from the podium at the Brady room in the White House.  Today Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked about Customs and Border Patrol officers informing media they are not allowed to talk about the border crisis per instructions from DHS and the White House.  The response from the White House is talk to DHS.  WATCH:

This level of evasive non-answer from the White House is actually dangerous to our national and foreign policy.  Our adversaries can see the sensitive spots of weakness within an administration that is fearful of the truth. Those adversaries can then exploit this weakness to drive further division through influence operations.

Most people do not realize how dangerous fabricated stories can be upon a nation that is strong only when it is exhibiting truth.   If the domestic and international audience recognize the United States government is truth-adverse on the little things, the ability of our nation to influence positive results on the bigger global issues is destroyed.

Ultimately it boils down to this: Devalue the United States and the world begins to destabilize.  Recognize and/or accept this consequence, and you realize that outcome is a feature of Obama’s larger plan, it is not a flaw.
