In the state of Michigan, specifically Antrim County, there is an ongoing civil lawsuit into the electronic tabulation systems used in the 2020 election [Details Here].  The plaintiff in the case is William Bailey and his attorneys include the DePerno Law Office:  “We have the proof that voting machines used in the 2020 elections can be compromised and votes easily transferred from one candidate to another. We can flip votes at the tabulator/precinct level. We can flip votes at the county level. The American people are losing their voice for the future of our democracy. We must fight together for free and fair elections.”

Earlier today President Trump drew attention to this ongoing legal battle:

President Donald Trump – “At 6:31 in the morning on November 4th, a dump of 149,772 votes came in to the State of Michigan. Biden received 96% of those votes and the State miraculously went to him. Has the Michigan State Senate started their review of the Fraudulent Presidential Election of 2020 yet, or are they about to start? If not, they should be run out of office. Likewise, at 3:42 in the morning, a dump of 143,379 votes came in to the state of Wisconsin, also miraculously, given to Biden. Where did these “votes” come from? Both were State Election changing events, and that is on top of the other corruption without even including the fact that neither state got Legislative approval, which is required under the United States Constitution. The Bailey case in Michigan is the first time admissible evidence of how electronic voting systems can be manipulated is being presented before a court.

After the DOJ Civil Rights Division sends a letter to the Arizona state senate, Arizona Chairwoman Kelli Ward gives an update on the coordinated democrat shenanigans.

As Ward notes, the Democrat Arizona Secretary of State is coordinating with the DOJ in an effort to block the audit from continuing.   The auditors and the State senate need our support as the feds start to target the effort.  Unfortunately, I suspect that somewhere, sometime, at some point in this battle, the legal fight is going to end up at the U.S. Supreme Court.

A long way from Maricopa Arizona, a similar ballot recount battle has been underway.  In the latest local developments the election board was taken to task by a committed group of residents in Windham, New Hampshire.   The citizens fought hard for an audit team they could trust.  The result was a third auditor with strong credentials has been successfully appointed by the previously reluctant board.

President Trump congratulates the commitment of the citizens of Windham for demanding an audit after sketchy ballot returns -reported by electronic counters- just did not add up to what the election night vote showed:

NEW HAMPSHIRE – A statistics professor has been named as the third and final member of a panel facing a May 27 deadline to audit the November 2020 state representative election in Windham.

“We will do our work in such a way that nobody will have to trust any of us,” Philip Stark of the University of California, Berkeley, said Wednesday. “They can look at what was done, rather than who did it.”

A hand recount about three weeks after election night determined that the four Windham Republicans running for House seats each received about 300 more votes than were reported from automatic AccuVote counting machines. Gov. Chris Sununu last month signed the legislation that mandates the forensic audit.

School boards are where mini-dictators are grown.  Thus the latest exhibit comes from South Salt Lake, Utah and the Granite School District Board of Education meeting.

The board was going to hear proposals of removing the mask mandate for K-12 students.  However, they would only allow one parent to speak during “citizen participation time”, a control method for keeping the pesky proles from expressing their opinion of board policy.

After the board allowed a mask advocate from the state to speak, the School board said that’s it, no more discussion.  Parents became infuriated, things got ugly [VIDEO Below]. The board ended the meeting and escaped out the back-door of the building.

UTAH – […] The crowd rose to its feet in protest and one man shouted: “Remember this day! Remember this day!”

Others chanted: “No more masks. No more masks. No more masks.””

The board moved to adjourn the meeting, left the room through a back door and the building was eventually cleared.

Comrades, the Washington State ministry of COVID compliance is going to join in other regional blue state totalitarians and create a tiered system of freedom for vaccinated and non-vaccinated citizens.   The out-of-control dictators are never going to give up the power they have taken under the auspices of COVID mitigation.

According to the latest rules from Washington State Governor Jay Inslee there will be two sections for spectator events and religious and faith based organizations (churches) that “allows facilities to increase capacity by adding sections for vaccinated attendees.” [UPDATE HERE]  “The change, which is effective immediately, outlines the guidelines for vaccinated sections at sporting events, graduations, religious services and other similar activities.”

WASHINGTON STATE – “Under the updated guidance the following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination: Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date last dose administered) OR a photo of a vaccination card as a separate document OR a photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device OR documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider electronic health record or state Immunization Information System record. Self-reported vaccination records that are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.” (link)

Governor Ron DeSantis appeared on Fox News this morning to highlight the economic success of Florida during the COVID crisis.  As DeSantis notes because the state remained largely open the state did not need to touch its “Rainy Day Fund” to cover emergency expenses; and now the state is fully operational the revenues being generated are allowing the legislature to double the state emergency fund accounts.  All of this despite Florida having no income tax.

Additionally, DeSantis highlighted the growth in the state that allows the legislature to provide $1,000 bonuses to first responders; and introduces a new election reform bill recently passed by the state legislature, which he signed live on television.

Everyone knew this was coming…. The Feds are attempting to get involved in the Maricopa County ballot audit.  The DOJ Civil Rights Division has sent a letter [pdf available here] to the Arizona State Senate claiming their review of Lawfare statements and media reports may show evidence of auditing issues that violate federal laws.

Last week a group of Lawfare activists [SEE HERE], including New York University Law School – which leads to Andrew Weissmann, asked the DOJ to get involved.

The ridiculous letter from the Biden DOJ goes on to cite media reports from the Washington Post as evidence to justify their involvement.

Remember, previously the DOJ narrative was that each state makes up its own election rules.  Now the DOJ is saying, falsely, that Arizona might be breaking federal laws.

Their first concern [as predicted] centers around ballot security.  Again, remember, the Maricopa County election board would not let the auditors use the county tabulation center [SEE HERE] so the ballots and equipment had to be moved to Veterans Memorial Coliseum (AZ State Fairgrounds).   Now the DOJ is citing that move as a potential issue for the security of the ballots and auditing procedures.

The first issue relates to a number of reports suggesting that the ballots, elections systems, and election materials that are the subject of the Maricopa County audit are no longer under the ultimate control of state and local elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors at an insecure facility, and are at risk of being lost, stolen, altered, compromised or destroyed.

Federal law creates a duty to safeguard and preserve federal election records. The Department is charged with enforcement of provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1960, 52 U.S.C. §§ 20701-20706. This statute requires state and local election officials to maintain, for twenty-two months after the conduct of an election for federal office, “all records and papers” relating to any “act requisite to voting in such election.”

The DOJ’s second issue is even more obtuse. They cite federal election law for voters rights, as the DOJ is worried that auditors will visit -and intimidate- people and places who have a record of multiple ballots from the same address or non residence:

U.S District Judge Dabney Friedrich has ruled the CDC has exceeded its authority with the federal ban on evictions during the COVID response. [pdf ruling HERE]

The issue at the heart of the matter is one of private property rights.  As the judge stated: “The question for the Court is a narrow one – “Does the Public Health Service Act grant the CDC the legal authority to impose a nationwide eviction moratorium? It does not.”

(WASHINGTON) – Federal Judge Dabney Friedrich struck down on Wednesday the national eviction moratorium, potentially leaving millions of Americans at risk of losing their homes.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has banned most evictions across the country since September. President Joe Biden extended that protection to renters until July. Some 1 in 5 renters across the U.S. are behind on their payments amid the pandemic, and states are scrambling to disburse more than $45 billion in rental assistance. (read more)
