Tyranny, in all its forms, needs deception.

By disposition, in order to be effective, the expressed construct of hatred toward the majority needs to be hidden from public scrutiny. It has always been thus.

Recently we shared the statements by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to the Al Sharpton group of professional race provocateurs, the “Black Grievance Industry”, who were assembled in audience. Eric Holder stated in his speech:

“I have been proud to stand along side of you in supporting efforts to advance the cause of justice that has always been at the center of this , this administrations work I am pleased to note that the last five years have been defined by significant strides and lasting reforms, even in the face, even in the face, of unprecedented, unwarranted ugly adversity. And if you don’t believe that, you look at the way …forget about me… forget about me , you look at the way the Attorney General of the Untied States was treated yesterday by a House committee. Had nothing to do with me what Attorney General has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment? What President has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment.”   (Attorney General, Eric Holder 4/09/14) 

Holder was framing his argument that racism was the underlying reason for congressional unhappiness that he continues to conceal information from congressional inquiry. Specifically his comments stem from a congressional hearing exchange with Representative Louis Gohmert.  (watch exchange here)
However, the White House and the Obama administration don’t want the visibility, and/or the actual sunlight, upon what was said within the confines of the black grievance audience. (more…)

Remember this ?  (February 2013) Conservative activist and founder of True the Vote, Catherine Engelbrecht, filed an ethics complaint against far left Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD).    Ms. Engelbrecht accused Cummings of harassment and intimidation.

Democrat House Committee Member Elijah Cummings denied he, nor his staff, ever had contact with leadership in the IRS about targeting or getting documents for Ms. Engelbrecht’s group, “True The Vote”.

However, today (Via WFB)  The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) sent tax documents on a targeted conservative group to Democratic staff on the House Oversight Committee, newly released emails show, despite previous denials by ranking Oversight Democrat Elijah Cummings (D., Md.) that such contact had occurred. DETROIT (WJBK) — Detroit police say a fifth person is now under arrest in connection with the beating of Steven Utash.
Utash was critically injured by a mob after he stopped to help a 10-year-old boy whom he accidentally hit with his truck last Wednesday.  Sources tell FOX 2’s Roop Raj the latest arrest is a 19-year-old who was ‘a leader’ in Utash’s beating.
Witnesses say the suspect jumped out of a window at a home to get away Wednesday, prompting police to call for backup. Two sqad cars responded and were traveling east on Morang Drive when the driver of a red motorcycle, apparently ignoring or not realizing the police sirens, crashed into one of the police cars. The police car then slammed into a burgundy SUV. (more…)

Twitchy Cops = Overreaction !

OHIO – What should have been a fun day at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force turned into a nightmare for a Columbus family who was pulled over and held at gunpoint while leaving the base.
The incident happened on Friday, and on Tuesday the family was still shaken up. They say that being held at gunpoint and put in handcuffs was excessive behavior, but the base says they were following their procedures.
“I’m looking at my 8-year-old grandson and his eyes are full of tears and he says ‘this is the worst day of my life,’” said Alice Hill, who was driving the car at the time they were pulled over. She’s still processing exactly what happened.
“We had been on spring break vacation, and my grandson wanted to see the Wright Brothers’ plane because that’s what he’s been studying in school,” Alice said. (more…)

Treeper Update: Small update from the ground, federal guys don’t much like being filmed according to the ranchers, they were told if they didn’t stop filming they’d be arrested. They resisted, more showed up and the feds backed off. Another group of folks showed up and ran a few feds off.
Rancher friends are also disgusted with how they’re running the cattle to death and say most of them won’t live to be rounded up. Ranchers were also told to get back to the 1st amendment zone, ranchers told them they carry their 1st amendment with them and pulled out the constitution. lol
Not sure how many people have showed up as they keep coming in batches, but a lot of Nevadans and a lot of Americans from across the country.  (facebook link)

“I have had people ask me to explain my dad’s stance on this BLM fight. Here it is in as simple of terms as I can explain it. There is so much to it, but here it s in a nut shell.
My great grandpa bought the rights to the Bunkerville allotment back in 1887 around there. Then he sold them to my grandpa who then turned them over to my dad in 1972. These men bought and paid for their rights to the range and also built waters, fences and roads to assure the survival of their cattle, all with their own money, not with tax dollars.
The rights to the land use are called preemptive rights. Some where down the line, to keep the cows from over grazing, came the Bureau of Land Management. They were supposed to assist the ranchers in the management of their ranges while the ranchers paid a yearly allotment which was to be use to pay the BLM wages and to help with repairs and improvements of the ranches. Every once in a while there is an ongoing story that goes from bad to worse.   However, even more rare is a story that is so bad I actually don’t even want to update on it.   Louisville Kentucky is one such rare example.

It started on March 22nd when the police lost control of the city to a roaming band of 200+ thugs who took siege of the city.    At least 17 violent attacks were recorded overnight as rampaging mobs robbed stores, destroyed property, and even dragged people from their vehicles to attack and brutalize them.

The following day the Mayor and Police Department claimed they had lost control of the city and warned citizens that law enforcement could not protect them or handle the crisis as it continued to unfold.    Only two arrests were ever made.
Two distinct aspects quickly surfaced.  1.)  By their own admission the police could not stop the violence, and 2.) The LEO community stated the politically correct demands of the local government was directly the cause of their inability.

Congratulations are in order. […]  The city of over 7,000 is now the owner of  a “49,000 pound, 10-foot-tall, six-wheel-drive” Crisis Response Unit.

“We’re being laughed at,” said Shellmyer, 78. “I went to […] the other day, and everybody wants to ask me if we’re sleeping better at night now that we have the ‘tank.’ ”

NEVADA […]  “I counted, they had 11 vehicles all with at least two agents in each one, maybe more,” he said. “They also had four snipers on the hill above us all trained on us. We were doing nothing besides filming the area.”

None of the occupants in the four family vehicles were carrying any fire arms, Bundy said.

Over their vehicle loudspeakers, the BLM officers ordered the family to leave the area, Bundy said.

“They said that we had no first amendment rights except for up by the bridge where they had established an area for that,” Bundy said.

The BLM has established two fenced areas near the City of Mesquite, that they have designated as free speech areas for members of the public to express their opinions.

This is a big one folks.   Mr. Cliven Bundy is well positioned to be the next “Randy Weaver”.  If the federal snipers take him out, we meet at the “Old Mill”, and ride at dawn !

The cattle were being rounded up by BLM officers as part of a crackdown on Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, who has refused to pay “grazing fees” demanded by the feds as a result of a re-classification of 600,000 acres of federal land in northeastern Clark County which Bundy claims has been in his family for generations.

Boy Howdy, these left-wing activists are sure feeling empowered now with their victory over the Mozilla CEO.   The San Francisco activists now demand Google pay $3,000,000,000 (billion) as compensatory indulgence fees for their services and environmental impacts. The extortion demand is requested to be paid to the Anarchist Movement for distribution in/around the Bay Area to affected fellow leftists.

Quite odd, but then again – this is “San Francisco”.

(Via Huffington Post) San Francisco is no stranger to raucous anti-tech demonstrations, but a protest outside of Google Ventures partner Kevin Rose’s home yesterday took a turn for the personal.
Protesters held up banners and dispersed fliers (pictured left) outside Rose’s San Francisco home reading “KEVIN ROSE: PARASITE,” and blaming the Google Ventures partner and Digg founder for having a hand in San Francisco’s escalating affordability crisis.
The protest appears to have been staged by a group called The Counterforce, which took credit for the protest on the activist website IndyBay and on the blog kevinroseisaterribleperson.wordpress.com, where they requested Google pay a ransom for its effect on the city’s soaring rents. (more…)
