Jaylen Fryberg was a 15-year-old Native American Indian boy who shot six people in his High School today.
He shot two girls and four boys including two of his cousins. Two of the students died in the school cafeteria. Jaylen then took his own life. The motive for the shooting are hormones and sexuality.

…show an exceptional focus on SEX. In essence a 15-year-old going through the hormone induced instability that happens when young men are moving toward adulthood.
Unfortunately, his girlfriend broke up with him a few weeks ago and his violent rage, his rampage, followed as a consequence of her affections being directed toward another person he was close with. It is exceptionally sad. (more…)

CALIFORNIA – A 72-year-old woman who was stabbed in South Berkeley in September has died after nearly three weeks in medical care, according to authorities. Nancy Jo McClellan of Emeryville died Wednesday at approximately 2:30 a.m., said Berkeley Police Capt. Andrew Greenwood.
[…]  Police will now seek murder charges against Kamau Berlin, the 18-year-old Richmond man authorities say was responsible for McClellan’s death. It is the second homicide in Berkeley this year.

You just can’t make this stuff up. A liberal activist judge -forced to follow the law and legal precedent- tells the DOJ they must turn over Fast and Furious documents. The DOJ refuse. The federal judge then gives the DOJ a deadline for producing the documents. The DOJ ignore the deadline, and again refuse. The judge is now in a position of having her own court order defied by the entity under her jurisdiction… so she punts, or, well, ‘kicks-the-can’ down past the election.
WASHINGTON DC – A federal judge has declined a House committee’s bid to have Attorney General Eric Holder held in contempt of court — and perhaps even jailed — for failing to turn over documents related to the Justice Department’ s response to Operation Fast and Furious.
However, in a ruling Monday, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson also denied Holder’s request for an indefinite stay of her prior order that the attorney general must turn over any “non-privileged” documents the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee subpoenaed as part of an investigation into the botched gunrunning investigation. The judge previously ruled that Holder must give the panel any documents that are not both predecisional and deliberative in nature. (more…)

Strange how we did not see this mass murder spree on the NATIONAL news….  Man beats eighty year old couple to death, then shoots another 88-year-old woman, and kills two more men in their 60’s. 

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – An elderly couple have both died after being beaten in their Kansas City home during an attack in which three other people were fatally shot.
Kansas City police say Ann and George Taylor, both in their 80s, died Tuesday after spending a week in the hospital on life support.
Prosecutors allege that 34-year-old Brandon Howell attacked the couple in the basement of their home on Sept. 2, then fatally shot three neighbors before fleeing in the Taylors’ SUV.
He’s charged with several felonies, including three counts of first-degree murder for the shooting deaths of 88-year-old Alice Hurst, her son, 63-year-old Darrel Hurst, and 69-year-old Susan Choucroun.
It was Ann Taylor’s desperate 911 call that alerted authorities to the crime spree, reports CBS affiliate KCTV. (more…)

Following a recent story where another white couple was beaten to death at a “Blacks Only” McDonalds, the recent “Justice for Big Mike beating” in Mississippi takes on added racial dimensions.
Indeed, a familiar pattern is rising.  And, as customary, within the most recent example the Black Police Chief is covering-up the racial motive and trying to play down the hate crime aspect.

Reverse the races in either of these two brutal episodes of violence and the National Media would be running the story 24/7.

(Via TPM) Michael Brown, the African-American teen who was shot by Ferguson, Mo., police Saturday, was the primary suspect for an alleged robbery that occurred at the time of the shooting, according to reporters on the ground piecing through a police report released Friday.

Ferguson police chief Thomas Jackson said officer Darren Wilson, a six-year veteran, was the officer who shot Brown. He gave a timeline of the shooting, which included a response to a 911 call from a convenience store shortly before the shooting around 12 p.m. Saturday.

In response to a lawsuit filed by government watchdog Judicial Watch, a federal court rejected legal arguments by the Obama administration and ordered the Justice Department to release certain information about “Fast and Furious” documents it is withholding from Congress and the public. Analysts and lawmakers have long argued that Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder, the latter of whom is still in criminal contempt of Congress, are trying to cover-up details in the deadly “Fast and Furious” scandal, which saw the Obama administration put thousands of weapons into the hands of Mexican drug cartels. The latest order could finally shed some light on what the executive branch is trying to hide.

Initially a trial judge convicted him, he appealed to -and received- a jury trial.  The jury thought the accused showed remarkable restraint only firing once.   Same accusations/charges, two trial types, 180° divergent results.

VIRGINIA – After battling authorities for more than a year, a Portsmouth, Virginia, man was handed a verdict of not guilty by a jury who determined that he did not, in fact, act recklessly when he fired a warning shot at officers who attempted to make forcible entry into his home, only to later discover that they had gone to the wrong house.
The incident, which happened last January, unfolded while Brandon Watson and his wife were watching late-night TV and heard noises coming from the back yard.
“She said, ‘Oh my gosh, someone is in the backyard,’” Watson told reporters. “The noises got closer and then she heard the clicking of the backdoor handle.”
At that point Watson ran to grab his gun, which was legally owned.
“We ran upstairs very quickly,” Watson recalled. “She saw guys in all black.”
Watson didn’t immediately call 911 because he couldn’t find his cell phone. However, he wasn’t about to let anyone come into his home and possibly harm his family either. So he ran back downstairs, gun in hand.
Watson called out into the darkness, saying, “Who is that? I have a gun.”
He received no response, but instead then saw a red laser aimed at his chest. (more…)
