Interesting, albeit snarkily constructed, article in Politico today highlighting the ‘rag tag bunch of media outsiders’ within Right Side Broadcast Network (RSBN) and their endeavors toward covering the Trump administration.
RSBN is able to continue operating due to viewer donations and contributions toward the business objective of raw, direct and full coverage, and they were intensely valuable in the 18 month long presidential campaign.  A solid group of people.

A pro-Trump political action committee bankrolled by Linda Bean, a granddaughter of L.L. Bean founder Leon Leonwood Bean gained media attention due to FEC filings.  The Social Justice Moonbats caught wind of Linda Bean supporting Donald Trump and immediately began a boycott effort of the L.L. Bean Company.
The company responded: “We were disappointed to learn that Grab Your Wallet is advocating a boycott against L.L.Bean solely because Linda Bean, who is only one of 50+ family members involved with the business, personally supported Donald Trump for President”. (Facebook)

NEW YORK (AP) — Donald Trump can keep his Twitter insults flying. In a decision made public Tuesday, a New York judge dismissed a lawsuit filed last year against the Republican president-elect by a political strategist who said her reputation was trashed when he called her a “dummy” on Twitter.
Trump’s tweets might be “rife with vague and simplistic insults,” and the barbs he aimed at Republican public relations consultant Cheri Jacobus might have been hurtful, but they were still protected free speech, Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Barbara Jaffe ruled.
The case has its roots in a February appearance Jacobus made on CNN in which she said Trump’s presidential campaign had not been transparent about its financing.

Interesting development in the aftermath of the Baltimore Six trials in the death of Freddie Gray.   A federal judge, Marvin J Garbis, has allowed a “malicious prosecution and defamation” lawsuit against Baltimore Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby to proceed.
Ms. Mosby’s position was that she held absolute prosecutorial immunity from actions taken as a state’s attorney.
Under normal prosecutorial constructs her office would most likely be correct. However, the judge rightly pointed out that Mosby conducted an independent investigation using her office for more than just prosecution:

“Plaintiffs’ malicious prosecution claims relate to her actions when functioning as an investigator and not as a prosecutor,” Garbis wrote. –link–

You might remember, almost all of the initial findings -used to construct the original charging documents against the Baltimore officers- stemmed from Ms. Mosby’s own independent investigation of fact.
It appears Marilyn Mosby’s independent approach, to ensure the officer’s arrests and prosecution, could now be her own undoing.  Judge Garbis attaches direct liability to her for actions, behaviors and decisions she exclusively controlled.
All claims against the state were dismissed by Garbis, but the claims against Ms. Mosby will go forward:

An Orange County California college teacher (Orange Coast College) delivered a very bitter tirade against Donald Trump, Mike Pence and their supporters and voters during a class presentation.
The teachers name is Olga Cox (pictured left).
One of the quick thinking students within the Human Sexuality class recorded what was said, and is now being threatened by the teacher’s union with retaliatory action which might include expulsion.

This is disturbing on so many levels; not the least of which is the compare and contrast between the speech content yesterday noted above, and the speech Hillary Clinton gave at Andrews Air Force Base three days after the Benghazi attack – when she specifically and intentionally lied to the American people and blamed an internet video for the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens, Chris Smith, Ty Wood and Glenn Doherty.

Judge Clifton Newman has declared a mistrial after the jury returned to further deliberations Monday in the Officer Michael Slager trial, and are unable to reach a unanimous verdict over the charges of Murder or Voluntary Manslaughter:

Let it be perfectly clear, this outcome, all they way through trial and jury deliberations, has followed the exact tract many CTH researchers and observers predicted since the initial case research.   The entire state case rested upon provable malice.  – Full Case Research Outlines Here –
Based entirely on the facts that were evident in this case, CTH and most participants within the discussion threads therein, it was transparently predictable today’s outcome would be the final disposition of the case.
Update: According to a preliminary media debrief of the jury, which was outlined during a question at the post trial press conference:

The slager jury was hung on the Voluntary Manslaughter charge.
The Jury was a unanimous 'not guilty' on the Murder Charge.
