Treon Johnson, is the star of some backyard fighting videos.  Videos that are about to be a part of a documentary on the blood sport.  He died in police custody after neighbors claimed he was beating a dog to death with a metal pipe.   He jumped onto the roof.  The Police used pepper spray and a taser to subdue him.   

Yet the media, wait for it,…. are showing pictures of  “Tre” Johnson as a young lad in a tuxedo…..   Because using one of the several previous mug shots would be too difficult I guess.  Sound familiar ?

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. –  The family of a man suspected of abusing dogs wants to know what led to his mysterious death.

Here’s a clue for ya’, he was beating a dog with a pipe after the completion of filming his latest documentary on “back yard fighting”,… DUH…. /SD

Treon Johnson died just hours after being taken into custody Thursday.  Hialeah police said a 911 caller claimed the 27-year-old man jumped into the backyard of his home and was beating his dog with a metal pipe. Let me repeat.  The STAND YOUR GROUND statute was NOT used in either the Zimmerman or Dunn trials.   Period.

Repetition is needed because literally every single media pundit talking about either trial says, as if it were true, that Stand Your Ground was a factor in the self-defense claims of George Zimmerman and Michael Dunn.  However, for media and politicians they can never let facts get in the way of their propaganda.

FLORIDA – Critics of Florida’s Stand-Your-Ground law are using the verdict in the murder trial of Michael Dunn to showcase their argument that state laws should be changed.

Dunn was convicted on three counts of second-degree attempted murder, but the jury could not reach a verdict on first- or-second-degree murder in the shooting death of 17-year-old Jordan Davis after about 30 hours of deliberations.

“It’s a sloppy bill. It needs to be narrowly tailored and judges need more discretion,” U.S. Rep. Corrine Brown, a Jacksonville Democrat, said Sunday.

“When the law started, the intention was very good: If you break into my house, I’m going to deal with you. But when you extend [that premise]…. there are problems.” (more…)

The Alarming Case of Justin Carter, Facebook “Terrorist”

[…]  When speech is a crime, thought is a crime, because when punishing speech the authorities are actually punishing what they think — or want jurors to think — was meant by the speech. Even when acting in good faith, people misinterpret. Since no one reads minds, it is a good thing the First Amendment protects our speech.

Unfortunately the First Amendment, like the rest of the Constitution, has been under siege recently. Otherwise any speech that does not represent a clear and present danger to other people’s safety would be protected.

Punishable speech is one area where liberty skates on thin of ice. Despite the obvious need for security, “terroristic threat” is another:

According to the indictment, Carter’s statement met two of the necessities required by state law: His words were uttered “with the intent to place the public or a substantial group of the public in fear of serious bodily injury,” or uttered “with the intent to cause impairment or interruption of public communications, public transportation, public water, gas, or power supply or other public service.”

Too bad Justin couldn’t have loaned the authorities his sense of humor, because that would never pass the laugh test.  (read the entire article)

They could always name the target town “Ruby Ridge”.   It shouldn’t be hard to find a few friends willing to role-play the bad guys.    Rumor has it during a recent patriot movement strategy session they decided the new camo would be burka’s…  Wouldn’t that just throw a monkey wrench into the PC Posse Comitatus.

(Via Telegraph)  The US army has built a fake city designed to be used during combat training   exercises.   The 300 acre ‘town’ includes a five story embassy, a bank, a school, an   underground subway and train station, a mosque, a football stadium, and a   helicopter landing zone.

Perhaps this explains why Maryland was so sensitive to avoid any inquiry in the case of John Filippidis.    It certainly sounds like the Maryland Coordination and Analysis Hub is but a mere test venue for a larger federally linked data hub of the same information.

Were the feds using Maryland to establish the protocols ?   It sure seems that is a very strong possibility…… and, if so, the denial of the FOIA would make even more sense.

In Mr. Filippidis example the “hot list – target vehicles” appeared to be CCW holders.

WASHINGTON DC – The Department of Homeland Security is set to activate a national license plate tracking system that will be shared with law enforcement, allowing DHS officers to take photos of any license plate using their smartphone and upload it to a database which will include a “hot list” of “target vehicles”.

Advocating to Reinstitute Voting Rights Because A Felon is Black is Just As Racist As Denying Reinstitution Because A Felon Is Black

The media-avoided issue inherent within the position of Eric Holder is his open racist intent.   Were he to be in a position of advocacy for all released felons based on the premise their collective debt to society is paid in full, and voting rights should be reinstated, it would be a reasonable discussion.   However, that’s not the framework.   No, this Attorney General is framing his position around the race of one single group of felons, blacks.

WASHINGTON DC – Attorney General Eric Holder is urging states to restore voting rights to former prison inmates.

Holder says 11 states continue to restrict voting rights after a person has served a prison sentence and is no longer on probation or parole.   He says nearly one in 13 African-American adults is banned from voting because of these laws.

Holder’s remarks, delivered at a symposium on the nation’s criminal justice system, are part of his initiative seeking fundamental changes to the system.

Last August, Holder instructed federal prosecutors to stop charging many nonviolent drug defendants with offenses that carry mandatory minimum sentences. He said long mandatory terms have flooded the nation’s prisons with low-level drug offenders and diverted money away for crime fighting. Holder is working with Congress to address the problem.  (read more)

WASHINGTON DC – Does President Obama’s nominee for ambassador to Argentina, a campaign bundler who has never visited the country, even speak Spanish? The State Department doesn’t know.

“I don’t have his personal biography in front of me, but what I will convey is that,” State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki replied when asked by ABC’s Jon Karl if Noah Mamet, whose nomination to the crucial diplomatic post was considered by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Thursday, speaks Spanish.

“Judging somebody’s effectiveness, or what role they’ll play, or how strong of an ambassador they’ll be — you can’t do [that] until they’ve spent some time working in the job in the country,” she added.

In other words, you have to confirm the ambassador to Argentina to know what’s in the ambassador to Argentina.  (READ MORE)

Janet Mock was born with a penis and testes but demands any historical reference to her personage must never be referenced as “a boy” or “male”.   Her primary claim is that she has been a woman since birth and she just corrected the anatomical error, via organ removal/reassignment, at a later date.    She wrote a book.   Apparently, as Piers Morgan was rue to find out, you can never say a transgendered person’s gender was their former anatomical definition.

*Note to self* —>  According to the community, which constructs the rule book we are now demanded to follow, “Sex” is what your birth anatomy assigns you to be.   “Gender” is actually what your real sexual identity is.   If you conflate the terminology you have mortally wounded a transgendered person.   *w-h-a-t-e-v-e-r*

He brought on Mock tonight to confront her about the “hostile tweets” she and others sent his way.

Morgan repeatedly bemoaned how much he’s been attacked, saying he “spent an infuriating 24 hours,” he was “viciously abused,” cried “I’m being vilified!”, and asked why someone like him, who openly supports LGBT rights and equality, has gotten such “a load of abuse.” (more…)
