Based on our research those emails contain communication between the IRS and the Department of Justice.   As we have drilled down the trail, it’s almost certain the communication was about specifically targeting the groups created by the 33 illegally distributed “Schedule B’s”.

Those Schedule B’s created a list of entities to target. Those entities became the subject of various agency scrutiny beyond the IRS. [Agencies like EEO, Dept of Labor, ATF and OSHA.]  Targeting coordinated by the DOJ

WASHINGTON DC – A Justice Department official admitted that former IRS official Lois Lerner’s apparently missing emails actually exist on a backup server, but the government doesn’t plan to retrieve them.
“A Department of Justice attorney told a Judicial Watch attorney on Friday that it turns out the federal government backs up all computer records in case something terrible happens in Washington and there’s a catastrophe, so the government can continue operating,” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton told Fox News’ Shannon Bream.
“But it would be too hard to go get lois lerner’s emails from that backup system,” Fitton continued, paraphrasing the DOJ official. (read more)

Libya is vitally important for several reasons.  The nation is the gateway between Africa and the Middle East, as well as the primary gate between Africa and Europe.   What happens in Libya has profound consequences for Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Unreported by the Western media some EU nations -and possibly the U.S.- have been covertly using air strikes to try and stop the assembly forces of the radical islamists.  As we previously shared the Benghazi, Mizrata and Darnah brigades, the Libyan Fighting Groups, have assembled under one banner called “Operation Dawn”.
However, the “mysterious airstrikes” have been futile given the scope of the islamists moving on the ground.   The Tripoli International Airport has been completely destroyed.  Islamist Fighting Groups are now in control of the Capital city.

(ENGLAND) American and British intelligence officials are eyeing a British-born rapper as the militant who beheaded journalist James Foley.

A senior Western intelligence official told Fox News that 23-year-old London rapper Abdel Majed Abdel Bary is the suspect believed to be Foley’s executioner.
U.S. intelligence officials are not commenting publicly on the reports, but a well-placed source told Fox News that Bary’s Egyptian-born father was extradited from London to the United States in 2012 for his alleged connection to Usama bin Laden and the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombings in Africa.
Bary traveled to Syria last year to fight with  ISIS, the source said.

The Sunday Times and Sunday People identified Bary as a member of a group of at least three British-born ISIS fighters known among former hostages as “The Beatles.” (more)

We began documenting two months ago the “border crisis” of unaccompanied alien children, UAC’s, was a pure ruse, a figment. Constructed simply to create the optics of crisis and support the demand for comprehensive immigration reform prior to the congressional recess.
Evidence continued to mount week after week as we followed the money flowing out of the DHS and HHS agencies to various left-wing social constructs who were profiting from the scheme. Panic and alarm sounded as $3.7 billion was demanded by Obama to cope with the non existent “border crisis” – couched more favorably as a “humanitarian crisis”.

Three weeks ago we shared the fact that well over 40,000 reported UAC’s were missing from this years record keeping.  The facts catching up with the ruse.
Well, the truth was/is they’re not technically missing because they never existed in the first place. DHS, which compiles the reports coming from the Border Patrol, and then gives the statistical summaries of the reports, had artifically inflated the apprehension numbers to support the White House narrative.
However, DHS, or more accurately Jeh Johnson, could not divert the end user of the apprehension reports, The Executive Office of Immigration Reform, the entity who controls the court dockets, from recording the missing reports.
Comparative FOIA’s into the recording agency, The Border Patrol, and the end user, The EOIR, showed the statistical ruse.
The reports were missing because they were never written; they were never written because the UAC’s were not actually real.
Now today the reports surface the White House “Administration” has quietly abandoned the search for the crisis housing. The removal of the crisis housing search is a consequence of the reality the UAC’s do not exist: (more…)

“I think, again, what the president made clear at the time of the Guantanamo transfer was that his commitment to the men and women that serve overseas is a bedrock one, that we will leave no man or woman behind. (Via MediaIte) It has been nearly two weeks since Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson shot and killed 18-year-old unarmed Michael Brown and according to a new report from the Washington Post, prosecutors in the case have still not spoken directly to the potential defendant.
​St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch is expected to handle the case, despite calls from him to recuse himself because his own father, a police officer, was murdered by an African-American man.
“We’re gonna proceed, as I’ve laid out to people, until I’m told — if i’m told — by the governor that I can’t,” McCulloch said in an interview Wednesday. “And the most devastating thing that can happen is if a week from now, a month from now, he decides he’s taking me off of this case. Then everybody’s starting over.”
On Thursday, Gov. Jay Nixon (D-MO) indicated that he will not appoint a special prosecutor to handle the Ferguson case:  (more)

(Via WFB)  The Obama administration violated federal law when it released five senior Taliban leaders from prison without notifying Congress, as is legally mandated, according to an investigation by the Government Accountability Office (GAO).

The GAO concluded in a report issued Thursday that the Obama administration failed to provide proper notification of the Taliban release and illegally used taxpayer funds that were not appropriated to enable the inmate transfer, according to the report.
The Obama administration in May secretly struck a deal with the Taliban in Afghanistan to free from the Guantanamo Bay prison camp in Cuba five of its top leaders in exchange for the return of captured U.S. soldier Bowe Bergdahl, who was later accused by fellow soldiers of having deserted the Army prior to his capture.
