This guy is clear eyed, and right on target.

All of the evidence in the Mike Brown shooting case was directly copied and transferred to the Federal Department of Justice, Eric Holder, since the DOJ opened an official inquiry which was a mere three days after the Ferguson shooting on August 11th 2014.
Prosecutor Robert McCulloch went to great lengths to outline how quickly the evidence was collected and shared with overseeing federal authorities from the FBI.  In addition you can see how quickly the FBI was conducting their own witness interviews. (more…)

Everything President Obama does is first poured through the political prism of how the cost/benefit of action either assists or diminishes his personal agenda.  DUH- This is no remarkable insight, by now everyone admits it.

However, to understand the equation of political cost/benefit analysis in the decision to try and rescue hostage Luke Somers, you only need to put the facts onto the table – the pattern forms itself.  This is the White House view:

♦  The al-Qaeda captors stated they were going to kill Somers on Sunday. That wouldn’t look good – but, well, meh, really no biggie.
♦  The al-Qaeda captors stated they were going to release the South African hostage, Pierre Korkie, on Sunday.  Alone, that’s a neutral factor.
♦  The al-Qaeda captors were going to release Korkie simultaneous to killing Somers. Rut Roh – That looks worse – now ears are perked.
♦  The al-Qaeda captors were going to kill Somers because the U.S. wouldn’t do what Korkie’s country did. Even worse yet – Fox News type alarm bells ringing.

Against the backdrop of the last point, the potential for public scrutiny / political embarrassment becomes too risky.   Hostage Somers net value now weighted on the political ego of President Obama?  Yikes. (more…)

Good article in the Washington Free Beacon today outlining the need of false narratives to advance an ideology that doesn’t exist in reality. This is essentially something we’ve talked about extensively here, and when you follow the trail you find out “why” the Ryan Julison’s of the world need to create hoaxes.
(Via Washington Free Beacon)  Talk about a dramatic entrance. When the St. Louis Rams took the field last Sunday, several teammates raised their hands, palms out. It was an act of solidarity with Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager killed last August in a struggle with a white police officer. Moments before his demise, it is said, Brown raised his hands and pleaded: “Don’t shoot.”
Since then “hands up, don’t shoot” has become the rallying cry of protesters and rioters furious that the officer, Darren Wilson, was not indicted by a grand jury. There is just one problem: It is not clear that Brown put his hands up. Nor is it certain that he said, “Don’t shoot.” On the contrary, the evidence released by the grand jury suggests that the fatal incident began when Brown assaulted Wilson. (more…)

After Mike Brown’s Step-Dad, Louis Head, screamed “burn this bitch down”, the surrounding crowd did just that.  Ferguson Missouri erupted in arsonist flames and riots.

Now, explosive new video of the events leading up to the Ferguson riots shows Mr. Head pre-planning the clarion call.  It was not, as his advocates and apologists have claimed, a poor display of spontaneous emotion.

Mr. Head is bottom of screen, center/left:

In the aftermath of the violence, looting and arson, Saint Louis authorities stated they were looking into potential criminal charges against Mr. Head which might include “incitement to riot”.
Despite both Mike Brown’s mom, Lesley McSpadden, and Step-Dad Louis Head, having prior knowledge of the grand jury decision:

…”Brown’s family attorneys received a call from McCulloch shortly before the announcement that there would be no charges against the officer. Crump took the call and delivered the news to Brown’s family in an area hotel”…

… the sympathetic media, the members of the Mike Brown family, and the overwhelming majority of the professional grievance class, dismissed potential criminal charges and even attacked law enforcement for proposing such an insensitive position. (more…)

WASHINGTON DC –  […]  The Obama administration is asking Rep. Darrell Issa not to put its senior Medicare official next to the now infamous Obamacare “architect” when both testify on Capitol Hill next Tuesday.

But it’s very clear that Issa, in one of his last investigative hearings as chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, wants to put Obamacare in a harsh spotlight by pairing Gruber with Marilyn Tavenner of CMS. They’ll be speaking about separate Obamacare issues — and the administration wants Issa to seat them separately, too. (more…)

~ Black Lies Matter ~

Anyone else noticing how determined the black grievance industry is to manufacture some political benefit out of their own created crisis?   The professional BGI generally always push the divisive racial angle; however, even for them the sheer scope of the hate-filled antagonism is infinitely larger than all prior efforts? 

WASHINGTON DC – Members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) are talking about inviting the families of Eric Garner and Michael Brown to President Obama’s State of the Union address in Washington next month.

The lawmakers, who have universally condemned the justice system’s response to the killings of the two black men at the hands of white police officers, say the presence of the two men’s relatives would send a strong signal that Washington policymakers are serious about tackling criminal justice reform head on. It’s enough to make you think this is all just a distraction; enabling the White House to kick the can past the distracted media.

Something about this entire story Dorian has manufactured is concealing something else.  What that “else” might be, is yet to be discovered – However, Treeper/contributor Mike Sylwester has assembled a solid hypothesis outlining part of the issue:

By Mike Sylwester: Several witnesses say that Dorian Johnson was standing by a Monte Carlo car that was stopped by the curb, just east of Darren Wilson’s police vehicle, when Michael Brown was fatally shot. Despite that excellent viewpoint, however, Johnson was not able to describe the shooting correctly in his subsequent statements. Johnson’s evident failure to see the shooting is a major mystery in the controversy about this incident.
Below, I will provide evidence that the Monte Carlo’s two occupants allowed Johnson to hide down in front of the passenger seat. From that hiding position, Johnson did not see the fatal shooting. Furthermore, the two occupants drove away with Johnson still hiding there. The two occupants lied that they did not let Johnson into the car and they denied Johnson’s request to drive him away from the scene.
The Monte Carlo passenger’s grand-jury testimony is recorded in Grand Jury Volume 7, beginning on page 152.
The passenger is a male, and the driver is a woman. The Monte Carlo was following Darren Wilson’s police vehicle, traveling west on Canfield Drive. When Wilson stopped and backed up to confront Michael Brown and Dorian Johnson, the Monte Carlo stopped close behind the police vehicle. When the first gunshot was fired inside the police vehicle, the Monte Carlo backed up and stopped along the curb in front of Piaget Crenshaw’s apartment.
Because the police vehicle’s windows were tinted, the Monte Carlo’s two occupants could not see, through the police vehicle, what was happening on the driver side. The passenger could see Brown’s feet and so knew that Brown was doing something at the driver door.

Gee, ya think?   After watching yesterday’s Bill de Blasio press conference most people were left wondering why the Mayor just doesn’t fire all the cops and sub-contract law enforcement to the New Black Panther Party.  The Mayor’s rhetoric was so riddled with hatred toward the police it was quite stunning.
NEW YORK — The head of New York City’s police union said officers felt “thrown under the bus” by Mayor Bill de Blasio following a Staten Island grand jury’s decision not to indict an officer in the death of Eric Garner, CBS New York station WCBS-TV reports.

Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch said the mayor needs to do more to support New York City cops.
“What police officers felt yesterday after that press conference is that they were thrown under the bus,” Lynch told reporters Thursday. “That they were out there doing a difficult job in the middle of the night, protecting the rights of those to protest, protecting our sons and daughters and the mayor was behind microphones like this throwing them under the bus.” (more…)
