WASHINGTON – Deputy National Security Adviser and MFA in creative writing Ben Rhodes likened an Iranian nuclear deal to Obamacare in a talk to progressive activists last January, according to audio obtained by the Washington Free Beacon (below).
The remarks, made at a since-discontinued regular meeting of White House personnel and representatives of liberal interest groups, reveal the importance of a rapprochement with Iran to President Obama, who is looking to establish his legacy as his presidency enters its lame-duck phase.

For all intents and purposes Libya is the forgotten mess created by President Obama’s team and their insufferable incompetence.   Perhaps a time will surface when someone in the Western media will actually call Obama or Hillary Clinton to account for the mess they have created, but it doesn’t seem likely.

Imagine if Islamists were raging a power struggle throughout Canada while a Russian armed civil war was taking place in Mexico ~ imagine the position of our country in the face of such a problem.  That’s the analogy to a situation faced by Egypt as a consequence of our 2011 action, ISIS in Syria (with their eyes on Jordan), and neighboring Libya simultaneously in a civil war.
It’s easy to cast aspersions to the heavy-handed decision making of Fatah el-Sisi as he deals with the Sinai highway between Hamas (East) and the Muslim Brotherhood factions, which include ISIS, (West) along his borders with Gaza and Libya respectively.

President Obama, Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Susan Rice and Samantha Power deconstructed the governing authority of Libya under the auspices of a “Responsibility to Protect“.   All of those “good intentions” went to a land of perpetual FUBAR once Ambassador Chris Stevens was killed and it all, well, needed to be brushed under the proverbial rug. We were wondering why the White House put out last week’s meeting of the National Security Council so quickly – they never do that, ever.  Reading this lengthy Politico article the urgent optics now make sense…. there’s always a reason with this crew.

(Via Politico) When President Obama, after months of equivocation over how to respond to the takeover of parts of Iraq and Syria by radical militants, announced in September that the United States would “lead a broad coalition to roll back this terrorist threat,” the White House swung quickly into action, sending proposed legislation to train and equip Syrian rebels to Capitol Hill that same day.
Unfortunately, the White House failed to consult with the Pentagon—which would be doing most of the rolling back—on the timing or details of the announcement. (more…)

The U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services have put out a contract order for enough holographic paper stock to print 34 million resident alien green cards.  Last Wednesday reporter began questioning White House spokesperson Josh Earnest about the motives behind the order – against the backdrop of reports discussed daily surrounding President Obama’s plans for widespread immigration decrees via executive order.

Josh Earnest awkwardly tried to laugh off the questioning until Chief White House Correspondent for CBS News, Major Garrett, became noticeably irked. “Don’t be absurd with us,” Garrett said. “That’s not just an ordinary colored sheet of paper. That is central, central to what the president has promised in public to do.”

Judicial Watch – President Obama’s trusted senior advisor, Valerie Jarrett, was a key player in the effort to cover up that Attorney General Eric Holder lied to Congress about the Fast and Furious scandal, according to public records obtained by Judicial Watch.
The information is part of a Department of Justice (DOJ) “Vaughn index” detailing records about the gun-running operation known as Fast and Furious. JW had to sue the agency for the records after the Obama administration failed to provide them under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). A federal court ordered the DOJ to provide the records over the agency’s objections. Yesterday JW reported on the broad information in the records, including that Obama asserted executive privilege for Holder’s wife as part of the administration’s efforts to cover up the scandal.
Practically lost in the 1,000-plus pages of records is an index that shows Jarrett was brought in to manage the fact that Holder lied to Congress after the story about the disastrous gun-running operation broke in the media. (more…)

For those wondering how President Obama’s ego could handle the scope of Democrat candidates who are trying to distance themselves from him and his consequential policies, the answer has been found.
Yesterday in a recorded interview with White House advisor, MSNBC’s Al Sharpton, President Obama made it crystal clear that every candidate seeking such distance was, in actuality, 100% in alignment with him in all policy positions:

…”The bottom line is though, these are all folks who vote with me, they support my agenda”…

Whether the Democrats up for re-election want to be aligned with the President or not, he, or more aptly, “his ego”, is obviously unable to accept such distance. (more…)

Rush Limbaugh was the first national personality to point out the strategy President Obama uses to distance himself from his own policies. In essence Obama uses anger directed toward his own administration when the consequences from his policies reach sunlight.
As Rush previously stated, the Obama outrage is phony and only reflected to give himself plausible deniability. It’s not that Obama doesn’t support the policy, he does, the outrage is pure politics.

Previous examples include: Initial faux-anger and outrage over the IRS targeting, which evolves into “not a smidgen of corruption”. Initial faux-anger and outrage over the VA scandal, which evolves into sending a White House Deputy Chief of Staff, Rob Nabors, to Arizona to protect the administration from consequence.
Now the Ebola CDC faux-outrage which requires another White House “political fixer”, Ron Klain, to protect the administration from consequence.  The “outrage” is all part of the strategy.

• A 54 year old office worker in Oklahoma had her head ripped from her body – because instead of trumpeted alarms there was discomfort-driven silence.
• An 18-year-old student in Virginia was abducted, raped and likely killed – because instead of deafening trumpets 2009-2014 there was awkward PC silence.
• $900+ million has been spent on non-existent Unaccompanied Alien Children – because instead of trumpeted outrage cultural Marxism paralyzed the Hill.
• The DOJ requested 1.1 million pages of IRS documents to create a target list – because they held no fear of any trumpeter showing up.
• The worlds most effective -and advanced- fighting force is merely putting on a show of making little rocks out of big rocks in Syria – because the White House has trained the trumpeters not to trumpet.

A Paradigm Shift is needed – Urgently. It cannot be provided to you, you must develop it within your own mind – and you’d better do it quick; or you will lose your capacity to trumpet !

Just like the fictional Unaccompanied Alien Children ruse the White House created to sell a comprehensive immigration reform strategy, so too is the Khorosan group a purely fictional political construct designed to avoid ideological embarrassment.

In a recent column for NRO McCarthy explains how the White House had come up with the “Khorosan” al-Qaeda group as nothing more than a political ploy to avoid being ridiculed for their inept and detached prior espousals. For six years, President Obama has endeavored to will the country into accepting two pillars of his alternative national-security reality. First, he claims to have dealt decisively with the terrorist threat, rendering it a disparate series of ragtag jayvees. Second, he asserts that the threat is unrelated to Islam, which is innately peaceful, moderate, and opposed to the wanton “violent extremists” who purport to act in its name.
Now, the president has been compelled to act against a jihad that has neither ended nor been “decimated.” The jihad, in fact, has inevitably intensified under his counterfactual worldview, which holds that empowering Islamic supremacists is the path to security and stability. Yet even as war intensifies in Iraq and Syria — even as jihadists continue advancing, continue killing and capturing hapless opposition forces on the ground despite Obama’s futile air raids — the president won’t let go of the charade.
Hence, Obama gives us the Khorosan Group.
