Sign #23,710 – Large Wisconsin School District Votes To Drop Union By Two To One Margin…

wisconsin-walkerWASHINGTON, D.C., Sept. 12, 2013 – Today, teachers in Kenosha, Wis., voted to decertify their union, the Kenosha Education Association, by a margin of nearly two to one.
Only 37 percent of the teachers opted to retain the union in an election made possible by the labor reforms enacted under Gov. Scott Walker (R). The result goes to show that when workers have a choice on whether to join a union instead of being forced into one by law, they often choose to vote down the union.
Competitive Enterprise Institute labor policy analyst Matt Patterson said regarding the vote in Kenosha:  “Gov. Walker’s bold and effective reforms have loosened the grip of unions on Wisconsin’s public purse, to the benefit of taxpayers and to the detriment of Big Labor bosses.

Report: Unemployment Rate Has Jumped From 7.7% To 8.9% Over Last 30 Days…

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) figures are total baloney – so perhaps this Gallup report is beginning to bring some accuracy back to incredibly manipulated statistics. However, I highly doubt it. The employment and inflation numbers have manipulated by the administration since 2009; and its gotten worse. Now we know the federal deficit has intentionally stopped being recorded so that spending limits and statutorially required debt ceilings can be avoided.
economyAll economic Key Performance Indicators are just fuzzy math and manipulated propaganda now.
(Via Breitbart)  Outside of the federal government’s Bureau of Labor statistics, the Gallup polling organization also tracks the nation’s unemployment rate. While the BLS and Gallup findings might not always perfectly align, the trends almost always do and the small statistical differences just haven’t been worthy of note. But now Gallup is showing a sizable 30 day jump in the unemployment rate, from 7.7% on July 21 to 8.9% today.
This is an 18-month high. (more…)

NSA Admits To Tracking 75% Of All American's e-mail Communication – Clapper Admits 56,000 Collections Without Terror Connection or FISA Authorization – Obama Sticks By Talking Points: "We are not spying on Americans"…

Regardless of what you think of him – REMINDER:  We would never know, nor be having this conversation, were it not for Snowden.
NSA_FISA_courtWASHINGTON DC – The National Security Agency’s (NSA) reach covers about 75 percent of all U.S. Internet traffic through a slew of partnerships with some of the largest telecom companies in the country, according to a Wall Street Journal report released late Tuesday.
According to the report, gathered from interviews with current and former government officials and telecom industry workers, telecom companies like AT&T filter the data for the NSA, but in looking for communications that begin or end outside of the country, often sweep up unrelated domestic communications.
In addition, the surveillance network at times retains the content of emails and phone calls sent between U.S. citizens as part of a dragnet meant to capture correspondences between foreign targets.
The NSA defended the practice, telling the Journal that if domestic communications are “incidentally collected during NSA’s lawful signals intelligence activities,” that the agency follows “minimization procedures that are approved by the U.S. attorney general and designed to protect the privacy of United States persons.” (read more)

Hell No – AFSCME Want Federal Bailout For Detroit ?….

Correct answer to such a request = um, NO !

If you want to insure the immediate DEATH of a Constitutional Republic take taxpayer money from fiscally prudent places and spend it to bail out the insufferably incompetent.  Such a proposition should  -if actually applied- LEAD TO CIVIL WAR.

Obama AFSCME

(Via MSNBC)  American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) President Lee Saunders:

We’ve got to deal with this, Chris. I believe not only as it affects Detroit but the national government. This administration has a responsibility to deal with the problems and impact on urban centers across this country. The engines — the engines of states who are experiencing financial difficulty. I’m not saying we’ve got to bail everything out, but if we can rescue cities and countries in Europe, if we can bail out Wall Street — which we did — if we can rescue the auto industry, which was the right thing to do, then i think we’ve got to think about creative measures in which we can help urban centers across the country experiencing financial difficulty.  (link)

Rose City School Board Determines Michigan Teachers Who Support Teacher-Rapist Will Remain On Staff – Fear of Legal Risk Determine Outcome

Last night the Rose City School Board went in to a closed session to determine what action, if any, they could take against Rose City teachers who openly support a fellow teacher who is now a convicted child RAPIST/molester.
MICHIGAN – At approximately 11:30pm the board came back from closed session and announced it is not going to fire the teachers!
Immediately the room begins to clear people are walking out on what is a sad outcome for the Janczewski Family and their supporters.
It looks like the only option is to replace the board. Pull your kids from their classes , move, change schools who knows what families here in Ogemaw county will do to protect their children from sick people. (LINK)
The Blaze reports:

“We believe the letters written by the teachers may be protected under First Amendment rights and that any disciplinary action will subject us to expensive, and potentially lengthy, lawsuits,” board President Jack Money read in a statement announcing the decision.

"Laughable" – That's The Word A Federal Judge Used To Smackdown The First EEOC Lawsuit Based On Criminal Background Checks….

Before getting to the actual outcome of the EEOC lawsuit and the Federal Judge’s ruling we must review the BACKSTORY:
Obama rose garden holderIn September of 2012 Newark New Jersey, passed Ordinance 12-1630, “which limits employers’ ability to conduct criminal background checks.” The ordinance went into effect November 18, 2012 and “prevents employers with five or more employees who do business, employ persons or take applications for employment in the City of Newark, from asking applicants about their criminal history.” We wrote about it HERE.
In February of 2013, at the request of the White House, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) each determined that employers who use background checks as one of the determinants of whether to hire a prospective employee may be engaging in prohibited discrimination.
These federal agencies claim the use of criminal background checks can lead to a disparate impact on minority job applicants. (more…)

The Mindset Of The Liberal Left – Teacher claims young student wasn’t ‘damaged’ when her husband sexually assaulted him

ROSE CITY, Mich. – When Rose City middle school teacher Neal Erickson pleaded guilty to molesting one of his students a while back, most observers expected an open-and-shut case with the school community rallying around the teenage victim.
neil erickson
And in some ways it was. Erickson was sentenced to 15-30 years in prison for carrying on a sexual relationship with a boy in his young teens between 2006 and 2009. That should have been the end of the horrific tale.
But seven teachers kept the controversy alive by rallying behind the rapist, going so far as to write letters to the sentencing judge, seeking leniency on his behalf. The letters were posted on a local blog, WBRC Teachers.

Justice For The Janczewski's – Their Son Repeatedly Raped For Years By Middle School Teacher, Neal Erickson, Who Was President of The Michigan Teacher's Union and Even Now Supported By The Teachers….

This is a story that SCREAMS for attention.   In Michigan a family has been, and continues to be, brutalized by a systemic rot within the school system.   A rot that perpetrates, and unbelievably as it sounds, excuses CHILD RAPE – despite the community outrage.
This just came onto our radar screen.   However, a cursory review shows this storyline has a similar disposition to the Penn State, Sandusky scandal.    The Janczewski’s son was brutally raped over a period exceeding three years (2006-2009) by his middle school math teacher, Neal Erickson.
Years later, in 2012, an anonymous tipster alerted authorities to video and pictures on Child Porn websites of their son and his teacher engaged in oral sex, and worse.

The story is just horrific, vile and made all the more astounding because there is a community of teachers openly supporting the child rapist.   The repeated rape is not an allegation, it has been proven, Neal Erickson has admitted to it, and he has recently been sent to prison.
However, the rapist has supporters – Open and Public supporters.    Supporters who are teachers themselves and who are actively teaching in the same schools.   Supporters who are angry at the Janczewski family for assisting the authorities in filing charges.   And it gets worse – much worse.   The best identifiable summary of the backstory is available HERE.
Here are some of the issues we have identified as being sidelined by the media so far: (more…)

Janczewski 2

[…]  Their son had grown increasingly distant from the once close-knit family through his early teens, as Mr. Erickson, his middle school math teacher, manipulated the young boy into a twisted relationship that lasted from Aug. 2006 to Aug. 2009.

The victim frequently lashed out at his father and the tension tore their family apart.

[Not knowing the teacher was raping her son, his Mother] Lori Janczewski, worked with Mr. Erickson at Rose City Middle School and had asked him for insight into the boy’s rage.

He shrugged her off. (more…)
