WASHINGTON DC – Ondray Harris, the African-American executive director of the Public Employee Relations Board of the District of Columbia, stepped down last week.

The Fifth District Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of George Zimmerman and his defense team.   Benjamin Crump must sit for a deposition.

This highly unusual pre-trial intervention reverses the prior ruling of Judge Nelson, and appropriately states the need due to a lack of ability for the Appelate court to quantify the damage caused by allowing discovery to be impeded.   This is a HUGE VICTORY for George Zimmerman, and one that may indeed lead to a delay in trial.  Here’s the link – CLICK HERE  And Here’s the uploaded ruling:

Newly released documents to the House Reform Committee show the claim of two rogue IRS agents targeting conservative from the Cincinnati IRS office is, well, ridiculous.

When/if all investigations are complete this will be more than just the IRS;  This approach will also reconcile the example of Gibson Guitar targeting and many other rabid overreaches of this administration.

(WASHINGTON DC – VIA DAILY MAIL)  Interviews with IRS employees have  established that the Washington, D.C. headquarters of the Internal Revenue  Service was engaged in targeting tea party groups and other conservative  organizations for unfair levels of scrutiny when they applied for tax-exempt  status.

Rep. Darrel lssa, chairman of powerful House  Committee of Oversight and Government Reform, made that startling announcement  on CNN Sunday morning.

‘As late as last week,’ he said, ‘the [Obama]  administration was still trying to say the [IRS targeting scandal] was from a  few rogue agents in Cincinnati, when in fact the indication is that they were  directly being ordered from Washington.’ (more…)

NEW YORK – President Obama made a secret deal to support Hillary Clinton when she runs for president in 2016, campaign sources say, payback for the support her husband gave him in 2012.

Bill Clinton’s animosity toward Obama is legendary.   A year before the last election, he was urging Hillary to challenge the sitting president for the nomination — a move she rejected.

According to two people who attended that meeting in Chappaqua, Bill Clinton then went on a rant against Obama. (more…)

WASHINGTON DC – Valerie Jarrett, a top adviser to President Barack Obama, says she and the rest of the White House remain “very upbeat” despite the series of scandals that have engulfed the Obama administration in recent weeks.

“In any given day, our administration has about 2 million employees, and things happen,” Jarrett tells the Boston Globe. “We put in process procedures to make sure if there has been any wrongdoing, there will be appropriate consequences, and we will move on.”

Jarrett just wants to move on from the scandals. And, she says, the American people want these scandals not to serve as a distraction. (more…)

When we revealed the Miami-Dade School Police Department cover-up, we were contacted by a well known writer who wanted to commend the Treehouse community for our dogged pursuit of truth. Additionally, they were astounded at the information revealed within the six sworn affidavits – and asked for a phone call.

Reluctantly, after much back and forth, we decided to go ahead and make the call. In essence the writer wanted to reconcile how they had never seen any of this information in the Main-Stream press – they considered it explosive, and couldn’t fathom why the Miami Herald had never followed up on their FOIA request about the burglary.

As a consequence of this phone call I was begged to contact the Main-Stream media and provide the information – Not to do so was framed as not doing everything possible to help the Truth, and as a consequence George Zimmerman.   Zimmerguilt eventually dictated my acquiescence. (more…)

Blogger Matt Forney has an honest presentation about a local murder in his community, and the insufferable Media / Law Enforcement Political Correctness in their approach toward the community affected.

It is an excellent read.  Here’s an excerpt:

Syracuse, NY — Authorities have charged two teenagers in the May 23 attack and subsequent death of a 51-year-old Syracuse man outside a South Side market.

A 13-year-old and a 15-year-old have each been charged with first-degree manslaughter in the killing of Michael Daniels, Syracuse Police Chief Frank Fowler and Mayor Stephanie Miner said at a news conference Thursday night.

Daniels was standing alone outside Los Amigos Market at the corner of Cannon Street and West Brighton Avenue around 9:40 p.m. on May 23 when when he was attacked by a group of teenagers. Police said the teens repeatedly punched Daniels and then kicked him in the head while he was on the ground.

He died a day later at Upstate University Hospital.

Fowler said the two teens were taking part in “Knockout,” a game in which people randomly target someone on the street and try to knock the person out by punching them.

Don’t you just love the mainstream media, how effortlessly they omit and contort stories that don’t fit their prefab worldview? I grew up in Syracuse, so I can provide a local perspective on this. (more…)
