A rather interesting dynamic is finally being exposed on a large scale.   Here is my humble attempt to explain what’s going on.

Following the modus operandi of the Obama administration the Bergdahl issues are in full alignment with a consistent White House pattern.

It is sometimes easier to use analogies to help understand the facts behind what is taking place.  So, here goes….

Think about this administration as a travelling show projecting an appearance outward to an audience.   The stage they construct is filled with visual aides for their performance.  The audience is two-fold and hence the strange appearances, and hypocrisies.

The primary audience is the American electorate.  Think of us as the larger audience seated in front of the stage and watching the presentation, the show.

Behind the stage is a smaller audience, who cannot actually see the show taking place, but they are given a play-by-play explanation of what’s taking place on the other side of the curtain.   That smaller audience is Congress.

Fitting Day To listen to this Band of Brothers…

James Rosen via FOX News –  U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl at one point during his captivity converted to Islam, fraternized openly with his captors and declared himself a “mujahid,” or warrior for Islam, according to secret documents prepared on the basis of a purported eyewitness account and obtained by Fox News.

The reports indicate that Bergdahl’s relations with his Haqqani captors morphed over time, from periods of hostility, where he was treated very much like a hostage, to periods where, as one source told Fox News, “he became much more of an accepted fellow” than is popularly understood. He even reportedly was allowed to carry a gun at times.

The documents show that Bergdahl at one point escaped his captors for five days and was kept, upon his re-capture, in a metal cage, like an animal. In addition, the reports detail discussions of prisoner swaps and other attempts at a negotiated resolution to the case that appear to have commenced as early as the fall of 2009.  (more…)

Let’s quickly nip this one in the bud……

The White House political and communication team know they are in a world of political hurt for not notifying congress of the pending Bergdahl deal to swap Taliban officers for the missing army soldier. Now they attempt to spin their way out with another ridiculous justification.

One of the more brutally obvious flaws in the “make-believe” is one of facts and history.

FACT – Before the Osama Bin Laden ‘Kill/Capture mission’ both Senate Intelligence Committee head Dem Senator Diane Feinstein, and Republican Senator Saxby Chambliss, were briefed during discussion of the mission.

A full week prior to the actual raid on OBL compound both Feinstein and Chambliss were told of the mission.

They were also briefed when the mission launched. (more…)

Holy SNAP – If these intelligence reports (James Rosen is working to verify) are accurate, Bergdahl will never be allowed by the administration to leave Germany.   It would be far too politically dangerous to allow sunlight upon such explosive allegations.

Forget Obama -he’s already toast- we’re talking about team Clinton who would NOT want to be associated with such optics….

Allegation:  PFC Bowe Bergdahl taught the Taliban U.S. military engagement strategy and tactics, ambush skills, along with bomb-making and effective placement for maximum infliction of damage ?

Can you imagine the damage not only to this administration, but to the larger Democrat party and to Hillary Clinton, as a result of President Obama standing in the Rose Garden, conspicuously joining in a proclamation of victory on behalf of Allah, against the backdrop of a son who taught the Taliban more effective ways to kill U.S. soldiers.

Army Sgt. Evan Buetow, Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl’s former team leader, tells Jake Tapper that following Bergdahl’s capture by the Taliban, attacks on US forces were “far more directed”.   Proof that Bergdahl was actively seeking out the Taliban were earlier radio interceptions telling them that Bergdahl was looking for someone who spoke English so he could talk to the Taliban.

(Mediate)…In an appearance on CNN with Jake Tapper on Tuesday, former Army Sgt. Evan Buetow, U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl’s team leader on the night he disappeared from his base in Afghanistan, asserted that he had access to radio intercepts which indicated that Bergdahl actively sought out the Taliban. Following Bergdahl’s capture, Buetow alleged, the Taliban’s attacks on Americans became “far more directed.”

Buetow told CNN that, within days of Bergdahl’s disappearance, military teams monitoring radio communications intercepted radio chatter and telephonic communication which indicated that an American was searching for Taliban members who spoke English.

“When we heard that, it told us, okay, he’s actively seeking out the Taliban,” Buetow said. “And, yes, over the next couple of months, all the attacks were far more directed.”

(Via Right Scoop) The first and most obvious comment from Bowe Bergdahl’s father, Bob Bergdahl, was at the White House presser on Saturday. Walid Shoebat and company put this video together that shows us a couple of things.

First, what’s been said to be an Islamic greeting is in fact the most famous war cry of Islam called the “Bismillah” or the “Basmallah”. It sounds like this: “bismillah al-rahman al-rahim” which means in Arabic “in the name of Allah the most gracious, the most merciful.”

Walid Shoebat says this about it:

The “Basmallah” is the Islamic expression for victory and only indicates that Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl’s father is a Muslim. …When one gives the basmallah, trims his mustache and elongates his beard, its the first sign of a convert to Islam.

Just when you thought the domestic battle for “hearts and minds” couldn’t get any more perverse, in steps “helper Monkey” Hollywood to drag us down into the sewer, reaching a new low in cultural marxism.

There has been an ongoing psyops war waged by the Obama Administration and its sycophants against the U.S. military.

Traditionally, the U.S. military has always enjoyed high approval ratings from the American public at large – they support the military in funding; in its non-combat humanitarian missions as diplomatic outreach (such as the US Navy Hospital Ships, USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy); and are, for the most part, proud of the work that the US military does in defending freedom and the highest ideals of “America” –

individual liberty, peace, free trade, domestic stability among the many hallmarks of the “shining city on the hill”.  In very few other countries, do so many citizens have direct experience – having served, themselves – or a first degree relative connection to someone who has served in the armed forces. “Reporters Without Borders”,  a watchdog organization headquartered in Paris, France and known by its French acronym, “RSF”, has published its annual “World Press Freedom Index”.

Liberty Blitzkrieg brings to our attention that in the great march FORWARD!, the US was a front runner in the stakes for greatest loss of press freedom in year over year results – slipping an impressive 13 slots  from #33 last year to #46 on the 2014 world ranking, after Romania but before Haiti.

There were some “non-surprises”, such as North Korea and Eritrea remaining at the back of the pack, but also some pleasant surprises with tiny Belize clocking in at an impressive #29, hanging out in the “free press” band with Australia at #28.

Clearly, much work remains to be done before the US can be satisfied that the people’s work is completed and it can comfortably hang in the 100’s with its pals in the middle east and Africa.  Maybe that will provide the necessary incentive to Dirty Harry in the Senate to get working on that innertubes kill switch.  In the meantime, those pesky bloggers keep bringing up stuff like Benghazi, or Warrantless Wiretaps, or the ever expanding use of technology to spy on and monitor its own citizens.

The 2014 World Press Freedom Index spotlights the negative impact of conflicts on freedom of information and its protagonists. The ranking of some countries has also been affected by a tendency to interpret national security needs in an overly broad and abusive manner to the detriment of the right to inform and be informed. This trend constitutes a growing threat worldwide and is even endangering freedom of information in countries regarded as democracies. Finland tops the index for the fourth year running, closely followed by Netherlands and Norway, like last year. At the other end of the index, the last three positions are again held by Turkmenistan, North Korea and Eritrea, three countries where freedom of information is non-existent.
