Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. If there is any possibility of the case being dropped by “motion of direct verdict” upon presentation to the judge, then how is it possible for this to be pre-scheduled ? Again, look at the date of the CRS hosted CRB event – And you will understand how scripted this entire trial actually is. The schedule is, and has been, pre-determined all along. Coordinated by the Feds and the DOJ through the CRS.

Congresswoman Fredrica Wilson (D-FL) famously said “Trayvon… was racially profiled”:
She’s right. He was.
But there’s a part where she was wrong.
He was not “racially profiled” by George Zimmerman (even the FBI attested to that); No, he was racially profiled by the Miami-Dade School Police Department. Both Miami-Dade School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, and his hire Miami-Dade School Police Chief, Charles Hurley, racially profiled Trayvon Martin.

Carvalho and Hurley intentionally used Trayvon’s race and gender to manipulate, and falsify, his engagements with the Miami-Dade Police. They hid his criminal conduct; They never tried to correct his behavior; They profiled Trayvon for diversionary racist treatment because he was black, and because he was a black teen boy. (more…)

Driving back from Miami-Dade today, and recognizing the defense had run out the clock on Sybrina Fulton’s opportunity to testify, this question crossed my mind: Should the defense ask her any questions ?
I’m absolutely the wrong person to actually answer that question, because quite frankly I have researched too much about her.
But I’m wondering what you think?
Is the risk of seeming callous toward a grieving parent such that asking her deliberate questions should be avoided?

If it were up to me, I would. But again, I’m way too close and too understanding of her manipulations. Almost all of which would never be grasped or understood by a jury. Especially a jury of women and Moms. (more…)
