This incident happened at a High School attended by the son of one of our Treeper Team.  It shows how during a fight one of the students, Traybeon, waited until the other student was distracted then sucker punched him – knocking him out and fracturing his skull.

Michael Skolnick, the political director for hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, spoke for the consensus in an article he titled, “White People You Will Never Look Suspicious.”

Four current motions appear in preparation for Tomorrow’s hearing in the George Zimmerman case.   Two responses from the State in response to defense filings, and two replies from the defense pertaining to those responses:

First the initial response from the State :  States Response to Defendant Motion For Third Party Disclosures/Evidence –  This in essence is the States reply to Zimmerman’s request for information about the Benjamin Crump interviews with DeeDee (Witness 8) and his possession of the recordings therein.

Bottom line – The State is “now” complying with previous request.

The reply from the defense team:  Mr. Zimmerman Reply to Compel therewit –  This in essence is the defense team saying nothing is actually complied with until they are in possession of the full un-edited version provided to the State along with the accompanying documented Chain of Custody.

Bottom Line – Not only does the defense want the information, but the documentation to review the timeline and handling of the original request. (more…)

msNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry went on a ridiculous diatribe yesterday about America not being a safe place for “young black men” because white people are refusing to be attacked by them.    Same insufferable logic surrounding “The Safari Principle” best identified in the mantra of George Zimmerman should not have gotten out of his car.

THE SAFARI PRINCIPLE  – George Zimmerman left his vehicle, oh my!

The hidden subtext could be construed as the following… In modern America, a prudent citizen should know to remain in their vehicle, doors locked, windows up, when there are young black males known to be in the vicinity.

What does this say about our society?

Are we living in a drive through Safari Park?

If we get out of our vehicles we deserve what we get and shouldn’t blame the animals, much less shoot them in self-defense?

People like Melissa Harris-Perry and Natalie Jackson are foaming at the mouth calling anyone who profiles risk, based on behavior, a racist.   While at the same time saying that we are all at fault for not following the rules they wrote for us on the Safari Park safety brochure.

Hey jackwagon’s homicide is the #1 cause of death for black males between the age of 15 and 34;   And guess what?  94% of all black young men killed are killed by other young black men….. your strawman arguments are not only ridiculous – THEY’RE WRONG.

“Failure to accept the existence of evil does not protect you from it”

Norfolk Virginia was the location of the Virginia Pilot Beatings which law enforcement refused to identify as a racially motivated attack against two reporters, Dave Forster and Marjom Rostami, in April 2012 by a group of up to 100 black teens.    8 Months later and the Norfolk Police Department continues to stall their release of the audio 911 call from the victims.

In that incident Dave Forster was severely beaten.  His friend, a young woman named Marjom Rostami, tried to pull him back into his car.  The attackers came after her, pulling her hair, punching her head, slamming her head into the car door and causing a bloody scratch to the surface of her eye.   She desperately tried to call 911.  A recording told her all lines were busy.  She called again. Busy.  On her third try, she got through and, hysterical, could scream only their location.   It is widely rumored the background chants from the thugs carrying out the attack were screaming “Justice for Trayvon”.

HOUSTON—As family members of a man who was shot by a Valero clerk in southeast Houston called for the store clerk’s arrest, the store owner released surveillance video.

Alexander Calloway, 21, and his two cousins were trying to enter the gas station on Martin Luther King and Belarbor around 3:30 a.m., but the store was locked. The young men got into an argument with the clerk, who unlocked his door and came outside, police said.

Someone punched the clerk in the face and the clerk pulled out his gun and shot Calloway in the stomach, according to HPD. (more…)

The initial “Virginia-Pilot” attack happened on April 14th 2012 – During the height of the media coverage over the Trayvon Martin story.   Since then the police in Norfolk Virginia have refused to release the audio recording of the frantic 911 call placed by Marjon Rostami as she and her friend and colleague, David Forster, were being beaten by a group of black teenagers.

Perhaps the Police and media are waging a war of attrition, counting on the new media forgetting the attack.    Alas, they underestimate our resolve.    Where are the Tapes? 

Imagine if the races were reversed and a group of up to 100 white youth viciously assaulted two innocent black people driving through town after seeing a movie.   Do you think anyone would accept the police refusal to release the multiple 911 recordings?  (more…)

According to the following CBS report 16-year-old Taylor Fitting was riding in the backseat of a friends vehicle.   They were travelling, near home, while in a city with a comprehensive handgun ban.  At 10:30pm, as their car slowed to drive over a speed bump, a group of Teens shot into the car hitting Ms. Fitting in the face and killing her.

CBS reports “she was in the wrong place at the wrong time“….

Perhaps I am reading too much into the official explanation, but: Given the potential for DEATH by bullet – Can someone, perhaps even someone in law enforcement, please publish a comprehensive list of the “right time” and “right places” we may be permitted to travel so that random attacks by groups of black males with guns, who shoot for no apparent reason,  can be avoided?

Obviously there are geographies within the United States now considered “out-of-bounds” for freedom of movement.   The U.S. State Department currently publishes a report of similar warning methodology outside the United States in their Travel Advisories.   Perhaps now a listing of these “restricted travel areas” within the United States would be appropriate – no? It cannot be stated frequently enough the simple fact, yes fact, that Democrats are the party who: uses race to divide people, are violent to an extreme, advocate for murdering police and law enforcement, and are consistently caught bombing and destroying America.

Whether President Obama’s mentor Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground in the 1960’s, or Nancy Pelosi’s Occupy Movement in 2011/12, the goal of the left is to destroy, kill, and assassinate.

It was the Occupy protestors who attempted to blow up a bridge and infrastructure in Cleveland. It was the Occupy protestors who chant “kill the cops” in Oakland. And now, more recently, it is an occupy “Doctor” who is arrested for making bombs and weapons in his basement.

And Nancy Pelosi says: “God Bless Them“…

They also removed bags of evidence from the home….

Police say they didn’t rape the girl. They didn’t keep the bicycle. Police found parts of the bicycle in the possesion of the perpetrators. It appears they simply wanted to murder a twelve year old girl for the fun of it. (more…)
