Today the George Defense Team filed a subpoena for information from the 7-11 Corporation.    Again, further evidence that what Treeper DiwataMan discovered is of such value and SUNLIGHT.   The prosecution has no vested interest in the truth, only the defense team is engaged in such a quest.:

However, Don West had a vested interest in discovering the exact reasoning for the trip and the surrounding participants in the events.

Will air any minute…Finally, I guess I’m going to have to take back the stuff I said about B.O.R. Well, maybe….

For almost a year, and through four refused FOIA requests, we have been trying to get the 911 call tapes from the Virginia Pilot Beatings.   It appears Fox News Bill O’Reilly has been able to twist enough arms and will air the call tapes tomorrow (Thur) on his show.

Whether he has, or will air, the “FULL” tapes, is unknown.   But, at least they are finally going to be heard.

Again, the race of the suspect is being manipulated (hidden) from the media reporting.  White female with child shopping in broad daylight at Bed Bath & Beyond, seeming attacked by 18 year old Black male just because she was attractive white female. 

Worst aspect is the political correctness.  Black suspect known to have violent past including burning cats, yet nothing was done despite numerous reports.

MIDDLETOWN, N.J. (CBSNewYork) — Police are investigating after a woman was attacked and stabbed multiple times inside a New Jersey store Thursday afternoon. The victim, identified by her family as 29-year-old Kerri Dalton of Keansburg, also had a baby with her inside the Middletown Bed, Bath & Beyond store, when the attack occurred.

The alleged assailant, 19-year-old Tyrik Haynes, is accused of repeatedly plunging a knife into Dalton around 4 p.m., puncturing both her lungs in an apparent random attack. (more…)

COLORADO – A 17-year-old is being sought in the killing of a Fort Carson soldier and his wife during a burglary, Colorado Springs police said late Wednesday.

Police issued a warrant for the arrest of Macyo Joelle January on suspicion of first-degree murder. Police said January should be considered armed and dangerous.

He is suspected in the deaths of Staff Sgt. David Dunlap and his [pregnant] wife, Whitney Butler, who were gunned down Monday when they returned home and encountered a burglar, police said. (more…)

It is the shooter’s CAR, or more aptly the Honda Civic they pulled the shotgun from, that interests me. Why is the registration of this car, and the fact is has no relation to the Lanza family, not being researched or reported. Surely how Adam Lanza got to the school, and whose car it was, would actually be a significant detail the media would report on.

Um, anyone else finding this a little too convenient in the narration, structured even.

(New York)  A 31-year-old woman was arrested on Saturday and charged with a hate crime in connection with the death of a man who was pushed onto the tracks of an elevated subway station in Queens and crushed by an oncoming train.

The woman, Erika Menendez of the Bronx, has been charged with second-degree murder as a hate crime, Richard A. Brown, the Queens district attorney, said. (more…)

Below is a screenshot of their map, if you hover over each red dot it displays the name and address of the person licensed to own a handgun.  Perhaps someone should publish the names and addresses of all the homes who do not have active home security systems ?

Each dot represents an individual permit holder licensed to own a handgun — a pistol or revolver. The data does not include owners of long guns — rifles or shotguns — which can be purchased without a permit. The Federal Assault Weapons Ban (AWB), or Public Safety and Recreational Firearms Use Protection Act, was a subtitle of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, a federal law in the United States that included a prohibition on the manufacture for civilian use of certain semi-automatic firearms, so called “assault weapons”. The 10-year ban was passed by Congress on September 13, 1994, and was signed into law by President Bill Clinton the same day.

The net is flooding with conspiracy theory about this shooting.   Most of them are total bunk.  However there are major issues with the initial, and evolved reports; and indeed something is not passing the sniff test for me either.   One website has begun collecting a list of all the discrepancies (here).   

We are going to thin it down to the pertinent ones; can you think of any to add to the list?  Starting with…. why the pictures of a 20 year old shooter as a child?   Where’s the recent pics? 

1.)  According to the official story, Adam Lanza was found with his older brother’s ID, and it was not stolen. However, older brother Ryan–who officials say is very cooperative–claims not to have even seen his brother since 2010. Where would Adam get this ID?

2.) According to the official story, Adam Lanza was wearing a black outfit with a mask and bulletproof vest. Why would he want to hide his identity, and why would he wear a bulletproof vest, if he planned to kill himself? (more…)

Connecticut – All of the children killed by the gunman were shot multiple times, according to the state’s chief medical examiner, who said that it was worst scene he had witnessed in three decades examining crime scenes.

Dr. Carver said that parents were shown photos of their children to spare them from seeing the gruesome results of the shooting rampage, which left 20 children dead, along with six adults at the school. The gunman, identified by law enforcement officials as Adam Lanza, took his own life and also shot and killed his mother at his home before going to the school. Dr. Carver said that they had not yet completed examinations of Mr. Lanza and his mother.  Dr. Carver said that in the seven autopsies he himself had performed, the victims had from 3 to 11 wounds each.
