On Thursday, Martese Johnson’s case was continued until state police complete an investigation into his arrest March 18 outside a Charlottesville bar.

BREAKING NEWS – It is being widely reported that at 3:30pm (EST) today at Fort Bragg North Carolina an announcement will be made as to the status of Bowe Bergdahl and what charges, if any, he will face.

UPDATE: BREAKING LEAK – Bergdahl will be charged with two criminal charges: #1 Desertion, #2 Misbehavior before the Enemy.

♦  The first charge “Desertion” is remarkably different from AWOL.  “Desertion” implies specific evidence to prove the soldier charged intended to stay with the enemy.

♦  The second charge “Misbehavior before the enemy” has several aspects:  • Running away • Abandoning or surrendering command • Putting safety of command in danger • Throwing down arms  • Conduct that is cowardly  (more here)

In order to fully appreciate the insufferable political logic of the Obama administration two videos should be fully watched.

Keep in mind the White House position, to explain their anguish, about Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is to say “words matter”, yet when confronted with the words of the Iranian Leader Ayatollah Khomeini it appears the emphasis is on an entirely divergent belief.

Despite frequent indications to the contrary, leftists continue to proclaim the intellect of President Obama. However, during a press conference today the real intellect surfaces.

In a press conference to announce that there will be no troop drawdown in Afghanistan this year, Obama referred to Afghan President Ashraf Ghani as “President Karzai” while he was standing right next to him. (read more)

FACTS:  ♦ From age 2 to age 14 Trayvon never even lived with Sybrina “Ms Candy” Fulton, he lived with step-mom Alicia Stanley.  ♦ After hearing of Trayvon’s death in the Orlando suburb, Sybrina Fulton never left Miami Gardens.  ♦ Sybrina Fulton’s first appearance in Orlando/Sanford was for a press conference with civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump. 

♦ Trayvon was not living with Sybrina when he left Miami -via bus- to spend weekend in Orlando with Dad, Tracy “Fruit” Martin – he was living with his uncle.  ♦ And Trayvon Martin was part of an informal (hidden from public) criminal diversionary program set up by M-DSPD police Chief Hurley and Miami-Dade School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho.  ♦ Trayvon was on his third 10-day school suspension, for burglary and drug possession.  ♦ Sybrina Fulton barely knew Trayvon Martin.

According to the News-Record, Sybrina Fulton spoke about how she felt after losing her son when he was shot and killed by George Zimmerman in Sanford, Florida in 2012. A jury later found Zimmerman not guilty of second-degree murder. […]
