Predictable – AG Nominee Loretta Lynch to Lead Eric Garner Civil Rights Investigation…

WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, Loretta E. Lynch, President Obama’s nominee to become the next attorney general, made the rounds on Capitol Hill, visiting with key senators in advance of her upcoming confirmation hearing.

The next day, U.S. Attorney Lynch, whose New York district oversees Staten Island, was handed one of the country’s highest-profile — and most politically sensitive — cases, which in the coming weeks will help define her nomination process. (more…)

BOMBSHELL SMIDGEN ALERT – Dept. of Treasury Blocks Release of IRS to White House Emails Because The Content Would Be Illegal To Share With Court…

Dear Readers, the unknown White House motive for distracting people toward all of this racial/Police anxiety stuff just gained exponential sunlight.

As the Daily Caller partly outlines – Secretary of the Treasury Jacob Lew, Obama’s former White House Chief of Staff, who was chief of staff when the illegal IRS/White House scheme was rolled out, took the emails and documents that were set to be released and now refuses to ever turn them over.
His rationale? Secretary Lew claims he cannot release information about improper disclosures of confidential taxpayer information – because, wait for it,…  that would be an improper disclosure of confidential taxpayer information.

PAUSE AND READ SLOWLY => Inherent in this position is the absolute admission the content of the documents, he is now refusing to turn over, contain illegally shared information from the IRS to the White House.

In order for Secretary Jack Lew to claim the content of the documents contain information illegal to share with the plaintiff he is admitting the content was originally, and similarly, illegal to share with the White House.
The documents were found pursuant to a lawsuit that the legal advocacy firm Cause of Action filed against the Treasury Department’s inspector general.
The lawyer for the inspector general, Gregory M. Miller, told Cause of Action this week in a letter that Lew seized the documents. (more…)

Thoughts on Eric Garner and The Shift To The "Bigger Picture"…

They want you angry, they want you very angry.  It’s emotion that drives the collective; it’s emotion that drives the mob; it’s emotion that drives democracy to totalitarianism.
The Anger Games
There’s a reason the founding fathers of the U.S. Republic promised a “republican form of government“, a constitutional republic and not a democracy.
A Republic is ruled by principles of law, and as a consequence it is a representative process of considerable debate and deliberative conversation.
A Democracy is ruled by majority, by emotion.  Debate is not considered – the arguments are short and quick – the rules quickly assembled without lengthy forethought toward consequence.  (If that sounds like ObamaCare, it’s not coincidental) (more…)

And To Think, They Didn't Need To Buy Soccer Balls or Teddy Bears…

Apparently several websites are all a twitter about recent immigration fraud details released by Judicial Watch.

Taxpayer funds covered free laptops, big screen TVs, $75 per child per day for food, pregnancy tests, and “multicultural crayons”  […] Judicial Watch announced today that on September 9, 2014, it received documents from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revealing that the Obama administration paid Baptist Children and Family Services (BCFS) $182,129,786 to provide “basic shelter care” to 2,400 “unaccompanied alien children” (UAC) for four months in 2014. The BCFS budget included charges for $104,215,608 for UACs at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and an additional $77,914,178 for UACs at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. (more)

Back on July 15th, 2014 we posted some details, and a large dose of opinion, about the latest misguided efforts of Glenn Beck’s “Bold and Sanctimonious Tour” – and a strange thing happened…. few, if any, thought our critical outline was controversial.

BREAKING – Grand Jury Determines "No Indictment" In NYPD Eric Garner Case

No doubt the professionally aggrieved will use this decision as another opportunity for more shouting, looting and riots.  Yes, here we go again.

The biggest problem in the Garner case was the media’s incessant focus on a supposed “choke hold”.  The video clearly shows the very large uncooperative male would not comply with instructions.  The police officer held few options, and the choke hold itself lasted only a few seconds.  Also, FWIW the “chokehold” is not illegal, just against policy. The media invested so much of their effort on the choke hold they are shocked at the outcome.
(Huffington Post) – A grand jury voted Wednesday not to indict New York City police officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of Eric Garner, multiple sources confirm.

Pantaleo put 47-year-old Garner into a chokehold during an arrest for selling untaxed cigarettes on July 17. In a viral video of the arrest, Garner can be seen screaming “I can’t breathe!” multiple times until his body goes limp. A medical examiner later ruled his death a homicide. (more…)

Command Thug, Louis Head, Blames Governor Nixon for Making Him Shout "Burn These Bitches"…

According to the media there’s an apology in here somewhere

CNN – Michael Brown’s stepfather says he’s sorry for his emotional outburst to demonstrators after learning Officer Darren Wilson wouldn’t be indicted in the teen’s death. But he says he’s unfairly taking heat for the rioting that followed.
Despite Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson’s assertion that police are investigating whether Louis Head intended to incite a riot with his words, law enforcement sources told CNN that Head is unlikely to be prosecuted.
Head said Wednesday that “emotions got the best of me” on the night of November 24 in Ferguson, Missouri, when he yelled “Burn this motherf—er down!” and “Burn this bitch down!”

Strange Coincidence – Between 1:16am CCTV and Dorian Johnson's 7:00am "Meet-Up" With Mike Brown…

Grand Jury evidence shows that Mike Brown was one of a group of three people who went to the Ferguson Liquor Market at 1:13am on the same day as the shooting. The Grand Jury saw CCTV evidence of his visit approximately 10 hours before the cigarillo robbery at the same locale – this would have been overnight between Friday 8/8 and Saturday 8/9.

Additionally, according to robbery cohort Dorian Johnson’s somewhat sketchy grand jury testimony, he and Mike Brown met up at 7:00am outside the apartment where Mike Brown was staying.  Dorian’s testimony is “sketchy” for several reasons, not the least of which is the time between 7:00am and the robbery at 11:50am is essentially unaccounted for and unreconciled – despite his testimony. The Pretorian Guard Media Reflect The Insanity Of Their Obama Worship In Coverage of Staffer’s Comments on Obama’s Daughters…

Seven video’s of ObamaCare architect calling the American Electorate “stupid”, and the Pretorian Guard media ignore.  One comment by an obscure beltway staffer about Obama’s daughters ‘tude and dress, and the same media go nuclear.  The media quickly dispatching satellite trucks, camped out in front of the staffer’s family home, and launching a full throated Washington Post opposition research operation – the results leading the ABC, CBS and NBC news broadcasts for two days and counting…
gop 2(Via Washington Free Beacon) Five days after Elizabeth Lauten published a Facebook post criticizing the outfits worn by President Barack Obama’s daughters, the previously obscure Republican Hill staffer is being inundated with threatening messages and major media outlets are pouring resources into tracking her moves and digging into her past.
Two network news vans camped outside of Lauten’s parents home in North Carolina on Tuesday, one day after she resigned as communication director for Rep. Steven Fincher (R., Tenn.) due to the controversy. Lauten was not at the house.
That morning, the Washington Post also assigned one of its foreign affairs correspondents to comb through an archive of columns Lauten wrote for her college newspaper in 2006 and 2007. The investigation found that Lauten had supported intervention in Darfur, criticized Facebook as an invasion of privacy, and warned people against “making race an issue.” (more…)

"Kill The White Oppressor" – Islamic Follower Arrested For Death Threats Against Darren Wilson

Consider us cynical, however I doubt he was arrested because of his threat against Darren Wilson. It is perhaps more likely this man was arrested because he represented a political risk to exposing the hidden undercurrent/narrative.  If his activity had not been stopped he could potentially have exposed the entire construct of the leftist’s Ferguson ideology based around racism and hatred. That exposure, and not the risk to Wilson, needed to be managed removed.
UPDATESUSPICIONS CONFIRMED:

[…]  “It is unclear how exactly authorities focused in on Abdul-Jabbaar, but the key FBI agent on the case is currently assigned to an international terrorism squad, part of the Joint Terrorism Task Force out of the the FBI’s Seattle Field Division. In addition to regular posts about the Ferguson shooting, Abdul-Jabbaar’s Facebook page includes many posts about the Islamic State (also known as ISIL or ISIS), and his cover photo is the Islamic State’s black flag.”  (link)

death threat 346 year-old Jaleel Tariq Abdul-Jabbaar starting posting threats to Facebook shortly after the August shooting of Michael Brown. Investigators said the threats escalated and continued through late November – story here.
Abdul-Jabbaar also threatened other officers and even attempted to use Facebook to buy a gun, police say.
Acting U.S. Attorney Annette Hayes said freedom of speech does not extend to threats to kill or injure law enforcement officers.
“Although we each have the right to express our views about the decision reached by the state grand jury in Ferguson, Missouri, we cannot tolerate violence or threats of violence that are intended to intimidate, and ultimately silence debate,” said Hayes in a written statement. “Such threats are crimes, and the individuals who make them must be held to account.” (more…)
