David Mamet had a famous saying, essentially: …‘in order for genuine liberals to continue their illogical belief systems they have to pretend not to know a lot of things’… By pretending not to know, there is no attachment to any adverse consequences.
In essence, liberalism maintained -in the face of overwhelming empirical evidence- requires feelings to overcome logic in the ongoing game of make believe.  Hence, cognitive dissonance is a defining principle as large numbers of people need to be swayed to act against their own best interests.
To retain the larger ruse, Alinsky expanded on (many would say took advantage of) the necessary dissonance and various illogical shell games (system overload) became a component of his modern approach.
We have witnessed some of the most intense distraction shell games being played in the past ten days.  Feeling overwhelmed?… that’s by design, not happenstance.

With the Clinton campaign narrative solidly in hand the MSM have been fast-hand shuffling the shells to keep the Trump campaign off balance and the larger electorate distracted.   In the current political shell game, logical focus is the enemy.  If you know the pea was dropped below the table, you wouldn’t even bother making a guess about location when the shells stop moving. Earlier today candidate Donald Trump announced a proposition to institute term limits for all members of congress:  A constitutional amendment for six years in the House, and twelve years in the Senate:

The U.S. media has crossed the Rubicon into a world of abject nuttery. It’s one thing to predict it happening, it is quite another to bear witness.

There are literally a hundred current stories/issues which, under normal non-corrupt circumstances, would be top headlines.  Instead the media hides the most jaw-dropping governmental corruption revelations, and choose to focus on the ridiculous.
On one hand, looking at the geography, there’s a sense that eventually they are going to have to cover stories like WikiLeaks, Project Veritas investigative series, or the now openly transparent corrupt leadership influence of the FBI.

In this explosive new video from Project Veritas Action, a Democratic dirty tricks operative unwittingly provides a dark money trail to the DNC and Clinton campaign. The video documents violence at Trump rallies that is traced to the Clinton campaign and the DNC through a process called birddogging.
A shady coordinated communications chain between the DNC, Clinton Campaign, Hillary Clinton’s Super PAC (Priorities) and other organizations are revealed. A key Clinton operative is on camera saying, “It doesn’t matter what the friggin’ legal and ethics people say, we need to win this motherfucker.”

On October 11th a rather odd political memo appeared on the internet seeming to describe a democrat political/operational outline for Pennsylvania congressional district PA-08 (Bucks County and surrounding).

The memo itself was so over-the-top, almost everyone (including us) disregarded it. A keen political observer would notice immediately the construct of the memo seemed to reflect a strategy we have described for years as “the bathtub principle“.

The “bathtub principle” is essentially:  How do you hide the damage from a broken fish tank from your landlord?… bust the water pipe on the bathtub.

How do you hide extremist political operations?… flood the media cycle with over-the-top stories of fake extremist operations. etc…

The story about the CIA prepping for a possible cyber attack against Russia is akin to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad building wooden Aircraft Carriers for Iranian military exercises.  In essence this story is, laughable domestic consumption only.
Pushed by NBC-Universal this story is so fundamentally absurd, it’s beyond silly.
If the U.S. were going to launch a cyber operation against Russia:  #1) it would never be announced, and #2) it would not be the CIA carrying it out, it would be the NSA.
So why push the ridiculous story?   The motive is about propping up the failing candidacy of Hillary Clinton. There are trillions of dollars at stake, and sometimes strategic desperation calls for deployment of “The Bathtub Principle”:

CTH readers will remember how far we researched the transparent politicization of criminal cases as they related to the DOJ (Eric Holder and Tom Perez) in the Zimmerman trial. Specifically how entities within the DOJ/FBI colluded with State Attorney Angela Corey about extracting then hiding Trayvon Martin’s phone metadata.
That level of coordinated DOJ/FBI corruption only worsened with Darren Wilson (Ferguson) and beyond. The same manipulative tentacles became more evident with the IRS targeting scandal and later the email investigation into Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
In essence, the bottom line is: the politicization and weaponization of government has been going on for more than just a few years. So this report comes as no surprise:

There are multiple new stories evidencing in the latest WikiLeaks release.  Many of those stories surround collusion between U.S. Media and the Hillary Clinton campaign.
Within the most stark of the email releases highlighting the collusion, is an email showing CNN’s Donna Brazile giving Hillary Clinton a head’s up to the questions which were going to be posed in a CNN Town Hall debate hosted by Jake Tapper and Roland Martin.

There are many indicators the leaked 2005 NBC/Universal Trump video may have been a coordinated GOPe (UniParty) plot to remove the threat to their influence and affluence posed by the candidacy of Donald Trump.
Here’s a summary of stories, interviews and excerpts related to this issue. [I’ll weigh in with my take after all of the information] Beginning with Lou Dobbs interviewing Jerry Falwell Jr.:

Jerry Falwell, Jr.: The whole story just fell in my lap about six or eight weeks ago. I got a phone call from someone who is very close to the top establishment candidates and the Republican Party, people who wanted to be president over the last four or five years.
He told me, “Jerry something strange is going on. They’re meeting regularly. And they tell me it is a certainty that Donald Trump will not be the nominee on November 8th. And I called one of Trump’s attorneys and I told him about it. There were no more details than that. So there’s nothing anybody could do.
