A report in the Huffington Post outlines some tremors within the activist civil rights division of the Department of Justice following the election:
(Via HuffPo) […] Former DOJ official Jonathan Smith, whose work included the Civil Rights Division’s investigation into widespread unconstitutional behavior by the Ferguson Police Department, said he suspects many attorneys within the division are already preparing to depart.
“My guess is that [Wednesday], half the division spent the day fixing up their resumes,” he said. “I expect that you’re going to see, starting almost immediately, an outflow of very committed lawyers who are going to look for other ways to make a contribution and to not stick through a Trump administration.”
“I’m very concerned about what’s going to happen to the Civil Rights Division and the progress that’s been made on critical issues around criminal justice,” he added. “It’s really quite terrifying.”

Those who have not followed U.S. politics closely, and more specifically the political constructs of those who have hidden inside the DC politburo on both sides of the UniParty, may possibly be missing a very essential perspective.

Each step along this electoral path, in both the primary and the general election, we gradually identified, then accepted, a very welcome (almost stunning) reality that Donald Trump holds a granular level of comprehension about political representatives in DC.
It’s easier to give examples than to try and explain:

Newt Gingrich appeared on Fox News last night to counter the faux-controversy of the Trump appointments:

The professional left is absolutely petrified of Steve Bannon for exactly the same reason they were petrified of Andrew Breitbart. Both know how to defeat the progressive left’s talking points and tired false narratives. Both Andrew and Steve know that modern politics is downstream from popular culture. Direct messaging, around the media, removes their control.
For that reason Steve Bannon is considered to be an existential threat by the progressive movement and DC Democrats and must be removed at all costs. In this interview Randy Evans knocks Ms. Bolduan off her talking points and the CNN producers immediately begin transmitting talking points to her desk in real time. Watch:
The reality is the Moonbats cannot find evidence to support their accusations against Bannon.
Evidently the NY Times researchers couldn't find a single thing that Bannon ever said that was racist or anti-Semitic. Liberals are fascists

President Obama held a press conference today covering a wide variety of topics including incoming President-Elect Donald Trump. President Obama seems to blame Secretary Clinton for not campaigning in various regions that should have been more important.
On the subject of Donald Trump’s victory and the rebuke of the Obama legacy, the level of denial by President Obama is off the charts, quite remarkable.

If you were wondering just how massive the potential scope and long-term impact of a Trump victory might be, well, things just got even better/bigger.

In 2008 the DNC made a specific decision to go all-in with full throated radicalism and left-wing ideological moonbattery. The social justice warriors took over the advocacy reins of the Democrat party. Progressive purity was the litmus, climate and social justice was the cause celeb. Obama was the vehicle, emotion drives the brand.

Liberal ideologues who hate America continue their frustrated teeth gnashing. The current CNN Money headline actually reads:
“The Trump market rally: Too far, too fast”
(Via CNN Money) […] the fact that the market continued to rally last week after Trump won is, in some respects, even more surprising than the fact that he won in the first place.
The Dow jumped nearly 600 points — a 3.2% gain — in the three days after Trump’s victory. It was up again Monday and hit a new all-time high in the process. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq also moved a bit higher after Trump’s win. (read more)
During the CBS 60 Minutes interview recorded on Friday afternoon, CBS correspondent Lesly Stahl badgered President-Elect Donald Trump about the false MSM narrative of Trump supporters intimidating people:

Lesley Stahl: Do you want to say anything to those people?
Donald Trump: I would say don’t do it, that’s terrible, ‘cause I’m gonna bring this country together.
Lesley Stahl: They’re harassing Latinos, Muslims–
Donald Trump: I am so saddened to hear that. And I say, “Stop it.” If it– if it helps. I will say this, and I will say right to the cameras: Stop it.
Setting aside the ridiculous line of questioning, the issue surfaced: if the media was so concerned about Trump supporter violence, then why didn’t CBS release this interview segment on Friday evening instead of the ObamaCare segment they released?
Within the answer to that question you find out how the media constructs their manipulative narratives. (more…)
The media’s bias, elitism, group-think, pearl-clutching and smug condescension has never been more brutally evident as it has been within this election cycle. There is ZERO credibility remaining within the historic institutions of American media.
Journalism is beyond recovery, it is dead. However, one of those brave few ,who took the off ramp and avoided the journey to irrelevance a few years ago, is former CBS award winning journalist Sharyl Attkisson. Here’s her take:
There have been rumors about Laura Ingraham being considered for White House Press Secretary; personally, I’d prefer to see Sharyl Attkisson in that job.

The riots and protests coordinated by the White House and professional left-wing organizations continue through day #5.
However, despite the MSM trying to attach responsibility to Trump, their intended purpose -to protect the Obama/Clinton legacy- is not yielding the desired results. More and more people are looking toward the White House silence and beginning to understand the manipulative ideological intents of the professional antagonism.
President Obama is about to depart for Europe (Greece) and Peru (APEC summit) on his last foreign travel assignment. Allowing President-Elect Trump to own the domestic media narrative under these circumstances is entirely too politically dangerous:

President-Elect Trump has effectively leveraged silence, and as a consequence forced President Obama to own the riots and protests. Anticipate Obama’s attempt to distance himself from the violence of his own creation tomorrow afternoon.
